How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  5. Can't buy gems or welcome bundle in the Store, keep getting Temporary Error 2001

    I have been trying to buy Welcome Bundle in the MTG Arena Store for days, but I keep getting temporary error 2001. I have tried contacting Xsolla, but haven't heard back from them for four days...

    I am pretty sure problem is not with my credit card, since just today I bought a game from steam with the same card.

    EDIT: I downloaded MTG arena to my android, and bought welcome bundle there. However, this does not fix the issue that I can't make purchases in my computer. This is just a workaround.

  11. M1 Mac when launching a game from Epic Store I have to click the button ~50 times

    I'm trying to launch the game from Epic Store and it always requires a lot of clicking. I need to spend about a minute launching the game.

    Video above attached of me trying to launch a game. Contacted the Epic Support - they told me to request help here.

  12. There’s no way to see item descriptions in the store

    Make it possible to see what items are and what they contain when shopping in the store. Whereas now, you can’t. I’m on an iPad. There’s literally no description for items. What’s the adventure bundle? What am I getting for $15? Long pressing doesn’t work. Tapping doesn’t work. How is this possible?

  14. Duplicate protection on mythic did not give mythic card

    Hi, I just bought a mythic streets of new capenna booster pack and did not receive any mythic card, instead in the top card slot was a rare wildcard? That seems like a raw deal or at least unexpected. I imagine it was ob nixilis as I already had 4 but figured they should give me something else, instead just saw my vault go up like 2% (shouldn't it have been 4%)? Overall, very confusing and disappointing. Vault is ludicrous, you would need 25 mythic duplicates lost to get 1 mythic wildcard?

    Bonjour,
    Depuis plusieurs semaines, les cartes achetées en boutique offre journalière sont débitées lors de l'achat mais non ajoutées à la collection.
    J'ai déjà eu ce bug semaine dernière, croyant que la carte allait apparaitre au renouvellement de l'offre, mais ce n'est pas le cas.
    Merci de revoir ce bug rapidement.

  20. Purchased card style not applied or available

    I purchased the 5 legendary dragon card styles yesterday (01/02/22) and in my deck editor there is no “apply styles” button, nor are the cards changed. I have checked for updates and reloaded my game numerous times. Please remedy.
