1. Attack with creatures quest is frustrating

   Whenever I get the quest for "Attack with 45 Creatures", my heart sinks. I try to complete this quest and it seems whenever I am about to attack with any significant number of creatures, my opponent just snap concedes. It turns into trying to attack with enough creatures to not win which doesn't seem like the intent. I don't have a suggestion except to just remove this quest because of the interaction with the likelihood of an opponent conceding when you are about to make significant progress.

2. More forgiving rewards for phantom events

   The most recent arena cube has been a huge success, and it's proven to be a fun and exciting format.

   However, the cost and rewards can be unforgiving for newer players. It is very demoralizing to draft a deck that you are really excited about, lose a few times and find out that you are out of gold/gems to try again.

   I am happy to spend money on phantom events like this, but it is hard to justify when you may only get to play a few drafts with the gems you purchase depending on your record.

   I would be much more inclined to spend money on these types of events if I could purchase a "season pass" where I would be allowed to play as many drafts as I wanted but received few or no rewards.

   What makes it fun and exciting to me is the prospect of improving my skills while trying different archetypes, but it's difficult to do so when I'm worried about running out of gold/gems if I have a poor record.

4. [BUG] Legendary rule not applied for similar name planewalkers usage

   The legend rule must be applied if the same player has on his board two different planeswalker sharing a planewalker name (two "Garruk" for example)
   Currently it is possible to have more than one planewalker on the same side with the same name

5. Game breaking bug with spec lands

   It seems to be only with special lands. There's been no real rhyme or reason besides when I have 5 or more lands (either special lands or regular). But the land will glitch into the middle of the play field (as depicted) and won't seem to activate as being in play until the end of the turn. During this game was the worse I've seen it as it affected 1. Paying for things and 2. Seemed to but the game out so bad that I couldn't see what was being played, couldn't play anything, couldn't take any actions during anyone's turn. I eventually conceded due to this not fixing itself. Everything I could get pictures of is attached. Mobile version android 11....oneplus 8T+ 5g. to note I didn't have this issue until February 19th (if that matters)

6. Kaldheim Mastery Pass level 30 - Missing Orb Icon

   Level 30 of the Kaldheim mastery pass reads: "1 set mastery orb & 4x surtland elementalist," however the icon in the strip only shows the elementalist.

   The rewards did include the orb, however.

7. Crash During Draft

   My Arena crashed during a draft. When I hit "reconnect," it stuck on the "An asset error occurred during your last play session. Validating asset file to ensure stability, this may take a while." It is stuck at 10% and will not move.

8. Sealed Arena Open timer

   Edit: though there may not be a choice in order to get the event done in time? Maybe just a clearer indicator? Call attention to the time limit somewhere? I didn't see the details anywhere. But I think it only really happened because my deck didn't have enough power.

   Ended up playing defense in a board lockdown until my opponent decked themselves first game. Really brutal to play my first Day 2 and only find out it is a match timer and not a game timer when it makes the 5 second countdown noise in game 2. Explains why my opponent chose not to win game 2 with Provoke the Trolls directly and just clear out my board instead.

   Not sure a non increment timer is ideal for limited where lockdown happens so easily. Had fun though.

12. Proposed Rule Change: Fettered Cards

    Once again, there appear to be more bans coming for Magic, which is fine given the current rules, but I think it will be a persistent problem until the rules of Magic allow for a more dynamic form of banning, i.e., players should be able to prevent the use of certain cards during matches.

    My current term for this is "fettering" and the way I envision it, each player would have a fettered list of five cards (in Standard, a larger list in older formats) that if either player has them in their deck, changes those cards into fettered cards. Fettered cards will have no abilities/types, will not be able to be cast, discarded, etc. Basically, they will be useless while still taking up space in libraries and hands. Lands who only have mana abilities (e.g., basic lands, triomes) will not be able to be fettered, but other lands, (e.g. Field of the Dead) could be fettered. Because there are likely corner cases I am not considering, the specific rules would need to be developed and it might be easiest to have an "unfetterable" list that states what cannot be fettered.

    As an example as to how this might work let's consider Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath. If players found Uro to be a problematic card that their opponents were regularly using, they would add it to their fettered list, preventing themselves and their opponents gaining benefit from including the card in their deck. This would lead to a weakening of Uro decks (because it would no longer be useful to have Uro in a deck) so fewer players would include Uro in their decks, instead they would look for other cards to achieve a similar result which would increase deck diversity and avoid the need for Wizards to constantly decide whether a ban is necessary. Really broken cards (like Oko, Thief of Crowns) would be managed by being put on everyone's fettered list until so few people used it that it wasn't a problem.

    By selecting Uro and Oko as examples, I've focused on cards that ended up being banned, but fettered cards would also allow for players to limit their opponent's ability to streamline certain archetypes like a control deck by allowing the fettering of common control cards, e.g. Dovin's Veto, but given the wide variety of cards to accomplish common effects like countering, I think this is unlikely to cripple entire archetypes.

13. Wrongly calculated dmg

    Match between player named "Jesper" and "spicyredpirate" on 24.12.2020 at around 21:06.
    Fervent Champion attacks. Another Fervent Champion gives him +1/+0 boost making him 2/1 creature. Castle Embereth gives all creatures +1/+0 making this Fervent Champion 3/1 now. Rimrock Knight was played from hand as an instant giving this Fervent Knight +2/+0 making him 5/1 now.
    Next, this Fervent Knight is being blocked by my Yorvo, Lord of Garenbrig who is now 7/7.
    FOR SOME REASON, this Fervent Knight KILLS my giant... Please explain how 5/1 creature kills 7/7 giant........?

16. Bug report Kardur's Vicious Return

    I had Kardur's Vicious Return in play and when it got to the 3rd portion of the saga, I was not given a choice of creatures to target in my graveyard.

    The selection was made for me, automatically.

    Also, the selection that was made for me happened to be the same creature card I discarded in step 2 of this saga.

18. Opponent Mirror Matching

    2. I play a mirror match, sometimes for several games in a row

    Question (please answer): Can you provide us with details on WHY this happens, how we can avoid it, and consider a game format that has ZERO influence on player matching? What's wrong with random matching? It allows your customers to test decks properly rather than with the Arena finger on the scale.
    Question (please answer): Do you provide your customers with an explanation? How your algorithm works? Why they will never be matched against certain deck types (unless they switch the deck they are playing).

    It would be nice to have a RANDOM match once in a while. Why is Arena so dead set against this?

19. Game Freeze on Green 2021 Shrine Forfeit

    Consistently when an opponents forfeits during the activation of the green 2021 shrine the game freezes. I have to force close the program and I'm not sure I'm getting credit for wins. It's happened enough now that I think folks are using it as an exploit.
