How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback

Mythic pack gave me a rare wildcard. I would like a new mythic pack

Rare wildcards in Mythic packs
I bought mythic packs and received a rare wildcard in one of them. Please can I be upgraded a mythic wildcard instead. It shouldn't be possible to get rare cards when you have paid for mythics.

Mastery level boost purchased, no rewards received
Yesterday night I made a purchase for 1750 gems for mastery levels. The game took my gems but unlocked nothing in return, effectively just eating my money. Please refund or unlock the levels I paid for.

URGENT --> BUG: I PAID for the MASTERY PASS, but I DON'T GET XP for anything since August 20th in Germany.
I expect you to add all the missed XP to my account!

Waiting for Server in the Store
I cannot purchase anything from the store because it get stuck on "waiting for server." I'm on a Mac and it seems like this has been an issue for years...

Not enough Mastery Balls in Mastery pass
Im almost done the mastery pass and i need 3 more mastery balls for the rest of the cards and im only going to get 2 mastery balls by the end of the pass

Mastery XP Not Adding
I'm at 900 XP and earned another 600 or so through match wins but none of that XP has been recorded on the mastery pass. The game showed the XP earned in the post match report so it should be going through.

BLB pack gave me a special guest card (Ledger Shredder) and no rare or mythic.
This may have happened previously and I didn't notice it. Please fix this and reimburse me.

bloom burrow mastery orb
I'm almost to the end of the Bloom Burrow Mastery Tree and from what I can see I have two more orbs I can receive, however there are three more card styles to be obtained.
I play on both PC and Android.
Is it designed this way or did I just not receive one Orb somewhere along the way.
Could someone let me know if I'm missing an orb or not?

Daily Deal packs do not give Golden pack progress
I play on Android, the game is up to date. Today's special in the store is a MoM pack at 10% off. I bought one, expecting to get 1/10 progress towards a Golden Pack, but instead I remain at 0/10. The prompt under the Golden Pack progress bar says that progress can be earned by purchasing packs from one of the latest sets, including MoM. There is no indication that a daily deal pack is any different from a regular one in this regard. Please increase my Golden Pack progress as advertised.

I played bloomburrow pre release, but my pre release code is not working( i didnt used any before, its my first one). So i tryed another, and for my surprise is not working as well.

Bloomburrow Arena Code Limit
Bloomburrow should allow players to redeem multiple arena codes! After multiple recent sets allowed 5 prerelease arena code redemptions per account, it made me even more excited to participate in more prereleases as a digital/Arena-only player. So I went into the Bloomburrow prereleases hoping to have some in-person fun and get a good amount of digital value to build my collection. However after trying my 2nd prerelease code I was really disappointed to learn that this set allows only one code per account to be redeemed. Can't Purchase Gems in Steam Version of Game
I recently switched to the Steam Version of the game so that updates would be managed by the steam client. Since doing so, however, I am no longer able to purchase gems.
I have already confirmed that the Steam In-Game Overlay is enabled both in the Steam General settings and for Magic Arena specifically. My steam wallet has a payment method linked as well.
After clicking the price on the "Confirm Purchase" screen, the screen returns back to the store, and nothing else happens. There are no errors, or any feedback given. I have attached my log, which seems to…

Cannot buy anything from store it just freezes. Mac
I am trying to buy new Modern Horizons but it freezes after i click on buy and does not respond. Need to manually quit out of game. Have tried re-installing and everything and still no luck. Help!

Arena Store Unusable on MacOS
Every time I try to purchase anything with real money (not gems or gold), it displays "Waiting for Server" and I cannot do anything. I have to restart Arena to do anything. I was able to log into Arena on my Iphone and make purchases without any issues. So this bug is specific to the MacOS. All software is up to date.
