How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Put 1500 gems on premier draft and when trying to join queue i get "network error: unable to join event". Persists after restart and re-install.

  2. Premier Draft - Network Error: Unable to join event. Please try again later.

    I got this message attempting to join a premier draft. Now, I'm locked into this message. When I go into premier draft, it shows the "Start Draft" button, and when I click it, I get this message.

    I've tried restarting Arena and my computer. There's no option to resign. I'm locked into being unable to play premier draft.

  3. Historic Pauper!

    An Open Letter to WOTC and the MTG Arena team

    Hello!

    I just wanted to write in on behalf of myself and the Historic Pauper community (I'm a moderator in a Historic Pauper Discord server and have been staff/the organizer for approximately half of the Historic Pauper events on MTG Melee) to say that we loved the FNM event. Many of us have played hundreds of games in official MTG Arena events while also playing hundreds (if not thousands) more in player run events or casual matches.

    We are all looking forward to the next Historic Pauper event!

  5. Draft Pick invisible

    Went to make a draft pick by dragging it to my deck, changed my mind and released the mouse button, and the card disappeared and I was unable to re-select it. I clicked another card and it was able to pick that but I was unable to change it back to the card I wanted.

  6. creepy puppeteer trigger not firing when enchanted

    When attacking with a [Creepy Puppeteer] enchanted with an opponent's [gift of fangs] and a [persistent specimen], the trigger to make the skeleton base 4/3 went on the stack, but when I said yes, nothing happened. This occurred twice in a row.

  7. Constructed Rank Not Progressing

    My ranking is not changing for Constructed at all. Regardless of format I play in; whether it's Ranked Best of 1's, Standard Events, Alchemy Events, nothing causes any increase or decrease of my Constructed Rank.

    There isn't even a pop-up to show progress after a match (win or lose)

    Limited Rank is working fine. I see many similar posts about this issue, some even going for months consecutively. Please address this problem and consider compensating players for lost progress over the time period this has been occurring.

    I play on Win 10 Client. Issue seems to occur regardless of OS/Platform…

  8. Invisible Disconnecting During Draft

    For the second time now, while drafting Premiere Draft in SNC, I have encountered an issue in which my draft disconnects and the client doesn't tell me.

    At first I thought my table was just taking a long time to pass, but then when I clicked the button to look at where the packs are on the table, it simply wouldn't let me. When I switched from my PC to my iPhone, I was able to get back in, and noticed I had missed several picks in a row. I tried to roll with it and do a few picks…

  11. Issue with promo pack codes

    Promo pack codes are being completed by bots or something of the like. The last 10 promo packs I have received from my LGS have codes already redeemed when I go to enter them.

  12. draft freeze

    Draft freeze during pack selection, miss 5/6 picks, had to restart the client. Manage to get some good cards but was not cool, I was drafting like a god!
    No connectivity issues. Please verify. Draft are expensive for this to happen. Thanks!

  16. Loss registered without a match played

    During arena decathlon event 3 I hit cancel to stop queueing and the event registered a loss. As a result I did not get to play the full number of matches allotted to me. I would like a refund of the 2k gold entry fee.

  17. Game froze

    On my opponent's priority, everything froze. I could still look at cards/graveyards, sound effects and animations were still there, but the game did not continue. And there was no rope/timer. I waited for 5 minutes to see if anything would happen and nothing did. The only thing I could do to leave the game was "concede" but even that did not seem to work. I had to re-boot the client. But when re-logged it had registered me with a loss, though I was winning at the time.

    At least one daily win is not being tracked from a premier draft win. This might also be a problem with other relevant game modes.

  20. Invalid Loss in Premier Draft

    My Account "Raithwalker#85179" experienced a loss in game four of a Premier Draft that should not have occurred. If possible, please review game logs on your end to see that loss occurred during opponent's upkeep phase erroneously with no card in play that could have facilitated the loss. Would be happy to discuss over email or phone, but do not have logs saved
