2. lost package of cards and coins too

   The game had problems with the server and when I was buy with coins a package of cards the game was stopped and when I refresh the game I losed the package of cards and the coins too...What should I do?? I do not had the picture because when I refreshed the game the coins and package of cards were gone...This is a mess...

3. Bug Report

   Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, auf einem iPad (6. Generation) Softwareversion 14.4.2 stürzt die App immer nach 4–5 mal spielen ab. Danach funktioniert das Gerät nicht mehr. Es lassen sich keine Apps mehr öffnen, das Gerät nicht mehr verwenden. (abgestürzt?) Dann hilft nur ein Neustart des Geräts. Nach weitern 4–5 spielen wieder dasselbe…Ich hoffe Sie können den Fehler beheben, das ist keine angenehme Spielerfahrung. Vielen Dank und freundliche Grüße

4. Suggestion

   Show people how things are going to play out.
   I lost matches because I couldn't count the land to know how many I or the opponent had and that is dumb. I wasted a buff spell on a card trying to save it because I couldn't count the lands the opponent had to determine if my ****** +1+1 buff would save it. It did not and wasting that spell caused my other creature to die next round where the +1+1 would have saved it.

   Also, you should be able to cast more than 1 instant spell during a phase. I got attacked, I had a pair of instant spells I had to cast so that I could survive the attack and kill the troop sent to attack me. I put on the first buff and I still had 3 mana to use and I couldn't use the 1 mana needed. (Mono color deck so don't bother thinking I didn't have the right color mana.)

   I was trying to put on the 2nd buff and it wouldn't let me. However my troop was too weak to block the opponent since it required a 3+ power to block it. My first buff only put it from a 1 to a 2, I need to put on my other buff to give it the final +1 damage buff so I could then block it. It didn't let me put on the 2nd buff so I hit the pass to blockers phase or something, Put on the 2nd buff which worked this time. so now I have the power to block the opponents troops, and what happens? I don't get the chance to block now. So I just put double end of of turn buffs on a troop to block. Just to be hit anyways and not block them also wasting the buffs since they were only until end of turn.

   I am going to just uninstall again because this type of **** is infuriating.

6. Clarify Quick Draft Events

   I bought the 750 gem pack so that I could play Quick Draft Ikoria thinking I would be drafting AND PLAYING against bots. I wasn’t looking for any serious games just a little fun. UNKNOWINGLY I ended up playing against other players who had probably spent some time putting together a deck that could sweep through the quick draft.

   Make it CLEAR that the players will be playing against other people after they draft their deck so that people who just want to enjoy a quick draft can have fun. This just seems like money trap for casual players to fall into. Wasted money and wasted time.

7. Renewable Arena Product Codes for Planeswalker decks

   If someone has an expired code card for a planeswalker deck that is still within the scope of what's available on arena, they should be able to get a new one should they want to redeem it. I never touched arena before it came to mobile so I never had a good opportunity to redeem a Jace, Arcane Strategist deck code, but the deck from 2-3 sets later worked just fine yet both sets are still available in Arena. Simple as that.

8. Luminous Broodmoth + Star Pupil goes infinite

   1.   Start Friendly Brawl match, play Luminous Broodmoth, then cast Star Pupil
      

   2.   PC
      

   3.   Star Pupil enters battlefield as 0/0 for some reason instead of getting the +1/+1 counter and dies, then it's and Broodmoth's death triggers go off simultaneously.
      

   4.   Triggers go infinite and lock down the game.
      

   5.   See log.

10. Opt to play in a pool where number of mythics are limited

    There is nothing more frustrating, tasteless, and stupid than losing to a deck that has 15 mythic cards when you have 2. It's like playing chess against an opponent with 6 queens. Not to mention that it completely defeats the whole definition of the words "mythic" and "rare" when those cards comprise 75% of a player's deck. The automatic matching system seems to do little to prevent this kind of matchup. I would like to see an option where I can explicitly select to only be matched against players with the same number of mythics (and/or rares) in their deck as I have chosen to put in mine. I've given up on this game otherwise--too many pointless idiotic matches that were over before they even began.

11. Asset Missing on "Ram Through"?

    My opponent played the spell Ram Through, and when the visual affect happened, it was just a bunch of pink squares, as though the relevant assets weren't being pulled correctly or something. I didn't capture a picture, but I saved my capture log.

13. non-existent game

    hi, i won a match on history bo3, by 2-1, i was 1 win to diamond, after i won the last game, my client got stuck in the 'victory', didnt show the rank goin up and didnt let me leave the screen, i had to restart the client, and guess what? when i came back i was still w the same rank, its like the match had never existed, the client was loading the w8ting for server right b4 i started the match, also when i tried to join the qeue b4 that game, i got the w8 for server in the qeue, and got kickd out of the qeue.... i just got the same fcking bug today, wtf i alrdy lost 2 wins, but my defeats this fckin server counts

14. Auto Loss/Thassa's Orcacle

    While playing a Historic Ranked match i scaked a woe stride and its goat token with a priest of the forgotton gods, once the opponent played thassa's oracle i sacked in responsed to its trigger and then once its trigger resolved i lost the game for some reason.

