How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Ranked Season Reset Applied Twice – Rank Dropped from Mythic to Silver
I would like to report what appears to be a ranked season reset bug.
At the end of May 2026, I finished the ranked season in Mythic. When the season ended, my rank was correctly reset from Mythic to Diamond.
However, on June 1st, 2026, the game appeared to perform another season reset. As a result, my rank was reset a second time, dropping me from Diamond to Silver.
I had already received the normal season reset at the end of May, so the second reset on June 1st seems incorrect.
Unfortunately, I do not remember the exact match result…

Unable to Login/Authenticate
Game is not allowing me to login to any account. Keeps saying Unable to Login/Authentication failed for <account name>: Timeout.

Jump-in
I've had a problem with the Jump-In event for about a year now, and customer service hasn't been able to fix it. The event gets stuck on the theme selection screen, and when I choose the second package, it redirects me to the home screen. I play on both PC and Android, and I've reinstalled it several times on different devices, so it's not an installation issue.

Issue using free phantom Foundations draft for a second time
After completing the free phantom Foundations draft yesterday (June 10), I attempted to start the event again, only to be met with an error message informing me that there was a network error. My internet connection was stable, and other things on Arena worked normally.

Rigged Arena
What’s happening in Arena makes no sense at all. I only play Draft mode, and after several days of winning streaks and solid victories—building practically the same decks—suddenly I’M ONLY DRAWING LANDS. And I’m not talking about a single game; I’m talking about at least 10–15 games. And this has been happening to me for the 3–4 years I’ve been playing Arena. It’s very obvious what you’re doing—it’s not even that the opponent has a good deck; it’s that the draw algorithm automatically screws you over when you’re on a winning streak. Deck builder filter is broken
The filter in the deck builder is broken. Set it to Mythics only, doesn't filter. Try adding rare, entire UI locks up, client crashes completely. I try to report the bug, i get shunted to this page. So here you go. Fix it or not. I'm getting fed up with this product.

I can not use the rare or mythic filter when deck building.
If I have rare or mythic selected in the filter, the ok button no longer works. I tried typing in the search area using the search terms for rare and mythic. That did not work either. Mac OS

Can’t use the teamwork additional cost
Unable to use the Teamwork additional cost when trying to cast a spell with the correct mana (and having a 5 power creature) caused me to lose the game

brutal brawler achievement
I completed the Brutal Brawler achievement and did not receive the 4 Hulk legendary cards after doing so. In fact, it doesn't even show up in the card database at all!!

Daily reward not counting the spells I've used so far, tried a new one also not counting anything!
Daily rewards say I need to do 30 black/green spells. I justed played a game with a mono black deck and still the counter says no, it should say something like 8 or 9 by now. I took a new reward as the previous one (it was 20 green/red spells) also wasn't counting anything...

i have a quest today to play red and white spells. I can play as many as i want, the quest doesn´t advance.

The player who cast the creature select first, selection can be seen by opponent by highlighting on the cards, so that opponent can always pick the same cards

ALCHEMY BROKEN, DECK BUILDING FAILURE
I noticed something odd. I created a deck about 30 minutes ago. Alchemy deck. After playing I decide to edit, I click on the deck in my collection. SERVER HANG. Close the client and restart. Other decks open and close properly, but Alchemy seems to have a glitch. Now when starting a build and you select Alchemy as format, the dropdown hangs like it was not selected.
I play a lot and have found a few glitches, bugs and help troubleshoot them. From the users end. I feel like an honorary employee. Can I get some swag? Coffee mug would…

Can’t edit any decks, screen freezes on Waiting for the Server
Every time I attempt to edit a deck since yesterday my iPad stalled out on a waiting for the server loading screen
