1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Opponent Withdrawl
I have been playing MTG for a long time (over 20 yrs.) and I love playing MTG Arena as I live in a very rural area, but I have a problem. I almost never actually win a game. This isn't because I'm not doing well, but is instead because 90% of the time my opponent will withdraw from the game instead of completing it if they are about to lose.
Is there any way to make it so there is some kind of penalty or cost for early withdrawal? I understand, that sometimes people have to go (baby crying, someone…

Misleading Button Mastery Tree
I clicked the "suggest" button (possibly twice) and instead of getting a suggestion my mastery point was spent on a random (?) card. This was not what I expected or what I wanted. I suggest removing the button entirely.

Unable to select new deck if deck deleted: College Cup
Made changes to a deck, play a game, didn't like it so deleted deck. Now unable to change to new deck. When I hit play it brings back the deck I deleted and that is the deck I play with now.
Have not seen if this effects other play styles or just the college cup.

It appears people can drop out of matches they're losing and there is no winner or loser and it's not a draw.
Make sure if someone drops out of the game the leading player doesn't get cheated out of a win.

Better graphics on Tablets (iPad Pro 12.9)
There are some cards where the art isn’t very crisp, as it is on my PC, but the artwork on the card Environmental Sciences is abysmal. I hope this is a bug, and that future updates resolve the low quality on this, and many other cards. Thank you.

There are no more FNM prizes for people who have done it every week
More FNM prizes need to be added to accommodate those who have participated every week. On the last one I only got one because that was all that was left.

Seal Product Codes Should Not Expire
I bought a new old stock Jace Planeswalker Deck. It came with a digital code to play on Magic Arena but I can't use it apparently because it expired! How does it expire?! Digital is the only way to play right now with the pandemic and I can't use this deck all because Wizards of the Coast has codes expire... makes no sense. They should reactivate all codes that have expired from sealed products.

Please make Bot Draft and Player draft the same cost
Please, please, please, add a draft quick draft queue with players. Make it the same cost as the Bot draft, and do not offer premium rewards for it. I have absolutely zero interest in cosmetics. The game is already expensive enough for me to even care. I uninstalled the game because I cannot fathom why Bot drafts and player drafts are different costs. I cannot figure it out. Part of draft is drafting. Drafting against players. Humans. It's half the draft, in fact. Drafting against bots is just NOT as fun. I'm not asking for it to be free. All…

Truly Randomize Opponents
Please randomize opponent pairings in the Standard Ranked format. It's fairly obvious that certain deck types/colors are always only paired up against certain other deck types/colors. Players should randomly face opponents of the same rank. Otherwise, why have a stratified system?

Can't Target own spell
Why can't you counter your own spell?
I had a Shark Typhoon and needed to cast DoomSkar, counter it with my Saw It Coming, generate a 5/5 and a 3/3 to complement my existing 3 sharks, and swing for the win next turn with my opponent needing to draw a burn spell to win.
The game instead just blows up my Sharks and I had zero opportunity to counter it. The game triggered the shark token created for Doomskar and I couldn't play my counter spell on it!

lost package of cards and coins too
The game had problems with the server and when I was buy with coins a package of cards the game was stopped and when I refresh the game I losed the package of cards and the coins too...What should I do?? I do not had the picture because when I refreshed the game the coins and package of cards were gone...This is a mess...

Bug Report
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, auf einem iPad (6. Generation) Softwareversion 14.4.2 stürzt die App immer nach 4–5 mal spielen ab. Danach funktioniert das Gerät nicht mehr. Es lassen sich keine Apps mehr öffnen, das Gerät nicht mehr verwenden. (abgestürzt?) Dann hilft nur ein Neustart des Geräts. Nach weitern 4–5 spielen wieder dasselbe…Ich hoffe Sie können den Fehler beheben, das ist keine angenehme Spielerfahrung. Vielen Dank und freundliche Grüße

Show people how things are going to play out.
I lost matches because I couldn't count the land to know how many I or the opponent had and that is dumb. I wasted a buff spell on a card trying to save it because I couldn't count the lands the opponent had to determine if my ****** +1+1 buff would save it. It did not and wasting that spell caused my other creature to die next round where the +1+1 would have saved it.Also, you should be able to cast more than 1 instant spell during a phase. I…

Include All of Kalheim Creatures
I bought a physical version of the pre-built deck "Elven Empire" and was excited that I might be able to build a 60 card "Brawl" deck with Kaldheim creatures. I was disappointed when I found out "Lathril, Blade Of The Elves" is not in MTG Arena. Consider adding all cards of all sets, or, provide an area showing banned cards in the Arena app.

Clarify Quick Draft Events
I bought the 750 gem pack so that I could play Quick Draft Ikoria thinking I would be drafting AND PLAYING against bots. I wasn’t looking for any serious games just a little fun. UNKNOWINGLY I ended up playing against other players who had probably spent some time putting together a deck that could sweep through the quick draft.
Make it CLEAR that the players will be playing against other people after they draft their deck so that people who just want to enjoy a quick draft can have fun. This just seems like money trap for casual players to…

Renewable Arena Product Codes for Planeswalker decks
If someone has an expired code card for a planeswalker deck that is still within the scope of what's available on arena, they should be able to get a new one should they want to redeem it. I never touched arena before it came to mobile so I never had a good opportunity to redeem a Jace, Arcane Strategist deck code, but the deck from 2-3 sets later worked just fine yet both sets are still available in Arena. Simple as that.

Luminous Broodmoth + Star Pupil goes infinite
Start Friendly Brawl match, play Luminous Broodmoth, then cast Star PupilPCStar Pupil enters battlefield as 0/0 for some reason instead of getting the +1/+1 counter and dies, then it's and Broodmoth's death triggers go off simultaneously.Triggers go infinite and lock down the game.See log.
