How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Erebos' Intervention bug - freeze
Chose a value for X and clicked OK, but then got roped and wasn't able to target a creature. Stuck on "select a value for X." Then after the first timer rope ran down, it froze on the hourglass.

Ugin is an un-fun design cannibal
Ugin, the Spirit Dragon is a design cannibal. Arena would be a more diverse and enjoyable game without him.
Playing with him:
Ugin undermines the design choices of the decks that use him. There are lots of very interesting top-of-curve spells that could be used in long-game decks. When Ugin was reprinted, the hard work and creativity that went into designing those cards was stamped out by one obvious 'best' solution. Ugin (and to a less offensive extent, Ulamog) are the best top end for virtually any long-game deck. None of these decks need Ugin, but all of them are…6 votes -

Lost Connection symbol
When the game crashes or the client has temporarily lost connection. Can you show a broken connection symbol so the other player knows you are not roping them on purpose.

Stuck in game because opponent won't accept starting draw or mulligan
I am at the moment unable to either concede or leave my match without either logging out or closing the game client all together because my opponent won't accept their starting hand or mulligan and passing to me.
Their timer ran out and I assumed the game would auto forfeit or cancel but I have been stuck here for 10 minutes.
I appreciate I can close the game or log out but that isn't the point.10 votes -

colour challenge doesnt load
i cant load my colour challenge for the first few levels everything goes fine until the last level for each colour it just does not load so I cant play pvp or anything and I have created multiple accounts on multiple devices non of them work

Battle Summary/History
Sometimes visual effects are so quick that I don't know what happened. It would be nice to be able to review a transcript of the battle after it is done so I can see what actually happened in places where I was confused without slowing down the actual battle (and sometimes I can't see the card any more once the effect takes place, such as if it was exiled). While a text log would suffice, with the level of visual polish already presented, I would recommend allowing users to step (forward/backward, and maybe navigate a timeline with turn numbers) through…

Only mulligan
I can no longer play the game, my only option each time I play at the beginning of each match is mulligan, the keep button no longer exist, I can mulligan and that’s it

When I try to play land, it just goes back to my hand and can't be played onto the battlefield.

Planeswalkers have broken the game.
I was battling an opponent and they played Vivien, Monster’s Advocate. My attack ability instantly failed as I have described before. I play on an iPad using IOS. Match ruined instantly.

Modern
Please add formats like Modern and Legacy into Arena eventually. There are large amounts of people like me who would very much like to play them and put money into the game in order to play them, yet refuse to play MTGO (because of its horrible UI) or paper (I prefer playing lots of matches daily, and in a videogame rather than a physical card game with social interaction).
I am sure that you would make great amounts more profit if you added such older formats to Arena. There must be very large amounts of people like me who are…

Damnation
Please for the love of god, add Damnation into Historic. I really love playing control but I can't stand playing white. We already have Wrath of God and Day of Judgement in Historic, and Damnation is just the same exact card except black. It would allow those of us control players who want to play Dimir control or something else like that to compete against other top Historic decks. Jeskai and Azorius control are just far superior right now and dominate.

"Waiting for server" forever
PC, freshly downloaded, opened my old account, then started to complete the "Color challenge" in order to be allowed to play normally, at the very last challenge (where you play with the White deck against the real person), it suddenly says "Waiting for server" and it keeps showing it forever.

Triggered Abilities are failing after the new patch.
I play on Mac IOs. I just played a match wherein I had a Terror of the Peaks on the battlefield. I played a Goblin TrashMaster and the expected direct damage ability from Terror of the Peaks did not activate.

iOS is unusable. I give away wins every time I try to use arena on iOS. My pc and Android play the game phenomenally. If I try to use my iPad, the client crashes before my first game can finish. It always starts with lag, and then I start receiving timeouts during my opponents turn. Then the game becomes unresponsive and attempts to catch up with 30 second resolutions. Planes walkers cause both triggered abilities to stop as well as attacking
I have mentioned this before and observed it again in greater detail. When an opponent casts a Planeswalker the client may stop recognizing your ability to attack and may also stop triggered abilities upon summoning. In sum, Planeswalker cards break the game. They should be banned until a fix is made. Otherwise it is merely an exploit. I play on IOS. This particular match involved my opponent playing a Planeswalker and I countered with a Skeleton Archer to eliminate a token. The ability did not trigger. cant play mana
the game isnt allowing me to play any mana at all on my turn. it highlights them in my hand as if i can play them but wont let me play them on my turns. this prevents me from being able to play anything...
