1. Marvel Jumpstart event became corrupted after selecting the "Mutants" theme pack as my second pack.

   After choosing the "Great Lakes Avengers" themed packet I chose the "Mutants" theme packet as my second choice and it sent me back to the home screen Upon re-entering the event I am left at the "Choose One of These Themed Packets" menu with my first packet choice on display but I am unable to hit "Confirm Pick" as the button is greyed out and nonfunctional. Neither Repairing files nor logging out and back in has remedied this bug.

2. Bug: Jump Into Marvel Pack RNG Error

   Category: Bug Report
   Platform: PC, iPad, iPhone, Steamdeck
   Summary: Savage Lands packet appears in Marvel Jump In offers at a drastically disproportionate rate, limiting my ability to complete other packet playsets.
   Steps to Reproduce:

   Play Marvel Jump In (Marvel Super Heroes pool) repeatedly across multiple sessions
   Track which packets appear as options

   Actual Results:
   Over 23 sessions, Savage Lands has appeared as an offer option in 4 out of 7 confirmed offer rounds in my most recent session alone - approximately 57% of offer slots. It has been played 4 times to full playset completion. With a 51-packet pool, the expected appearance rate for any single packet is roughly 2% of offer slots (1 in 51). Savage Lands is appearing at approximately 28 times that rate. Because each session effectively offers 2 packets total, every appearance of Savage Lands displaces a packet I have not yet completed, directly reducing my ability to build toward other playsets.
   Expected Results:
   Offer distribution should be roughly uniform across the full packet pool. A completed packet with no remaining collection value for the player should not continue crowding out unplayed options.
   Notes:
   I tracked this specifically because the frequency was notable enough to document. A 28x overrepresentation rate cannot be explained by normal variance.

6. Rank Season Error Bug

   I was due to get my season rewards today. Since I was affected by the rank season error in June, I was given 5 packs for my limited rank but no gold reward and no card styles. For my constructed rank, I was not given any rewards at all, no packs, no gold and no card styles. It would be nice if this could be fixed and I could get my monthly rank rewards.    I've been playing for about a month now and I just realised that everyone else has daily quests that give them gold and mastery. I feel I've missed out on a lot but with the time and money I've already invested, I don't want to start a new account.

9. Rat King, Verminister Bug

   I am writing to report a bug I experienced during a Brawl game where +1/+1 counters were visually indicated on screen but not actually being applied to my creatures.

   Here is a summary of the game state when the issue occurred:

   Commander: Rat King, Verminister
   The following cards were on the battlefield:
   - Rat King, Verminister (my commander)
   - Phyrexian Obliterator
   - Eternal Thirst (enchanting Phyrexian Obliterator)
   - Shadowspear (equipped to Phyrexian Obliterator)

   Background before the bug appeared:
   - Rat King had accumulated approximately 3 counters via his Disappear ability, bringing him to roughly 4/4.
   - Phyrexian Obliterator had grown to approximately 6/6 via counters from Eternal Thirst (opponent creatures dying).
   - I then equipped Donnie's Bo (Shadowspear) to Phyrexian Obliterator to make him 7/7.

   The Bug:
   After some point during this game state, the game began showing the card popup on the right side of the screen indicating that counters were being triggered and added — but no counters were actually being applied to the creatures. The power and toughness values on both Rat King, Verminister and Phyrexian Obliterator remained unchanged despite these visual triggers.

   Troubleshooting steps I attempted during the game:
   1. Let Rat King die (since he is my commander and returns to the command zone) to see if re-entering the battlefield would reset the issue. When I recast Rat King and he returned to the board, the same bug persisted — counter triggers would display on the right side of the screen but no counters were applied.
   2. Removed Donnie's Bo from Phyrexian Obliterator. The bug continued — counter triggers still displayed but were not applied.

   Neither of these steps resolved the issue. The counters continued to flash on screen as though they were being added, but the creatures' stats did not change.

   I do not have a replay or screenshot, but I wanted to report this in as much detail as possible so your team can investigate whether this is a known issue or a reproducible bug with this combination of cards.

