How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Update too large
The process of updating MTG arena is my numbingly slow. And boring. I wanted to play last night and had to download a 1.4 GB update, it took up all the playtime I had allocated just download the update. I wish there was something I could do on my account while I waited for that update. Even if I was unable to play a match, I would’ve liked to have explored my collection or open packs or chatted with online arena friends. I could do none of that, and I would hope that the software was robust enough to allow…

Wildcard Redemption Card Legality Notification
I think it would be helpful if prior to redeeming a wildcard a pop-up could be provided to the user and let them know of a card's legality prior to confirming the redemption.

Permanent Cheaper option to Play Arena without adding cards to your collection.
Hello,
I really enjoy playing Arena type modes in CCG like MTG or Hearthstone. It's really the only mode I enjoy. I could care less about building a collection or playing ranked or etc. I only do daily quests in an attempt to get coins to play Arena more. I don't know if there are other players like me, that just enjoy playing Arena for the sake of playing Arena, but this would be a nice feature. I would even pay a small monthly subscription service to play a Cube draft like this for the current set. I can enjoy…

Best of 1 turn order queue
Either always or as a dedicated queue the ability to alternate on the play / draw as long as you don't change cards expect possibly for with the sideboard.

your quests reload every 24 hrs

i finished one over 24 hours ago and one 10hrs or less and one a couple hours ago.
they do not load new quests every 24 hours, yet your pregame screen says it does, this has been bothering me for a long time and i thought it would be fixed yet now i felel i needed to say something.change your preload screen text or change the way they load so we dont get one new quest (out of three avail) but it could have a count down and reload per slot

Real Life Card Integration
One of my main frustrations is that I feel torn between playing MTG in real life and playing online via MTG Arena. I was wondering if you have considered devising a system by which players could 'scan and upload' cards they own in real life into the game. I realize that there is a profit motive, as MTG as a whole is a business. Please add a day countdown for the offers that expire soon in the store. you used to have that but you recently removed it.
There used to be a day counter when an offer would expire soon. On the first of this month a few things were removed from the store and there was no day counter on them. Please bring it back.

Color challenge wording
The wording for the final stage of each color challenge where you face a human player is ambiguous. "Play against another player using the [Color] deck, win or lose, to complete this Color Challenge. No one knows who it will be."
The phrase "Play against another player using the [Color] deck" could be interpreted to mean that both you and your opponent are playing with the same color of deck, rather than whatever deck your opponent has made.
I would recommend rewording the description to be more clear and clarify that the opponent is pulled from the general play queue…

Leveling past low ranks is too fast
I'm very bad at draft, and I know it. Unfortunately, there is no other enjoyable way to collect a set; the alternative is buying packs which has no gameplay experience. I played several drafts and did terrible (<2 wins) in 8 drafts, but I got 7 and 5 wins in 2 of them. Those two drafts, clearly outliers, increased my rank to a more competitive level, when I was already struggling in the previous rank. Now I get matched with people way better than me. A draft event is no longer fun when I have no chance of winning more…
