How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

MTG Arena mobile crash bug
On iPhone and my client keeps randomly closing out when entering a match even after closing and reopening the application.

Auto-Passing for reduced enchanment costs
The program is auto-passing with an enchantment cost reduction (glimmer) and enchantments in hand that could get cast with mana available.
Twice in a row - unable black mana, autopassed with enchantment in hand that now cost 1 black mana, next turn, same auto passing with 1 red, 1 white, and a 2 mana (1 red, 1 generic) in hand.4 votes -

arena cube
Why is Chrome Mox in the cube when cards like mana drain/dark ritual are not?? Having one card so much more powerful than every other card is a mistake, maybe nadu gets close in right deck but.. I just lost to a basically unbeatable draw and have already done the same to opponent today, im on a disability allowance so cannot afford rebuys so losing to agrro playing turn one Mox sux

Cannot sign in to submit a request
Every time I try to submit a request it asks me to log in and every time I log in it redirects my to my profile. When I return to the pictured page I am always still logged out so I cannot submit requests. It's pretty infuriating to have the system for reporting bugs and issues also be bugged.

I got on to launch my game and I keep getting a network error message. My internet works but the website says there are no issues.

Obvious Bug/Cheating
Just played someone that had more than 4 copies of Soulstone Sanctuary in their deck. 2 in the graveyard, 2 animated in play, and then played a 5th. I always thought unique lands like that one were restricted to 4 copies. This game is free to play but it would seem that it's too much for some weak hearts so they need to cheat. I know y'all probably won't do anything about it, but at least I tried to say something. Thank you for nothing, in advance

Sideboard Bug Bo3/ Problema con el sideboard Bo3
El sideboard jugando explorer bo3 da problemas, a veces haces click en las cartas y no te deja cambiarlas, si tienes por ejemplo kaheera y metes otra criatura que no es compatible se queda pillada la aplicación, incluso reseteando el cliente (en vez de quitar a kaheera automáticamente como sería lo lógico o preguntarte si la quieres quitar de compañero)
A veces salen imágenes blancas por el menú después de estos bugs.
Ojalá lo pudieran arreglar ya que el bo3 es un elemento clave del juego.The sideboard when playing explorer bo3 gives problems, sometimes you click on the cards and it doesn't let you change them, if you have for example kaheera and you put another creature that isn't compatible the application gets stuck, even resetting the client (instead of removing kaheera automatically as it would be logical or asking you if you want to remove her as a companion)
Sometimes white images appear in the menu after these bugs.

Deck not shuffling
I’ve played over 50 games in the alchemy (both ranked and normal) and I’ve only had about half of the cards in my deck actually come into play. It’s like it’s stuck dealing the same specific cards and not allowing me to use the rest of my deck. Even when I mulligan I don’t see the other cards. My deck size is 62/60. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it or not but before the last update my deck seemed to shuffle more efficiently.

Product Suggestion
This game is so manipulated to the extent I'm being paired with people with same decks consistently when I win or shuffler screwed. The shuffler is either giving me stacked cards or lands even in a low land deck. It seems you either just win by a landslide (no puns here) or get stomped out there is no good MTG games anymore. This game used to be something I enjoyed but at least it's pushed me back to paper... oh yeah my "Product Suggestion" Nothing, you guys have never listened to consumers it's all about digital marketing.

Auto-Pass Bug.
Auto-Pass isn't working on my opponents turns. It works fine on my turn, but continuously asks to resolve on my opponents turns.

Your shuffle algorithm SSSSSUUUUUCCCCCKKKKKSSSSS!!!!!
Because I can't update an existing post. I went in to out 2 cards and introduced another 2 land. That's 29 land in a 75 card deck abdominal still only 2 lands in opening hand, highest mana cards in opening hand and no land in 4 draws, 4 GAMES IN A ROW!

Fix the shuffler 12
Mythic ranked, deck with 18 lands 21 creatures 21 spells,used fugitive codebreaker to draw extra 3 cards on turn 4, by next draw i had seen 8 lands and 7 non lands in total. wtf is this ****. Literall impossible odds that would never happen in real magic, fix the shuffler this is why arena is dying.

Black screen after loading initial scene
Mac Os Ventura 13.6.8 using Epic Games Launcher.
Goes to black screen after startup page saying "loading initial scene".
Have uninstalled and reinstalled Epic Games Launcher, including clearing caches etc.
Epic Games Launcher won't open in Safe Boot, not sure if that's connected7 votes -
Fix the dmn shuffler
Diamond 1 trying to rank, deck is 18 lands, 21 creatures, 21 spells. Turn 7 on the play, ive drawn 3 lands 3 creatures, and 7 spells. This ratio is literally impossible. We came to play magic not bend over for the shuffler. There is no way in **** my deck gives me that ratio, the chances are less then 1 in ten million.

Nerf/Ban Alchemy cards
Sorry not sorry, the Alchemy cards are unbalanced and make the experience of playing a match stressful and/or unfair. I understand that alchemy is a "full digital" format, but creating cards that even in the physical format would be banned everywhere should't be your focus. Grenzo, Crooked Jailer and Mythweaver Poq are just a couple of example, but I could cite every creature with the intensity keyword (another senseless feature of Alchemy). I say that these card are unfair because there is no strategy nor there Is a downside/balance/cost for the abilities of this card. Take Mythweaver Poq: it copies a non land land when it enters the battlefield. Now I have a card/commander (in the Brawl matches it is gaining popularity very quickly because of this, I guess why) that makes me play two land per turn, and moreover one is a copy of another one.
My suggestion is to nerf these cards so they don't make people quit the match as soon as they see the card (trust me, it's happening), or make a division in formats between one where you can use Alchemy cards and one where you can't.
