How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Lifelink on Creature Without Double Strike Triggers Twice When Damage is Dealt by Creature with Double Strike

    I applied double strike using twinferno to a creature attacking Atraxa. Atraxa does not have first strike or double strike. So when my creature deals first strike damage, Atraxa does not deal damage to it. Atraxa ONLY deals damage on the normal damage phase. But the opposing player received 14 health (double Atraxa’s power) because my creature hit it twice. But Atraxa only dealt 7 damage that turn.

  2. Have spent hundreds of dollars this month...

    FIX your shuffler and the RNG. Some of the things that are happening are not statistically possible. You're losing customers daily. I've spent thousands of dollars on this game and will not spend another cent until you FIX IT.

  3. Rng is fun

    Opponents with libraries of 60+ cards curve perfectly in Diamond, get the perfect interaction playing jank decks.
    The ranked ones are not competitive, they are garbage created to waste our time except for the whales or people with influence in the game who will steal the perfect cards every game until they reach the first mythical positions.
    Fun.

  5. Starter decks not providing the cards, not receiving starter decks from starter deck duel

    Starting decks not providing cards, Starter deck duel not providing decks,

    I am on PC, returning account first time on steam. My 5 mono color starter decks all say they require 20-40 wild cards to complete. The starter deck duel is also not giving me the decks after winning three times with them. As it is I don't have any decks with which to play the game due to these bugs.

  6. Turn timer problems

    The turn timer gets exploited with certain decks where your opponent forces you into using up your turn timer on automatic effects. This issue needs a resolve all button so you don't lose your turn timer for having a life gain upon creatures entering the battlefield combo with gain life = +1+1 counter on target creature. It's ridiculous when somebody uses a convoluted and time consuming combo just to exploit the game's timer mechanism and force you to lose based on time that they themselves created. There needs to be a solution to this if active effects are stacking. Perhaps…

  7. Arena frequently disconnects

    In matches and in deck builder arena will frequently lose connection and give the waiting for server screen. This happens every 60 seconds or so and across all devices and networks. When the lost connection screen appears I am able to hit reconnect and continue as normal.
    Suggestion, arena should automatically try to reconnect and do it's best to not interrupt gameplay even if some packets are lost. When in the deck builder why do I need to be interrupted by a waiting for server screen that stops everything.
    Really love this game but these disconnections are making the game…

  8. Give us an option for removing opponent card highlighting

    We need two quality of life updates. These need to be in the settings and toggle options.

    1. Currently when our opponent puts their mouse over a card it highlights the card. This is annoying, we do not need to see this. Setting to turn it off.

    2. Anonymous name mode setting. 99% of players we do not need or want to see their names. Give us a setting to turn off their names so it's anonymous.

    Then make a match history list that shows us a history of the last 20 players we played against. There we can go to this…

  9. Villainous Wealth results in GreError

    Using villainous wealth in a green creature ramp/leyline build allows you to play it for X at 20 or greater.
    Frequently, the game will either immediately end in a draw with GreError or "choose another action", either as the card resolved/creatures autotap, or sometimes as you place cards onto the stack from the card browser. (This just happened with X=21, casting ~15 cards).
    The expected result is quite simply, that when I play something like this, the game ACTUALLY WORKS.

  10. Game crash on match start

    After completing a match, I queued for another. The game crashed around "opponent found". Continuing to crash every time I opened the game and trying to reconnect to that opponent, even when I restarted h computer.

  11. Fix the shuffler number 10

    Fix the shuffler, running deck, 18 lands, 21 creatures, 21 spells. on the play, started with 2 lands in hand as is good ratio, 2 non spells and 3 creatures. proceeded to top deck 3 lands, also, one starting land was cavern of souls and first draw was also cavern of souls. i only run 2. the odds of that are 1/30 times 1/53. no way in ****.

  13. waiting for server bug

    Application gets stuck on "waiting for server" screen while trying to edit some of my decks, editing sideboard seems to be broken as well with decks that manage to get past the waiting bug. Sideboards are unable to be editing or the textures are broken and appear washed out or do not track how many copies of a card there are in the sideboard itself. "Waiting for server" bug is specific and consistent to certain decks it seems, even after rebooting.

  14. Algoritmo rng del juego es una estafa, muy trucado

    Este juego es una estafa, el algoritmo siempre te perjudica de manera clara, siempre contra un counter y si no robarán las cartas de manera perfecta o pasará lo más improbable que pueda pasar en beneficio del oponente.

    Cosas muy random como que me muelan 3 cartas y metan la única Elesh Norn que llevo en la baraja la cual me desmonta todo el mazo de artefactos que juego de efectos etb. Justo esa carta de las tres que me muelen y tiene que ser esa, claro, la única que llevo en el mazo de 60, seguro.

    Jugando al mejor…

  15. Forced draw

    Summary: I was forced into a draw because the game wasn't able to resolve a finite stack of triggers fast enough. The game gave me a warning three times that if I do not take another action the game will be a draw but no additional action was available for me to take.

    Bug reporting:
    1.)I cast Marwyn's Kindness with X being 21
    In play: "Rosie Cotton of South Lane", "Samwise Gamgee", and "Mondrak, Glory Dominus".

    2.)Occurred on the PC client

    3.) Game forced a draw despite having multiple win conditions available.

    4.) Allowed to finish the stacked triggers without…

  16. Turn time exploit/bug

    Been having issues in some matches where my opponents timer does not activate and when it switches to my turn my timer has no time at all to react. It is almost as if my timer activates while on the opponents turn because it takes so long and it basically takes my turn time. This caused me to have issues in my last match because I wasn't able to assign defenders.

  17. Game crashes during matches

    Since last Thursday (2/1/24), the app will crash during matches. Not all matches, and I can’t tell what the trigger is, but regularly enough that I’m losing matches because of it. Around 25% of matches. After restarting the app and reconnecting to the match, it still continues to crash.

    I’m on an iPad 8th generation, model MYLD2LL/A , iOS 16.6.1.

    I’ve tried restarting the game completely, turning my iPad completely off then on again, and even deleting and reinstalling the app. But still having the same issue.

  18. Sparky stuck on Color Challenge and Starter Deck duel

    I have completed BOTH the 'Color Challenge' and the 'Starter Deck Duels' but sparky is stuck in an endless loop of "Wow, you've beaten all of the color challenges". This is my HOME page and will not allow me to participate in any other events that may show on home screen...PLEASE fix this issue. I cant participate in any in-game events that I can see showing on my friends game but not mine (and we have accomplished the same stuff in game). Very frustrating here. Ive seen forums with 30-40 people with this same issue that dates back to August.…

  19. Repulsive mutation + Ivy

    When i target a creature other then Ivy with Repulsive mutation to put counters on, choose 0 fro countering spells - Ivy triggers, but after the ability resolves i do not get any counters on Ivy.

  20. Shuffler sucks

    Your shuffler sucks ***. Today I have played 3 matches in historic brawl, the first one went great as land drops were good. The second one I had to mulligan and went into a 3 land hand and did not draw another land until 7 turns later. Next I played a landfall deck in which I run 60 lands and started with a 4 land hand and did not draw another land until 8 turns later. This is frustrating at times and makes the game no fun at all.
