How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Product suggestion
Can you please change from top 250 mythic to top 500 instead to reach the Qualifier weekend? I do like the play in stuff so that people that don't have much time can still qualify for it but top 250 is way to less and have totally turned everything with ladder play, and will amost destroy the ladder play and make it less appealing to play in the long run.
Also you should remove the unlimited buy in in play in event and make it 1 time buy in with best of 3. Also last you should do it for…

Bug evento tutorial
my bug is that I can't finish the tutorial, because it doesn't make me do the last clash of red it always tells me the serve doesn't work to try later. i also tried it in the computer and it tells me the same thing, can you do something else please

Missing mastery pass rewards
I am not receiving the cards from mastery passs rewards after lv 80. The exoerience counter restarts as if leveling uo but no reward is shown even if I go to my collection.

"Into the Future" event ICRs from Alchemy: Innistrad
All three rare ICRs I received from the "Into the Future" intro event were all from Alchemy: Innistrad, despite this being a promotional event for the newly released Alchemy: Kamigaway. Was this intentional?

Uncommon Into The Future Reward
I got an uncommon card as reward in this event. The description says the reward would at least be a rare reward.

can't activate ability
canno't activate slhoff entomber ability.
Sometimes I could at the beginning of my turn, but as soon as I play something, the light around the card turn off and I can't click on it.2 votes -
Duplicate rares not giving gems in constructed events
Duplicate rares are showing up as rares instead of gems. I've missed over 100 gems in rewards and gotten 5th or 6th copies of rares.

Traditional Draft : Minor wording problem with "Traditional" (Best of 3) events where your progress / record-indicator on the bottom right says "X games remaining" when it should say "X matches remaining"

Quick draft not giving me a non-basic land (Racers' Ring) I picked
I picked two copies Racers' Ring during my quick draft today (and it showed two copies while I was drafting) however when I went to go build my deck I only have on copy of Racers' ring. Please fix and/or refund my draft entry fee as this messed up my mana base for this deck. Playing on Windows 10.

Arena closing suddenly when deck building
Sometimes the last two days, when i try to enter or exit the deckbuilding screen, Arena will close out of nowhere. This seems to happen more often during the Festival singleton events.

I can’t block on premier draft event. (Ipad)
I lost a game because i couldn’t block a creature. I couldn’t select it on my ipad. I attach a photo.

standard shakeup event does not indicate which cards are banned
How are we supposed to know what cards are not allowed in this week's Standard Shakeup event? It should be displayed in Arena when you bring up the event screen, but it's not. You've provided a link for "more details about this and other...events" but the linked page also doesn't provide this information. Are we just supposed to guess which cards are banned?

Lost 5000 coins when trying to enter quick draft
- I had just finished a quick draft and after collecting my rewards, I was returned to the quick draft entry screen. I clicked the 5000 coins entry, then the screen went black and took me to the main page.
I returned to the quick draft screen and my entry did not go through, but I was 5000 coins short.
- I am playing on Android

Could you issue a refund please?
I was doing my first quick draft of new capenna and i selected a sky crier, but i got a cabaretti initiate in my deck instead.
Also when i submitted my deck i got a network error and now the draft page says "build your own deck" but i already spent my 5000 gold1 vote -
No Event Reward Premier Draft Crimson Vow
Premier Draft Crimson Vow Gave No packs or gems for reward. I won 6 games before losing 3, the game showed 1800 gems and 5 packs but they didn't show up in my account or packs. Help please? That was the best win streak I've had in ages.
