How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

unable to purchase anything from the store
Unable to purchase anything from the MTGArena store for the past two weeks or so.
I´ve tried various debit/credit cards, Paypal won´t go pass the "confirm you´re a human" step.
I reinstall the game and nothing seems to work!4 votes -
store crash
Crash when Entering Store - the screen for the store never opens, the game just crashes and closes. Can't make any purchases.

Elfhame Achievment not triggering
On mobile the Elfhame Holiday Achievement tasks is not triggering/tracking my progress. I’ve played over 10 games and am using a deck with 34 elves. I’m playing historic, but the tasks doesn’t specify that the games need to be a specific format.

BUG: Seeing New on opening packs for cards i already have (Run away with me)
I am seeing the card "Run away with me" appear as new each time i pull it from a pack.

Request for 60 FPS Support Option on Mobile Devices
I am writing to request an option to unlock the 60 FPS frame rate for the mobile version of MTG Arena.
Currently, the game is locked at 30 FPS on Android and iOS. While I understand this preserves battery life, many players are now using high-end devices which are more than capable of handling higher frame rates without performance issues.
Playing at 30 FPS on a 120Hz display feels laggy and diminishes the premium experience of Magic. Please consider adding an "Optional" toggle in the Graphics settings to allow users to choose a higher frame rate at their own risk…

I cannot log in to MTGA customer support site.
I cannot log in to "https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us".
Steps taken & results
- I recently changed email address of my account via customer support.
- Since then I cannot log in to "https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us".
- The agent said that I should post this issue here.
- When I try to log in to the site, it redirects me to "https://myaccounts.wizards.com/account?kind=error&message=User%2520is%2520invalid%253A%2520Email%253A%2520%2520isam.fableswalker%2540gmail.com%2520has%2520already%2520been%2520taken".
- I guess MTGA customer support site produces an error that says "User is invalid: Email: <MY OLDER EMAIL ADDRESS> has already been taken".

- I'm using Google Chrome to access the site.

Bugged Sealed - Can't Select a Deck
I can’t select a deck for the sealed I tried to start. I can’t resign from this sealed, and I can’t start a new one.

Emperor of bones - Bug
When creatures are sacrificed at the beginning of the next end step as stated on emperor of bones, any triggered abilities of their death are not triggering. The creatures do have a finality counter on them. Which would exile the creature if it were to be put into a grave yard. But the creature wasn’t exiled. It was sacrificed as stated by the card. Even if the creature dies in combat the ability should still trigger because the creature died. Then is exiled before entering the graveyard due to finality counter.

Didn't counter spell
1)Opponent has creature "Canopy Tactician" green elf 3/4, with active ability "turn" gave you 3 forest mana. 4 mana cost. I played "Drown in the Loch". B/U instant, with "choose one: Destroy or counter spell with convert mana cost less or equal to the numbers of cards in controllers graveyard". Arena stoped me to not play that card. I was suprised, canseled, cheack his/her graveyard. It got 6 card on it. So i played it again, just for make sure it won't work, and it is. Probobly what may to be, is somehow Arena might think is mana cost and…

Spider Food can target Freya Crescent on opponent’s turn (no flying)
I ran into what looks like a rules bug involving Spider Food and Freya Crescent in MTG Arena.
According to the card texts:
• Freya Crescent: “Jump — During your turn, Freya Crescent has flying.”
• Spider Food: “Destroy up to one target artifact, enchantment, or creature with flying. Create a Food token.”Freya should only have flying during my turn. On my opponent’s turn, she should not have flying, so she shouldn’t be a legal target for Spider Food.
However, in my game Arena allowed the following:

nowhere to run skipping priority
I have had 2 games today, one on mobile and one on PC, where I was not given priority to cast nowhere to run on my opponents turn. I had mana available to cast it and valid targets. I was never given priority and it switched back to my turn.

Ban Bloodthirsty Conquerer
Bloodthirsty Conquerer needs an immediate ban. There are numerous cards that make it go infinite.
In the last game I played, my opponent was down to 2 lives. They played a card that allowed them to gain one life and I had to sit there and watch my lives drain to 0.
Infinite combos should be banned in standard, and many people are exploiting this just as they did Leyline of Resonance.

Phoenix Fleet Airship didn't recognize sacrifice trigger of "mobilize" ability

Bug mana
A starting town is supposed to enter untapped in turn 3 as you can see in the screenshot this is not what happened so it made me lose a turn and then the game.

Despite proper card text and trigger activation, Sphynx's Tutelage is not repeating its process anymore even when the proper condition is met.

MTGA doesn't connects (connection lost error)
I'm using Steam version an quite often it fails to run displaying “Connection lost” error when Reconnect not helps at all, Check Status opens a browser where all servers are okay so I'm exiting game and executing Steam's “Verify Integrity of Game Files” option which finds an error with at least one game file, redownloads it and game runs. This happens quite often reinstalling game not help, my SSD is okay.

Muldrotha rarity Issue
So is Muldrotha rare or mythic rare? I have been trying to craft anew copy of that card, but CAN'T, Muldrotha's rarity on the card says mythic, but apparently i need a rare wild card.
SO WHY ARE THEY MYTHIC IF IT SAYS I NEED A RARE WILD CARD, I HAVE MYTHIC WILD CARDS, SO I SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE A NEW COPY OG THEM.1 vote -
The store is freezing up
In the latest Android update, opening the store lags and freezes the game while loading the product images. The client must be restarted to recover.

Game running unplayably slow on Android since Feb 26 update.
Since the February 2026 update, Arena has been running unplayably slow on my Android - as in, simply entering a game took so long that by the time I saw the opening hand, I'd already timed out. I've tried restarting the phone but this hasn't helped. Other apps and games on my phone are running fine.

Exploiding
I have played against a Japanese or Chinese or Japanese and I did no mistake and the I blocked with my Rabbit and he did one damage to him he had 2 toughness, I had 20 livepoints and then poof . 0
