How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Did not receive correct reward
I was playing the Alchemy Artisan event on PC. When I got my first win, I was supposed to receive a card that is supposed to be "at least rare" as the reward states. However, I received an uncommon rarity card (silver symbol). The card is "Dormant Grove". This seems to be a bug. The card was supposed to be a rare at least. Fun fact: Dormant Grove was a card that I used in the deck I won with. Could this be related?

client crashed twice today during drafts
Twice today, first around 1:40pm PST and again just now at 2:30pm PST the client has crashed. First it was before the first game of a draft, I lost that game due to the crash, and now my draft failed due to crash. I should be refunded the 3000 gems used in 2 premier drafts.

won premier draft dominaria united game but record comes up as lose
i was playing a draft ranked game and was going to swing for letahl next turn than my op scopped and as it loaded back into the play again option it came up that i had lost.

crash loading mulligan
The game crashes during the loading/connecting with an opponent (PRemier Draft) and automatically decided to take no mulligan.

in traditional draft when I go to pick a card ( a rare green creat) this one disapear from my choice and i have to go for something else.

Event victory not registered after a previous match was cancelled
- Join an event.
- Click Play to join a match.
- While waiting to be matched, click Cancel.
- If you were matched to an opponent just a few milliseconds before clicking Cancel, the match will not start and you will be taken back to the event page.
- Click Play again to enter another match, and finish the match.
- The game will not register that there was a match and the score will be the same as before the match. It will let you play the next match, or more precisely, replay the same match with a different opponent.

Entered a match anyway after I had cancelled the search
During a premier draft I was looking for a match but it took a while so I clicked cancel. I exited from MTGA to do something else, but decided to give it another try. I open MTGA to find I'm in a match and have already missed a turn. I of course go on to lose the match. Very frustrating that it exited the search yet started a match anyway.

Bug/kicked out of premier draft after a win
my opponent conceeded after killing his own creature by mistake with the deal two damage to each creature saga in a premier draft dominaria united.
but my draft ended right after (i had 2 losses, the screen showed 0 losses but also showed my prize, not being able to play another game in the draft. Can iget a refund for this bug please?1 vote -
Reward of Traditional Standard Event
Three-wins reward of Traditional Standard Event changed from 600gem to 500gem.It is possible that this change is an intentional one but i wonder if this is a bug.

Started Draft with Game Loss
Started a Premier Draft with 1 Loss? No steps other than started a draft as normal and after playing a few games I noticed I had a loss but I didn't recall it. I pull the log data for you to review to confirm but also pulled my 17 lands data as well.

Overlay showed wrong card
P1p2 of dominaria united premier draft on my macbook I picked bortuk bonerattle and the overlay showed i picked citizens arrest, so I assumed I picked the wrong card and continued drafting assuming I had picked citizens arrest. After the draft, I had 2 copies of citizens arrest and the deck overlay showed the citizens arrest as invalid. I removed it from my deck and bortuk entered my sideboard. I would like a refund for my draft.

Instants, sorcery and triggered abilities are impassable and causes timeout
Instants, sorcery and triggered abilities are acting as though i have not played anything and times me out (during both mine and the opponents turn)
Seems to trigger at random, occasionally will work as normal but currently 70% of the time it will create this bug
Android
2022.19.10.1545.955031No workaround, it will just time me out, i cannot skip or perform any other action while the bug is active

Giocando la carta schegge d’ossa dopo aver dichiarato bersaglio fa attivare il timer e non viene mai giocata
In un draft tradizionale ho perso una partita perché la carta schegge d’ossa non funziona ovvero dopo averla lanciata e dato il target non mi fa scegliere la creatura da sacrificare e di conseguenza non si risolve facendo così apparire il timer e portandomi alla fine del turno perdendo la possibilità di fare rimozione ed attaccare. Ho anche un video a dimostrazione di quello che dico ma non me lo fa caricare

プレミアムドラフト 団結のドミナリアに入れない
プレミアムドラフト団結のドミナリアに入れません。
一度報酬を受け取り、退出しましたが、再開の文字が表示されたままで再度クリックするとサーバーの応答を待っています表示のままフリーズします。カスタマーサポートに連絡し、revouninstallerというソフトを使用して削除し再インストールを提案されました。
それを実行しましたが、改善されません。
対応方法がわからないのでアイディアが欲しいです。

Game crashing trying to reopen the game.
The game crashed after trying to reconnect to a game that crashed as soon as I found an opponent. I reopened the client and it would try to rematch me against this opponent. after 7 seconds in the queue it would find my opponent then immediately crash. About 2-3 minutes later I can reconnect to the client but it showed the game as a loss.
Some additional notes, the game crashed immediately into going into the game the first time, similar to trying to reconnect to the opponent. As soon as it found the opponent, bam no more connection. This…

Opponent conceded in Dominaria United Premier draft and game bugged. Was forced to restart and it ended up as a draw. I did not get win.
