How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. Receiving a Mythic Rare wildcard in an opened pack did not increase my number of available Mythic Rare wildcards

    This week I opened a pack that I had purchased in the store. It contained a Mythic Rare wildcard. Before opening that pack, I had 5 Mythic Rare wildcards available. After opening the pack, I still had 5 available; it did not increase as it should have. Playing on PC. One-time issue.

  4. Buying Booster packs

    Hello!!

    I would like the option to buy as many I can boosters.

    When you buy with coins you must do it one by one. It will be such easier if you let us choose how many do we want to buy.

  10. Buying packs of cards and not getting all packs I bought

    I bought 2 packs of 6 cards for 2400 gems and it only gave me 4 packs to open plz resolve this issue and give my account the gems back or my packs I am supposed to have plz

  12. Unable to purchase Gems - We've gotten totally lost...

    This is a defect. Steps to repro:

    1. Open application
    2. Log in
    3. Navigate to the Store
    4. Select any item to purchase

    Actual Result:

    The system displays the message: "Waiting for Server..." then an error appears indicating that "We've totally lost...". In the log file I found the following entry associated with this problem:

    [19249] [ZFBrowser] Error fetching html: {"error":"ERRUNKNOWN","url":"https://secure.xsolla.com/paystation3/?accesstoken=REDACTED

    I'm not able to even reach the store page provided by Xsolla

    Expected Result:

    The use is able to reach the Store page and to purchase item(s)

    Windows 10 64 bit

  14. Past Historic Anthologies - Bring Them Back

    Can you please periodically re-release past Historic Anthologies for purchase with gold? Unfortunately, not everyone was able to pick them up in the short windows they were available. This would undoubtedly make it easier for people to invest more time into the Arena, knowing they can save up to make that 25K gold purchase. It also feels better to not have to waste wild cards.

  15. Pumpkin Cerberus is invisible

    I purchased The pumpkin Cerberus Pat today. When I tap on the pet space on the battlefield I can hear the sound effects, but I cannot see the pet. I spent 15K in gold and this is really frustrating.

  16. Missing mastery pass rewards

    As many other players I bought the mysteries pass and didn't receive all of the rewards, for sure the draft Token and I am pretty sure about not receiving the mythic cards.
    I hope wotc will be able to refund?!

  18. Did not get draft pass when purchased from the daily deal

    I purchased the draft token from the daily deal today for 9,000 coins. But I still only have 2 tokens on my account (I had 3 from buying the mastery pass and used 1 of those tokens).

    I bought a throne of eldraine booster for sale today. I opened it and got 20 gems. Digging through my collection, I discovered that there's plenty of rare cards in that set that i don't have 4 of.

  20. Selected card styles not appearing in game.

    After purchasing several card styles and selecting them, they are not appearing in games. Currently on PC, all purchases were with gold for mystical archive Japanese Snakeskin Veil, Primal Command, Stone Rain, and Kaldheim Esika's Chariot. Purchase date was 4/23/21