   Please let me know if you need any additional information.

10. Spider-Woman preventing untapping when ability is removed.

    I lost a draft match because a Spider-Woman, Secret Agent prevented a creature from untapping for multiple turns (for the rest of the match) when her ability was removed by Frozen in Ice.

    To reproduce:
    Play any creature
    Have an opponent play Spider-Woman, Secret Agent, targeting the creature.
    Play Frozen in Ice, targeting Spider-Woman, Secret Agent.
    Upon the next turn, the creature targeted by Spider-Woman, Secret Agent will not untap even though it should.

    Expected result: the tapped creature should untap when the ability is removed.

12. Matchmaking is rigged

    Why do I constantly have to play against decks with the same mechanics as mine? Or constantly get matched with someone that has the exact deck to negate mine... this is not fun at all. I don't expect to win every time, but this is absurd. One here and there, sure. But three in a row is obviously a matchmaking issue. Not to mention the people that are literally taking up the clock to make plays in hopes you just FF.

13. Draft glitch causes 2 random cards to be selected if dragging a card when timer runs out

    Windows 11. To trigger this glitch, click and drag a card during a draft, but do not let go or select it. While still holding the card, allow the timer to run out. The game will not select the card you are holding, but will instead select a random card (whatever the AI recommends). Now your user interface is glitched. You are unable to click or drag any cards in the next pack. Your only option is to click "Select Card" and take another card the AI suggested. At that point, normal selection is once again possible until you trigger the glitch again. This glitch results in not just 1 random card as a penalty for running out of time, but 2 random cards. This is clearly not intended behavior.

14. Product Suggestions - Personal Ban list

    I want to play magic for the fun of it, using creative strategies and fighting against other creative decks. I do not play the game to win with the best deck possible. It's hard to to have fun when I'm fighting against the same 3 meta decks over and over and over and over and over again. It's so boring!!!! Adding a small personal ban list of even just 1 card in non ranked play would allow matchmaking to feel so much more refreshing! In real life I'd refuse to play against decks with the small handful of cards that absolutely ruin all fun in the game for me anyways, so why should that be different online? Even getting data on the cards people don't like playing against can provide helpful insights to card design in the future.

    I know this feature will never see the light of day, but I still can't wait for the day I never go against another BORING Ouroboroid deck. Another boring, overpowered, anti-fun card will replace it of course, that's just how the meta goes these days in standard, but hopefully that next card won't be in what feels like 50% of all decks played against.

15. Desireability of Bundles On Arena

    I will not purchase the Captain America bundle because the only upside compared to buying the packs normally is a couple cosmetics.
    I would buy the bundle if it had even a slightly lower cost than buying packs normally. Instead of being 10,000 gold, I would be significantly more inclined to purchase it at 9,000 gold or 9,500 gold.

17. "Waiting for server"

    How about you fix your server side errors so I don't get the "Waiting for server" error every ten seconds? Then the game might actually be enjoyable to play. All screenshots are from the same match. I took a screenshot every time the game froze in this manner. Please fix it, so I can keep playing.

18. Super Hero Civil War progressed to both chapter 2 and 3 on the same turn

    I was playing MSH limited and cast Super Hero Civil War, targeting only one creature, opponent's 5-drop 3/6 that taps for mana and gives additional counters. I passed the turn with a Spider-Man on my side of the field, I think opponent had the rare blue Loki 2/1 ok their side. During their turn they cast Pet Avengers and used it's power up ability, then passed back to me. Then, when my saga went to progress to the next chapter it had 3 counters on it, and prompted me to choose a creature to fight another one. After choosing to have the 3/6 fight the Loki, the ability from chapter 2 appeared ok the stack, giving my creatures +1/+1 and vigilance. Both abilities then resolved, and the saga sacrificed itself. Haven't ever encountered anything like this before. I was playing on mobile, on Android and on 5G. I unfortunately didn't get any screen shots; I think I was a bit too confused and dumb-founded at the moment.