    Magic used to be about strategy and intelligence. The understanding of how cards interact with each other. It used to be a game where anyone could win and all it took was out thinking your opponent, like chess for cards.

    I’ve been playing this game since the beginning. And I’ve never been so disappointed in you for the new cards that are released. I used to be able to use protection from a color instants to counteract cards like “Doomskar” and other board wipes... gone...no more. It used to be that anyone could put a deck together of commons, uncommons, and maybe a rare or 2 and win against any deck. Worst of all it used to be that you could be original and build a fairly unique deck and be extremely competitive.

    Not any longer.

    There are at least 6 different cards that if your opponent has them in their deck and you don’t, good luck winning. You WILL lose 90% of the games all because you don’t have enough $ to buy those certain cards. On top of that I shouldn’t have to use the same cards as the next player in my deck to win. THAT IS NOT STRATEGY. The cards released are ever increasingly overpowered, well some of them are. I don’t know the names of all the cards of importance I’m talking about, business it shouldn’t matter. I’m guessing you already know which ones. No one should have to build their deck and be forced into using specific cards just to be competitive. That whole idea undermines the spirit of this game that I love so much. I play this game A LOT online and off against an ever growing variety of opponents and I can count the amount of different decks on one hand it seems. I don’t mean different by a card or two, but different in behavior. Plus it’s SICKENING to play hundreds of different people and see more than 90% building their decks around the same few cards. Cosmic Elixir(I think), an artifact planeswalker, the legendary artifact that prevents dmg(probably the least of my worries in this case), and a few more I can’t think of at the moment. You have COMPLETELY ruined the balance and strategy of this game.

    If you’re going to keep this up then I think that cards like “black creature killers” should all be permanent killers for the same price. Not just black ones, but you get the idea. There are a couple but NONE are strictly black and only one or 2 destroy any no land perm. It’s funny you keep banning cards but very rarely ban the actual cards that upset the balance. Online on Arena, I’ve been playing there for 2+ years and most of the banned cards I very rarely ran into before or after the ban, yet all the ones that literally upset the game are still in. Just because they’re popular doesn’t mean they aren’t overpowering. Just because a card CAN be dealt with doesn’t mean it’s not overpowered. Finally just because I can’t afford to go out and buy EVERY Mythic Rare doesn’t mean I should lose 90% of my games. It’s not a new problem, but has gotten worse since 2021 core set. Before 2021 core this problem still existed, but I could easily put together a deck of mostly common and uncommon with maybe 2 sets of 4 rares and win more than 75% of the time.

    I may not have explained it well, but it’s definitely a problem. It’s a problem when 90%+ use the same few cards because it’s basically forced just to be good. It’s a problem that those who don’t can’t be competitive. It’s a problem when strategy and deck building have been pretty much completely taken out and replaced with a few mythic rares/OP cards. It’s a problem when someone who has played this game for 25yrs or so feels like they’re being forced into certain cards when it has never really been like that before. The worst part is because I don’t give you all my money you probably won’t even read this, and if by chance you do nothing will be done.

    Variety is the spice of life and used to be what this game was all about. It’s been ruined by a few cards, the most popular cards.

17. The PLAY TAB and PLAY MODE UI need to be completely rehauled.

    Hello, I just actually missed a Strix Quick Draft because of how terrible this current UI is that we have suffered with for over two years now. It's barely even changed. It's like nobody is home on the UI team. We don't get any better options for viewing cards at larger sizes, we get a few enhancements for deck builder, and almost nothing else.

    You guys are going with this absolutely daft three event tab and then an advanced tab that does almost nothing else. It's shocking that this is our UI still. I give you guys all the benefit of the doubt here. We know the team is fairly talented, so why are we still using a beta interface for our play modes and events?

    How can it be possible to MISS A DRAFT ON BOOT UP OF THE MAIN SCREEN!?

    Because your main screen is completely useless, and it's filled with events that don't even concern us half the time. You have no room, the vertical PLAY tab is an amateur hack job that is both confusing and SUPER SMALL lol.

    Why would it not be possible to at least get a full screen grid of what is going on for both game modes and play modes?

    Come on dev team. You guys are way more talented than this. Redo the UI to this game. At least do something to it to make navigating our current events a lot more informative.

20. Make Magic: the Gathering Arena available in the Brunei iOS App Store

    Myself and the other MtG players in Brunei have been looking forward to playing Arena on our mobiles every since the announcement of Arena on Mobile. Unfortunately many of us don’t yet have access to the game since it’s still not available on the Brunei iOS App Store.

    We have an active MtG community here that has been around for almost 20 years and we just had the Strixhaven Prerelease recently in our LGS. We want to have more ways to enjoy this great game and would like to sincerely request to Wizards to have Arena made available on the Brunei App Store so that we can enjoy the game on iOS.
