How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Incorrect mana costs displaying on custom card art in store
The mana cost displaying on these cards in the deals section of the shop are all 1 colorless less than they should be.

Bug ao abrir buster mítico
Após coletar 1300 comprei um buster mítico, travei a tela do celular para resolver uma atividade, logo destravei a tela e tentei abrir o buster e apenas apareceu um botão de "ok" e as cartas não apareceram na coleção.

resources disappeared
hi, my gold gems and wildcards just disappeared without reason? I lost 5 wildcards 1400 gems and 5000 gold after finishing a sealed ravnica mixer and I'm speechless!!

RECOMPENSA DE EVENTO INCORRECTA
Compre un sobre (MITICO) de kamigawa dinastía de neón y en las recompensas me salió una carta de comodín (RARA) en la publicidad del evento textualmente sito "¡las cartas raras que salgan en este sobre solo serán raras míticas!" de acuerdo a lo anterior el comodín raro que me salió debió ser mítico, les pido la colaboración sobre este tema para recibir mi recompensa adecuada.

App Store problems
It’s clear the developers don’t care or listen to the customers in the App Store every time you give a star rating lower then 3 and write a review they delete it even if there is no profanity. I’ve attached a pic of the last review I left and has already been deleted, I’ve also left better reviews and worse ones and they all get deleted so it’s clear none of the developers give a flying flip

limited draft-price and rewards
Give us a pass for limited. This is just insulting how expensive it gets if you try to ladder with drafts. I hit mythic before, was like 150+ $ i guess. For one gamemode? Usually i dont get mad if i lose some games, but the fact that its like 10$ everytime i start a new draft? This is wrong.
Give us a phandomdraft like hs-arena, so we have the choice to not keep the cards. Or let us trade packs/cards for gold/gems. Please!

Purchased illustrations are not reflected
Previous events and illustrations purchased in the store are not reflected on the competition screen.

i didn't receive all the mastery pass rewards
hi since 02/24 i noticed i didn't received all the reward i was supposed to receive from the neon dynasty mastery pass i purchased on my mtg arena account. i tried ti conctat the customer support via mail (as i usually do) but didn't received an answer so i'm tring here.
i would like to receive all the reward i was supposed to receive.
i noticed i didn't received the mythic ircs from levels 5 11 18 31 etc, i don't know if i received the right amount of Gold gems and packs i was supposed to because i didn't…

Sleeves not showing
Neon Dynasty sleeves acquired in the mastery pass are not made available.

I am not geting mythic wlidcards
I can't get more than one mythic rare wildcard, whenever I would get one so that I would have two my UI still shows that I have one. I have lost 3-5 mythic rare wildcards this way.

Did not get my purchase
I purchased a bundle of avatar and protector but only get the avatar.

Mastery Pass mythic
I purchased the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Mastery Pass today and did not receive any Mythics from my progress. I played until I got another unlock for a Mythic and I still did not receive it. How go I get the bug fixed?

I signed up for the Jump In! event, but every time i tried to enter the event, I cannot connect
I signed up for the Jump In! event, but every time I tried to enter the event, I cannot connect. I tried to reconnect, but to no avail. However, Arena still collected the 1000 gold fee. I have no issues connecting when playing Standard Best of Ones though.

I bought pixel art lands and they are not showing on my styles when I add them to a deck.
Basically title. I bought Pixel Art lands, they even disappeared from my store, and I can't select them as a style on any deck.

No mastery quests
I paid for the mastery pass but am not getting an additional quest queue. Just the regular one each day. With no additional quests, it's just a waste of money. I don't care about cosmetic cards from the orbs.

I purchased the daily deal pack but the image wasn't showing.
I purchased a pack thinking it would be kamigawa as the card style were from kamigawa, but the pack is kaldheim and I would like a refund.
