How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug on Sheoldred
Playing on a Mac.
Played sheoldred, converted to The True Scriptues. When it finished Chapter 3 it brought all creatures from graveyards onto the battlefield, but it said I had to choose one of the legendary creatures (as there was a duplicate). But I was unable to choose any creatures. It ran through 3 ropes then forfeited the game for me. I was about to win.

Unable to add friends / friends unable to add me
As the title says, I am unable to add any new friends either by their email address or their display name. Everything returns “Invalid display name or email address. Please check spelling”
Friends attempting to add me in this way also come across same error.

Authentication Failure
The app just had a new 5mb update and now the icon for the app has changed on my phone from what it was about 3 hours ago. I'm using an android and after the update I can't log in - it keeps giving me an authentication failure message on a black screen and asking me to either reconnect or logout.

Report A Player
Mind you the player might benefit from a bug temporarily.
Players cannot troll one another with this system for
MTG Arena which is just awesome.But if you feel they cheated can we click on the name after the game ends to report cheating?
This shouldn't be abused.. if a player reports basically everyone they lose to that sucks.But if you're allowed 1 report/day,
or 1 report/week.Then it does matter, you can see what kinds of players are getting reported a lot. Maybe just a brief decription of what they did.

Black Screen on login after a crash
In the middle of a cube draft, program crashed. Upon relaunch, greeted by a black screen that never went anywhere. Restarted game, verified my game files in steam, and then finally uninstalled and then reinstalled the game.
Still have the black screen, won't let me log in. PC, steam

Game crashes when cards hit the battlefield in latest build 2023.30.30
Since upgrading to build 2023.30.30 (on 25 Oct), both the iOS and macOS apps crash intermittently when cards hit the battlefield (right at the point that its animation would usually play).
In some instances, the app totally freezes (and I get the classic spinning wheel cursor on Mac), and the only option is force-quit and restart the app.
In other cases, the card seemingly hits the battlefield okay, and it appears as though my opponent is just roping/waiting, and when their timer eventually runs down to zero, it just sits there fizzing without progressing. If I close and reopen the…

being unable to tap artifacts with meria, scholar of antiquity in play because if the undo button
the idea is, Id like to be able to tap my artifacts.

Sumi-E Lands Shouldn't be Cropped on Field
The Sumi-E lands from the shop become cropped when on the battlefield. This makes me and a lot of other players unwilling to purchase them in the store. My suggestion is simple: don't let them become cropped when put onto the battlefield.

Inaccessible to blind users
Hello,
I am a blind user on iPhone, using Voice Over technology. This is a screen reader on the iPhone that allows accessibility for those who cannot see.
I was disappointed to download your app and find it completely inaccessible from opening it. It offers a Direct Touch screen, but no other feedback. This is especially disappointing as accessibility for the blind would be simple for a CCG, as the majority is text-based and there is little mobility required.

Able to Purchase Already Owned Lands in Store
according to reddit ( https://www.reddit.com/r/MagicArena/comments/1770sxa/daily_deals_october_13_2023_innistrad_midnight/ ) the Midnight Hunt lands that I have an issue with were posted on October 13.
The problem I have is that the client allowed me to purchase at least one of these lands even though I already owned them. I understand the client normally indicates if you have already purchased something, but it seems there is a bug somewhere that does not always do this.

Daily Quests Timer
My daily quests aren't updating. The timer just keeps on refreshing. It is very annoying because I am trying to grow my account and one of my favourite things to do in MTGA is the daily rewards grind. Please fix it.

Bug— user interface freeze, game hangup on "choose your blocker" and "choose your attacker" phases
Bug— user interface in game becomes uninteractable. Has happened twice, once on the "choose your attackers" phase and once on the "choose your blockers" phase. I could click but not make any moves. Even when the timer ran out, the game did not proceed, even though it was not frozen. Not even able to concede to end the match.

Visual Bug
Bugs happened during the building phase and the gaming phase. Game just freeze when my opponent played a card, causing me to lose an entire turn then losing the game.

Battles not showing reverse side of the card
Some battles don't show the reverse side. This may have to do with the card style. I can see the reverse side of a non-styled battle. I noticed this in collection screen and in the store.

Make the tutorial skip or exit obvious
Don't hide the skip tutorial button behind multiple menus. It's super dumb that people have to go to the support page to figure this out

Stop showing me cards from my collection as a "reward" (ICR)
Stop showing me cards, I already own as a "reward".
This is like playing at my LGS and when I win, they take my deck, pick a random card from the deck and give it back to me as a "Reward".
This is just really bad UX.
I absolutly do not enjoy getting ICRs, because most of the time those are cards I already own. And I don't know if it really is a new card or just 0.01% Vault progress.

Interface failing to provide necessary information
Opponent cast Ossification to remove one of my creatures (with multiple counters I wished to retain) - I responded to Ossification's trigger with Tear Asunder to exile the enchantment before it exiled my creature. Unfortunately, the opponent attached his Ossification to the same land he had already previously attached another Ossification to (which had also failed to exile its target) - as a result I was left to guess which of two identical targets was the correct one - guessed wrong and lost the game because of it.
