How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Draft Bug - Opponent played defiler of faith and when they cast a creature with a white mana it made two white soldier 1/1 tokens. Opponent didn't have any modifiers to create an additional 1/1 white soldier token. They had Ratadrabik of Urborg on the board.

Player Reporting system is pointless if repeat offenders are allowed to continue abuse.
In order to foster a fun playing environment, abusive players should be banned/suspended from play. Currently, it seems this is not the case. Three times in the past month, I have been matched up with a player named BlueSovereign who abuses the turn timer. Every time, I report that player but it seems my reporting does not result in any change.
If that is the case, using the reporting system is pointless.

continual freezes during gameplay
My arena client continually freezes during gameplay and eventually crashes out with windows error.
It seems to most commonly happen when a special effect is being played for a card that has one, so the ability to turn those off might be a useful start. At the moment it's unplayable.

Read Ahead Broken
Read Ahead mechanic is broken.
This has happened to me multiple times now. I'll play a Read Ahead card from my hand, and it will sit at the choice screen. The submit button does nothing. It forces me to time out, and it will either resolve the default spell starting at 1, OR it will concede the game entirely. This affects both constructed and limited play including events. I've already written off the draft event and won't be doing others until I know this is fixed.

Bonecrusher giant
Whilst playing mtg arena, opponent plays "Stomp" from the the bonecrusher giant card. The card reads, "damage can not be prevented this turn, stomp deals 2 damage to any target". Opponent casts this against my cards like "Righteous Valkyrie" which has a power/toughness of 2/4. There is no damage amplifying cards on the field or in the stack so stomp should only be able to do 2 damage to Righteous Valkyrie, however what happens is Righteous Valkyrie is immediately destroyed. This has also happened with a buffed Youthful Valkyrie that was at 11/13, again only 2 damage should be dealt…

Game froze (AGAIN) while opening a Gold Pack
Did the cards in the gold pack even go into my collection? What were they? Did I even get them or are they just gone in the into endless void that is Arena's dumpster fire of coding and bugs. Where is customer service? What do they do???? Why I'd this a never ending issue with Arena???? MTGO doesn't crash like this. Why is Arena such a disaster?

Blast zone with 3 counters destroyed a 7cmc creature.
I had a blast zone with 3 counters, Simian Simulacrum, and a blitz automaton which I had cast a couple of turns earlier for 7 that my opponent had enchanted with Prison Sentence. There were also some other permanents in play that weren't involved.
I activated the Blast zone to destroy the Prison Sentence (knowing my simulacrum would also die) but it actually destroyed the simulacrum, the prison sentence, and the 7cmc Blitz Automaton.

keep the peace deck
this is a bug. i am still in the beginning color challenge playing white against blue and i can only draw about 5 different cards not including lands. the blue computer opponent also only draws about 5 different cards from its deck.

Depopulate not drawing cards for multi-colored land creatures
Depopulate does not draw you cards while controlling a multi-colored land creature.

Griffen Aerie Does Not Trigger
The set up:
Soul Warden x3 on the battlefield
Cathar's Call x1 enchanting one of the Soul Wardens
Griffen Aerie x1 on the battlefieldCathar's Call triggers at end of turn. I gain 3 lives, but the Griffen Aerie does not trigger. Both the Cathar's Call and Griffen Aerie trigger at end of turn. Should not the Griffen Aerie trigger also?

Parallel Lives / enchantment tokens interaction bug
Parallel Lives did not double enchantment tokens made by Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief. There is no restriction on tokens that are doubled by the card - suggest you check programming to make sure all permanent tokens are being doubled, not just the common Creatures or Artifacts. There are more effects now that copy permanent spells which come in to play as tokens.

Unclear disconnect
Often I disconnect but don't realise as there's no way to determine whether I've actually disconnected or if the other player just isn't making any game actions. This is very frustrating and has lead to undeserved losses.
This wasn't a problem previously, but I have found that I can no longer rely on the 'waiting for server' spinner to appear when I am disconnected like I could in the past.

Soul Transfer Bug
When using the card Soul Transfer with an artifact and enchantment in play (meathook massacre and celestus) the card appears to cast but then no selection window appears sometimes and you get locked out of any play while your timer continues to run down - this has happened to me 4 out of the last 6 uses of the card in the same scenario. I'm on Windows 10, PC, using a wired connection, and can still see my opponent highlighting cards, so don't think this is a full disconnect.

Friend Challenge kicks out of Ranked
If I'm playing ranked and a friend sends me a Challenge during the match then cancels, it kicks me back to the home screen. Anyone else experiencing this? (Playing on PC)

game stucks at Explorer:Metagame-challenge
hello,
1-0 for me.
During the second round, when it was the other player's turn, the sandclock started runing.
at the very bottom (at 0) it got stuck.
nothing happened. i tried to give up but nothing happened.
later the timer started at about 12 minutes and counted down. at 0:00 the timer counted up again. i closed MTG Arena
i play on a laptop(thoshiba satellite pro)
since I don't really know my way around, I made four logs.

Bug in a ranked turn 4
When a play a Hallowed Fountain, the scream freezes, im playing on pc.

While playing, my opponent used 2 of 4 timeouts. It reaches zero and nothing happens. No new timeout is consumed, no action is taken. 5-10 Minutes and nothing happens while i speak via skype to a friend = connection is not lost.
The only thing i see which is not ok (beside the timeouts) is my inability to click on pass turn. Ok, i can click and ther is the tooltip, but the switch won't move to the right and stay there.

Draft run became non-interactive after opponent's mulligan timer ran out.
In addition my draft run was cancelled.
