How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

limited rank not going up
My rank in limited is not moving... just says I must "play a game" after 2 sealed events.

spectral adversary did not receive +1+1 counter on additional cost paid
opponent was attacking with rem karolus and cathar commando, I cast spectral adversary and used mystic skull to allow me to pay the extra cost to phase out the cathar commando, hoping for spectral adversary to be able to trade and kill rem with the +1 counter. Upon target to phase out, the opponent sacrificed the cathar to destroy the mystic skull. Cathar commando phased out properly, but Spectral adversary did not receive the counter from the additional cost paid.
I was therefore unable to trade with rem, and it remained on the field. (may have cost me the match)10 votes -
Card description vanishes instantly from right click
We would like to report a problem when checking the details of the card by right-clicking during the match.
If you press the right click during a match, the explanation of the card will be displayed for a moment as if you had hit repeatedly, and the explanation screen will disappear instantly, so you will not be able to read the explanation.
I had no such symptoms until a few weeks ago.
I tried exchanging the mouse, exchanging the right-click and left-click decision functions in the Windows mouse settings, and installing clickcancelar (an app that automatically cancels abnormal double-clicks), but…10 votes -
Volos, Guide to Monsters
Volos, Guide to Monsters does not trigger for what seems like half the creatures I played. Eccentric Apprenice, Circle of the Moon Druid for sure, but could not tell if it was every other creature or just those two. Three games in draft played where this bug came up several times in various situations. Was consistent for Eccentric and Circle, not sure if Scion of Stygia is also in the mix.

Change behavior Halvar, God of battle
hi there,
if Halvar God of Battle is in game, it asks every fight to select an enchantment and asks for a new target which becomes quite annoying. Instead it should first ask if I want to take the action and - if agreed - perform. Thank you10 votes -
Stalling People
There are a few people who are not that good, but stall whenever they lose, so they do not have it count as a loss. The first time I encountered one, I waited 50 minutes until it timed out (I got up and did things while I waited, I wasn't just sitting there.) I found yet another stalling person. It is obnoxious. Please stop this kind of extreme stalling! Thanks!

large stack turn timeout on mobile
reporting a bug.
I've noticed when I play on PC, my processing power can process large stacks instantly, whereas when I play on mobile (I mainly play mobile) large stacks are resolved one at a time. When I play a scute swarm deck I often have stacks of 100+, while my phone is slowly resolving each action one at a time, the timeout bar is used. I was just playing a game in comp where I triggered a 100+ stack 4 times in a row to gain the life I was going to need to survive next turn and then…

Ban Tasha’s Hideous Laughter
I’m starting this as a prediction that this card will cause major problems.
I’m surprised that this was a preview card, like Wizards is trying to troll us now, or that they think mill is so awesome that this card will get players excited for Adventures in Forgotten Realms, on par with the Tiamat or Drizzt reveals.
You might as well ban this card now, before release. Mill is bad enough, and now this? Clearly Wizards isn’t paying attention. It‘ll either be unfun, OP, or both, but the lack of caring either way by Mark Rosewater and team is evident.

First collor chalenge, last round, can't connect to the server
Hello, I started playing yesterday on my android phone Honor 20 pro. I got stuck at the first color challenge. I can't start the last round. The game everytime shows the Waiting for the server splash screen and then hangs... forever 🙄... everything else is just working fine

stalling
Every few matches I encounter a player that will wait until the very last second on the clock every turn before clicking continue, never resolve cards until it times out, and drag the game on for as long as possible for no reason whatsoever. This is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed. Please program in functionality to take an average/total of overall 'stall time' spent. If it is extremely high ask the opponent after the duel if it appeared the player was purposefully stalling the game for no reason, word it how you want. If the said player…

Retrieving asset manifest
Seems like you people have been having this issue for years on multiple platforms. Get your **** together and fix it. I spent money on this game and can’t play it.
To answer your 6 questions above:
1 Open the app on my phone. Nothing else to say
2 iOS but seen people with the same issue on Android , Mac, and Windows too going back several years
3 See attached image that tons of other people have sent. After 20 minutes it says it lost server connection. My wifi is working just fine for other devices and other apps…10 votes -

Unbalanced Matchmaking Creating Poor Gamin Experience
The matchmaking in this game has changed dramatically only after about a week of playing. I am still only Silver in Limited and have no Rank in Constructed, yet all I am facing in the General Play queue is deck after deck of full-Mythic-set meta decks. I just recently lost 8 matches in a row, switching between multiple decks.
This is not fun.
I do not have a stable collection yet, and my decks are mostly just piles of cards I found interesting. I don't have the ability to compete with these decks, so why am I facing them all…

(Mobile) Unable to Block; Opponent Creatures Offscreen
I was defeated in combat because my opponent's creatures went way off screen to the left and I was helplessly unable to block. I was being attacked by a 10/10 and a 4/4 flyer.

Ios constant freezes
Env: ios 14.4 on iphoneX
Steps to reproduce:
The freeze was encountered during gameplay(draft).
One time it was losing network connection and the other simply drag down the top pull down screen to see the time. Both times caused my device to freeze and forced reboot was needed.
Expected: gameplay runs normally, not freezing my deviceI encounter freezes during 2 of my premier drafts. While i know you guys are never going to compensate this, the freezes are extremely frustrating as it not only freezes the app but also my device and I have to force reboot to fix…

Bug when selecting a card from library with Demonic Tutor
I cast Demonic Tutor, then clicked on the button to check the battle field. I accidentally clicked on the library when trying to check the graveyard, which showed me the entire library (probably because I was in the process of searching it). After clicking out of that library view and checking the graveyard successfully, I returned to the browser and was unable to select a card (none of them responded to me hovering the mouse over or clicking on them, though I could rearrange them similarly to when deciding what cards to put to the bottom after a mulligan). Won't load past "Loading initial Scene"
Few days ago I was playing just fine. Left for a little bit to run and errand and when I came back my game will no longer load past the "Loading Initial Scene" page in the beginning. i've checked every for updates and I've unistalled/reinstalled arena and nothing has worked. I just dont know what to do anymore
