How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Lord of the Ulvenwald triggered ability does not resolve and ropes me out

    As you can see in the attached screenshots, I attacked with my Lord of the Ulvenwald and triggered its mana ability. My opponent responded by Infernal Grasping it, but after that resolved, the
    Lord's triggered mana ability stayed on the stack and would not resolve.

    This caused me to eventually rope out and automatically lose the rest of my turn.

  3. Kessig Naturalist Timetout/Crash

    Hello, its not the first time i have this bug.

    When i am attacking with Lord of the Ulvenwald and Lord of the Ulvenwald dies or its returned to my hand by a sorcery / ability, my game "crashes", i am unable to choose/get green or red mana, it doesnt display "circle" with the two options.

    I am unable to do nothing until my timeout ends then it chooses one "random" mana and my turn is ended. I lost one Standard Metagame Challenge because of this, i hope i will get refunded my gold and i hope we ll be…

  4. Android overheating and gameplay performance issue post BRO update

    After the BRO update the app has serious performance degradation. Phone overheats (too hot to hold) and battery drains extremely fast, game frame rates drop significantly. Performance was excellent before this update.

    Performance starts off ok in initial lobby and then degrades quickly upon game start. Once hot the lobby performance also degrades. Unable to say if this is only an in game problem or if lobby is an issue too.

  5. Forced draw with a deterministic win

    Had: Paradox Engine, Emry Lurker of the Loch, Kinnan Bonder Prodigy and Chromatic Sphere. Was looping sphere to infinite draw/mana into Karn The Great Creator to win.

  6. October MTGA update - recent changes to game draw logic cripple a player's ability to play the Paradox Engine deck

    I have been playing many variations of the Paradox Engine deck over the last year or two. It has come to my attention that the recent-most update to the game included changes to the game logic which determines whether to end a game in a draw or not.   7. Lagomos, Hand of Hatred/Queen Allenal of Ruadach interaction

    When you have Logomos, Hand of Hatreda and Queen Allenal of Ruadach in play. If the red elemental token dies in combat, the soldier token createed by Queen Allenal of Ruadach is sacrificed to the Lagomos end of turn effect.

  8. Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief "up to x target" glitch

    When you cast Winterthorn Blessing on a target other than Ivy, while only targeting a creature you control and opting to not target any creature you don't control, the trigger from Ivy does happen, but the spell automatically fizzles. The reading of the card says the copy has to target Ivy, it doesn't impose a restriction on the spell not also targeting another target while it targets Ivy, provided that the triggering spell had only a single target.

    This second part might be wrong based on some obscure ruling, but I don't see why Winterthorn Blessing couldn't follow the 1…

    tenacious underdog blitz effect doesnt work after the update on sept 8th of 2022. this has happened for 2 matches now where i have the requirements to blitz and no card on the field is preventing me from summoning but still cant

    Good Evening,

    I joined a chromatic cube draft and drafted Futurist Spellthief, playing them in my deck. When I played them in my game there was no enters the battlefield trigger. This was quite frustrating as I had planned my game around it's etb ability, and I subsequently lost the game.

  13. Too Many Scute Swarms Skipped My Turn

    Opponent made over 600 Scute Swarms, lagging the game. On my turn I tried to play a card, the card froze in the 'being played' animation and I was unable to do anything. It skipped to my battle phase and I was unable to do anything. It skipped my turn. I still had a chance to turn it around and win on my turn but the game glitched and skipped my turn. I'm understandably a little upset. It wasn't even anything I did that glitched the game, it was the opponent! It didn't even tap the lands

  15. infinite loop

    Loop detection, please do something for loop detection, it will not be difficult and you may prompt something like "how many times do you want to repeat this etc"

    It ruins the game when you need to wait minutes for another opponent to finish doing something tedious and is annoying form the executor as well (I did it too).

    Also they use it to trick the system, last time during my turn they started the combo and even if I was going to win the system gave us a draw for timeout.

  16. Unclear disconnect

    Often I disconnect but don't realise as there's no way to determine whether I've actually disconnected or if the other player just isn't making any game actions. This is very frustrating and has lead to undeserved losses.

    This wasn't a problem previously, but I have found that I can no longer rely on the 'waiting for server' spinner to appear when I am disconnected like I could in the past.

  17. Mono white lifegain/matchmaking

    Why are 80% of my games I play against mono white life gain or black/white life gain? Every deck is the exact same combos and cards and it’s getting annoying. I mostly play historic. If I’m not playing against them I’m playing against green elf’s or blue control and when I mean control I mean every spell in their deck is a counter spell or bounce spell. Again those decks always being the same. All I’m asking is to ban some cards or do something about matchmaking so I’m not playing against the same decks every match.

  18. Infinite loop Green and white

    Infinite loops are ridiculous. Using Scurry Oak, Prosperous Innkeeper and Heliod Sun Crowned. This creates an infinite amount of tokens, infinite health and a giant creature that is infinity/infinity

    I play NEO draft.
    When player cast some spell during combat phase, creatures were exiled instead of dei.
    I chaeked no another effect to exile creatures.

  20. Opponents lifegain triggers made me lose my turn (with video)

    I lost my game twice already this way:
    Opponent has Scurry Oak + Heliod + Lifegain combo but would not win yet. I have a sweeper in hand.
    Opponent stacks so many triggers that they run out of time and MY TIMER STARTS TO RUN while their triggers are resolving. I have NO INTERACTION. Their triggers keep resolving while my time runs out and I get no chance to play out my turn and sweep the board.
