How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Kicked out of EOE draft
Attempted to premier draft EOE around 12:05 today, was kicked out of draft about 6 or 7 picks in and unable to rejoin the event. Used a draft token to enter and would like that returned to me to be able to draft again once the issues have been resolved! Thanks!

Draft failed midway thru
Hello for the edge of eternity’s launch halfway thru my draft the server was unavailable and it auto drafted from the end of pack 2-3. I used my token as this wasn’t my fault I would like a refund of the token.

Draft Rotation Screen Glitched And Locked Me Out of Draft
After my 11th card pick from pack 1 in draft I went to go look at the rotation table due to being bored with how long it was taking other players to pick their cards. I think when I did that though I got a new selection of cards to pick from at the same time of me hitting the button, causing the game to glitch out and register me as already having a pick selection when I didn't. iOS Mobile: Waiting For Server Loops / Hanging After Last Premier Draft Pick: Cannot Build FIN Preimer Draft Deck After Drafting
Hello,
I'm writing issues this morning where I attempted to do a FIN Premier Draft on Mobile at 6:10am EST on Oct 3. After the draft, the game was stuck on a Waiting For Server Loop. This occurred on iOS with the newest version of iOS and the most updated game client on mobile. On restarting the client, tapping "Build Your Deck" led to a Waiting For Server loading screen that fishy stop unless I hard-closed the client. I attempted to Repair Game Files to see if it worked, and the issue still persists at the time of writing.

Stop Rigging Matches
You are inevitably facing a lawsuit and losing a lot of your customer base if you keep rigging matches. Given the amount of your income you make off arena this is going to bankrupt you. I would rather not lose magic because of your shortsighted and asinine greed.
Let people win in draft. As much of it as I have played even a complete moron should have won out in a game of traditional draft. I win paper drafts. I am not a complete moron. It's just pixels and artificial currency. Let people ******* win. You could be printing money…

Mastery Pass Extra Uncommons Not Received
I have reached level 50 of the current mastery pass, and whenever I level up I do not receive an uncommon card

50+ Mastery Reward Missing
Hello,
The way it looks on the mastery screen makes it seem like I should be getting a single card pull each time I finish a Mastery level 50 and beyond. I’m at level 58 now, and the only new card I received was at 50. Is this a bug? Or is it maybe misrepresented? Or will I receive the cards later in a bull fashion?

Bought pass, then service not available!
Great! Afer buying the season pass, the game crashed and since then I'm no longer able to connect. Great buisness plan, will definetily generate more customers!

Server issues during draft
During a final fantasy premier draft, the game disconnected and now won't let me log back in. Could I get event reimbursement for the draft?

authentication failed
hey, i was in a draft match, it quit randomly on turn 3, didnt get a match loss, continued the matches, i got a draw before start, then i could manage to play couple of more matches, but from 1 extra loss. maybe it was the one where it randomly quit?
then started a new draft, i picked 3 or 4 cards, got an error message, and i can not log in since. will we get reimbursed for the outage??3 votes -

timeout
got timed out after finishing a game in final fantasy sealed event, finished a game only for arena to completely freeze and crash. when restarting the application it said I was timedout and it will not let me connect on any of my devices.

Game froze
I played a draft, I was 1-2 and the next game I started I couldn't press any buttons. I checked my internet, which was fine, I then restarted within just a minute and I had lost...
The servers have been extremely unstandable today because of the release and people should get refunds...3 votes -
Draft token used but unable to continue event after one win
I joined a Final Fantasy Premier Draft, but after one win the "play" button was greyed out saying I couldnt join the event. It has used one of my draft tokens up from the pre release but I can no longer select the draft that I was in to continue either

Mastery Pass reward issue
Did not recieve 2 Mythic wildcards on levels 9 and 12 of the Omenpaths mastery pass. I recieved one at each level

ドラフトにて中盤からドローが全て土地。
40枚中17枚土地のデッキにて土地3からゲームを始めた所、あまりに通常のドローで土地を引きました。
使用した20枚の内13枚は土地です。これが起きる確率は1000回に1～2回ですが、私は何度か遭遇しています。

Card styles don’t show up
Hi I paid 3400 gems for the FF battle pass and can’t see my card styles in draft. I play draft mostly. If I click the little stars button all that happens is that every card in my sideboard disappears except for one. Could I get help seeing my card styles or my gems back please?
