How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Visual bug: rare wildcards not showing subtracted
I went to craft some of the new fetch lands. I crafted 8 for a deck, and the wildcard counter did not subtract any rare wildcards. I crafted four more. I couldn't believe it. I exited the collection screen and went back to the collection and the same wildcard count showed. I crafted the rest of them and the same wildcard count showed. Then I restarted the game and I was down 20 wildcards. I understand I was being a tad greedy, but I wouldn't have crafted them all if not for the bug. Any chance for a wildcard refund?

I've got a one of the black planeswalkers from a pack
I've gotten this black planeswalker and he's no where to be found, this has happened multiple times with various other cards and it's quite frustrating when you go and build a deck with the card in mind. Please fix these card glitches and maybe you would have a better rated game.

is it possible i open a ton of booster & instead of being credited by 15 rare token i had none ??

How does an enemy milling himself with no cards turn into my loss?
just ran into a blue/black? deck that did an infi kind of setup, but milled himself to 0 cards, then milled himself again and caused me to lose? That doesn't seem right at all, and I believe it was a bug that is being exploited

Bug collection
The new lands, the fetch lands, cannot be found in the game when logging in. It tells me a collection error. If I try again, it lets me log back in but the cards aren't there and there are also some problems with the collection of other cards and for crafting.

Deck Disappears when submitting done in Sealed on Mac
This has been an issue for weeks on Mac. I build my sealed deck, click done to submit it, and the deck disappears. Super frustrating.

Unpossible to create "Brawl" Deck without types of Basic Land
Since the appearance of Brawl decks in the deck selector, it appears to be missing basic lands from expansions that we do not have unlocked as basic lands. Would it be possible to make these basic lands unlockable (by purchasing 2500 coins for example) so as not to have preconstructed decks that are impossible to fill entirely?
Even if of course we can change the deck after copying it, I would like it to be accessible as is from the selector. This must be possible.1 vote -
Cannot change avatar
アバターの変更（デフォルトに設定）をしたのですが、プレイやランク戦のマッチ画面になると変更後のアバターが反映されていません。
因みにどのアバターに変更してもずっと変更前のアバターが表示されています。
アプリの再起動をしてみたりもしたのですが、やはり反映されていません。
ご対応をお願いいたします。I changed my avatar (set it to default), but the changed avatar is not reflected on the play or ranked match screen.
By the way, no matter which avatar you change to, the old avatar will always be displayed.
I tried restarting the app, but it still doesn't take effect.

I earned Thousand Moons Smithy through the mastery tree, but I never got the card.

Starter Deck Duel win count not resetting
Whenever I switch to a new deck in the Starter Deck Duel the win count does not reset. In practice this means that winning one game will grant the deck, but two and three win rewards are not credited.

Huatli Avatar - Mastery Tree
I collected the Huatli Avatar from the Mastery Tree - but the Avatar is not available to apply in my profile. Am I doing something wrong or just misunderstanding.

Decks
In the homepage i have a list of decks (without name) that i can't delete.

Redeeming gold packs
The cards I accrued from my past few (at least two) gold packs are not populating in my collection. I have attempted restarting the app and scrolling through alternate arts with no record of receiving the cards. The cards that alerted me in my collection are Ojer Palpatiq in the most recent gold pack and Ojer Axonil in the previous. Playing on iOS.

Draft deck
On Android device, Samsung Fold 4, During the Caverns quick draft, the game freezes when you attempt to change the card sleeve from default to the sleeves selection page. I've been able to reproduce it sever times. The picture attached is the spot where it has frozen each time. Once the deck is built and saved, you can change the sleeve.

Urborg crafting option replaced with card style in UI
Trying to craft urborg the card style UI comes up instead even though I have the wild cards

maximum land count in brawl
So... I had a deck with 97 lands which worked previously but now whenever I try to start a match I get "unable to join event".
At first I thought it was my commander that was the issue. Maybe it got banned since then and it wasn't properly displayed as such but after some testing I found out that it's because I have more than 70 lands.
I think it might be voluntary to prevent the type of deck I'm playing but if that's the case the deck should be flagged as "illegal for format" with an explanation. Not an…1 vote -
Can't play new decks in Jumps In
Hi there,
I started a new "Jump In" session using a token, got to select my first half of the deck (5 color "Cavern Expedition" [? not quite sure, playing in German]) and selected my second half of the deck. Then I got kicked out of Jump In back to the title screen and now I am stuck on the attached screenshot and can't go forward. I'd really like to play the 5 color part of the deck so I hope that there is some way to continue.

Bug
I was lookin up a term and clicked enter and while it was loading i was clicking the screen randomly and out of left field a random mythic popped up out of nowhere and I heard the crafting sound and it immediately wasted one of my mythic wild cards. This is unacceptable. Screenshot isn't really much since it happened immediately without delay but I had 6 mythic wild cards and now I have five and a piece of junk.
