How to report a bug

5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

I paid 2000 gems for a sealed, I was unable to submit my deck, then my sealed event disappeared
I paid 2000 gems for a sealed, I was unable to submit my deck, then my sealed event disappeared.
I still have the card in my collection, but When I go in the sealed event, It only offers me to start a new sealed event.
I'd like to be reimboursed my 2000 gems.....

when i launch a game (standard) i find an opponent andwhen i got my card whenever i could lost serveur
before the last extension i got so rarely this probleme but now all day and many times

Bug: Cards not shown during premier kamigawa draft
A card is not show during premier draft. I cant select it and it was auto picked when the timer runs out. Its happening 12-04-22 around 20:30 CEST.

わたしはmacのEPIC GAMESからmtgアリーナをプレイしていますが、プレミアムドラフトで対戦ををすると２ターン目か３ターン目に必ずアプリが終了してしまします。
普通のスタンダードのランク戦やプレイでは落ちたことがありません。原因の解決と、プレミアムドラフトが途中で終了し負けとなったので補填をお願いします。

Game loss without playing
Hi,
I made a premier draft deck. Went to play my first game - I saw my opening hand but was not able to keep or mulligan then it suddenly went black, and after some time the program went back to the draft screen with the option to play a game, but did not register a loss at that stage. Then later I came back to the screen and it registered me a loss for the draft - but I did not play the game, and I was not able to play it. This is unfair that I am not…33 votes -
Game loss due to crash
During my final match in a SNC Premiere Draft, my opponents timer expired, and the hourglass remained on the screen. The game was not responding so I restarted the application and had been logged out.
When I got back into the match my turn had passed and the game was unwinnable.1 vote -
deck selection
During the Slow start weekly event, the Client selected a deck other than the option I clicked on and wont allow me to change it. Every time I click to select the appropriate deck instead it reverts to editing the original deck selection.

i put my prelease code in on MTGA; the code work but it wont let me open my packs
for the new set it wont let me open the packs and it appear on in the pack option

Comprato il token per il draft nel negozio con sconto temporaneo. Durante la costruzione del mazzo sparisce una carta e quando arrivo a provare a giocare compare la scritta “errore” e scompare il draft

problema in premium draft
durante la composizione del mazzo sparisce una carta, quando provo a giocare mi dice errore riprovare più tardi e mi sparisce la possibilità di giocare il draft. Avevo comprato il token con lo sconto temporaneo.

Did not receive Season rewards
Did not actually receive season rewards for reaching limited gold and bronze constructed. The rewards, 6 packs and 2 card styles, showed when i logged in but they were not rewarded

Lost suddenly during draft
I was playing draft, and suddenly I lost. I had more creatures than the opponent and good amount of life. If he attacked, I would survive and I would win next turn.

Not functioning properly
Two issues:
1st: Teferi the planes Walker is supposed to be able to select a land/artifact/creature to top/untapped, when i select my own permanents they are not untapping. I have seen others use this card properly, not sure why it is not working for me.
2nd: during some of the draft events (latest being strixhaven), i have selected one card, and it states i have selected a different card. Since this new card is often a different color, it forces me to start to picking cards i would not have necessarily picked, and this has happened in my very first…

Draft one card, see another card in my pool
I was drafting SNC and my 3rd pick was totally different from what I really picked (I picked a Raffine's Silenced, but the game showed me Witty Roastmaster). This affected my draft a lot and the same thing happened during pack 3 if I remember correctly (maybe always with the Raffine's Silenced and the game showed me a Spara's Adjudicators)
Can you do something? I attached the2 logs after I realized what happened.

Quick Draft - 5k paid but returned to the start screen - paid a second time to enter
Yesterday, i finished a quick draft with a 1-3 score.
I clicked on the "claim" button and received gems and booster.
I wanted to start another quick draft and straighly clicked on the "5000 gold" button.
Without any advice, MTGA client returned to the home screen. My 5k gold were flushed, but when i returned on the quick draft event, i had to pay a second time... what i did, but 10k for a quick draft seems to be a little too expensive...

My constructed rank is stuck. I am at platinum level and when I will a game it doesnt go up
I am at platinum level 2.4 constructed rank I win games and the rank doesnt advance.

traditional draft disconnects
i am unable to play in traditional draft. i played two games and they didn't finish. id like my draft refunded.
