How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Hexproof
Just had a dragon that has hexproof as long as it’s dealt no damage. Never swung with it as it came in tapped by the mono white authority enchantment. Opposing player cast bake into a pie keep in mind on a hexproof creature that just entered the battlefield tapped and it destroyed said creature. Pretty sure hexproof is it can’t be targeted by spells or abilities of your opponent. This has happened 7 times with hexproof creatures and caused me to lose each time so what the actual heck.

These are bugs in the iOS mobile version.
They include issues such as being unable to adjust the number of cards in the sideboard in BO3, and being unable to tap a creature to activate its ability even when you have the initiative.

Is anyone quality checking pre-made decks anymore?
This is honest feedback for the stone brains at WOTC.
Midweek magic (theoretically) is supposed to be about highlighting different playstyles, such as for new expansion sets. That did not happen. The pre-made spellstorm deck was more OP than all the other pre-made midweek magic decks by a large margin. If you wanted to stand a chance of getting your 3 wins for the week, you were pretty much required to use spellstorm, and that is what most people did. The other decks were cute, but ultimately their primary mechanic ended up just being to feed wins to the spellstorm…

Network error after draft
Network Error, unable to join event. Please try again later. This message appeared on after I finished drafting a Premier draft: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I spent 10,000 coins on the event, these coins are still gone from my bank and I am still unable to play the event.

Marvel Super Heroes/ "Giant Growth" Bugged
I'm playing on the steam version of the game and I have collected 4 "Giant Growth" cards from playing the "Marvel Super Heroes Jump in Event". I have now opened several packs of marvel super heroes (purchased with gold or through the mastery track) and I get "Giant Growth" marked as a first pull or whatever the in game terminology is. I believe this may be happening with other cards from the set obtained through the "jump in event" because I have had cards not appear in the new cards section after opening packs but the giant growth card is…

Lost Game Before Finding Match
After matchmaking being stuck loading for about 2 minutes, the defeat screen appeared and I was sent back to the draft screen. I had one loss before so the Pick 2 draft was over despite me only playing one actual game. I spent 6k gold on the entry so if I could get that back please that would be appreciated

Wild card redemption problem
I am trying to buy bloomtender from lorwyn eclipsed, It is a mythic rare I have two mythic wild cards but it won’t let me redeem it because it’s saying I have to have rare wild cards because that’s the lowest rarity. Please fix this.

Rank not updating after matches
Rank not updating after matches. I'm on Mythic top #1200, and doesn't matter how many matches I play, the rank sits at #781. Also in my profile it appears as Spart Tier 0 for both constructed and limited.

Decks suddenly unusable
Suddenly some of my decks claim to contain cards not in my collection.
When I check the decklists, they only contain cards that I do indeed own.

Rng Rigged Shuffler
Tired of dealing with this terrible RNG all day, they make me lose in absurd ways.
Imagine the RNG I have to lose against this cheap mono-black deck playing the meta deck Izzet Lessons.
I'm still losing in the midweek event; I only draw lands or useless cards. The RNG in this game is a joke unless you're a whale, a famous YouTuber, or have connections with certain people. This company should be sued for fraud by some powerful corporation.

Restorative technique doesnt give +1/1 token
The card Restorative Technique doesn't seem to be fully functioning. In 2 separate games I played the card and received the health and land, but did not recieve the +1/+1 token on target creature.

Patch/update caused more issues on iOS
You guys have got to get better at testing updates on iOS, especially for iPad. I play pretty much exclusively on my iPad Pro, and every update there’s a 50/50 chance some new issue or bug will appear. The latest update caused a bunch of sound effects on match start screens etc. to be missing/not play. And the ability to search for cards in the collection and deck-building screens has been broken on iPad iOS for ages. I keep thinking you guys will fix it, but so far no such luck. Games Crashing ("Waiting for Server")
(Bug)
For the last few days, my Arena (on mobile) has been continuously crashing out/losing connection to the servers while in mid-game.I'll join a normal match, and everything works fine until a certain point in the game (usually after the first few turns). Then the screen will shade & the "Waiting for Server" notification (with the spinning circle) will appear, and then the game will fade out & it takes me back to the main screen.
I am generally able to rejoin the game I just left by opening the "Play blade" & hitting 'Play' on the same format…

Mastery Pass Rewards Failing
I unlocked the Marvel Super Heroes Mastery reward for 4× Hulk, Always Angry. The mastery track shows the reward as Completed, but the cards never appeared in my collection. I have restarted the client, cleared the cache, and searched my collection with both "Collected" and "Not Collected" enabled. The card does not appear.

Spell Pierce bug
This bug has happened to me several times now. When I cast Spell Pierce on one of my spell, it doesn't give me the option to pay the 2 mana to counter the target spell. Whether I have mana or not, it counters it. And if I do have mana, it doesn't use it.
This means that this card cannot be used as spell, for example to activate prowess, by casting it on one of your own spell and Stave Off countering it.

Golden Pack Gave Banned Card
I just purchased 10 packs to get a golden pack. When opening the golden pack I received Screaming Nemesis, a banned card..... Disappointed!

Cards from MSH achievements are not appearing in deck builder
Achievement grated cards, like Hulk, Brutal Brawler, though appear within my collection, when in deck building mode I cannot get that card to appear.
This is happening on windows version 2026.60.10.13205.1289428
