How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. "Spelunking" packet apparently glitched packet-selection in "Jump In!"

    I selected "Spelunking" as my first packet in a "Jump In!" event. I was on the iOS client. It gave me choices for the second packet, but when I selected "Wandering" it basically gave me the screen below. I say "basically" because the screenshot is from the Mac client, which I opened after I'd closed the app on my phone. When I chose "Jump In!", it said I was in packet-selection, but it gave me this when I tried to resume. It's the same screen as it was on mobile, but it's a different resolution.   3. No way to improve limited rank

    Since OTJ update, there's literally no way to improve one's limited rank. I know y'all shifted to only allowing best-of-1 premier drafts to count for this, but even those aren't affecting limited rank now. Could you fix this soon, please? One of the nice things about having these drafts ranked is that I'm more likely to be paired with someone with a comparable skill level--I'd prefer this over playing a bunch of randos who might not know what they're doing or be ridiculously better than me.

  4. Game loss during OTJ draft

    Playing OTJ draft, opponent dead on board. I cast a spell during my main phase and the screen turns into the game-loss screen. Gives me a record of 6-2 instead of 7-2, affecting my prize support for an event I bought into using gems.

  6. Daily Quest Issues

    My daily quests won’t complete. I play casting the specified spell colors and the counters never count up. No matter how many spells I cast of the correct spell color it stays at 0. I have refreshed the quests but still nothing.

  7. Alchemy is Only Format Available

    In my play options I only have the ability to see alchemy mode. I do not even have the option to unlock all game modes from account menu.

    I can not see standard play, only alchemy. Not really sure what is causing it, I completed the new player experience. I also tried to unlock all modes from the account page in case I forgot anything but there is no option to do that on my account.

  8. can´t see morph

    I just finished Game 1 of my match in KTK Traditional Draft.
    While sideboarding, I looked at my opponent's morph to see what it was.
    It was not showing me what the morph was.
    Opponent plays a morph.
    I win the game and we go to sideboarding.
    I go to 'Look at battlefield' to see the morph and what it was.
    It did not reveal to me.

  9. Jump In! packet selection

    Jump In! event is not offering new packets. On my 4th event I was offered Militia/Bittersweet/Urza's then Resistance/Recruits/Compleat. I have only drafted Evidence/Forensics/Disguised from new set. I have previously drafted all packs from other sets.

    I am playing on a PC I use two different computers to play both have same issue with Jump In! I would love to know if there is a workaround for this.

  10. Premier Draft W/L Bug - Game Counted as Both

    I was playing Premier Draft OTJ, and on my sixth game (which I entered with a 3-2 record), I won, but when I exited the match, the game had registered as both a win and a loss. My record had gone from 3-2 to 4-3 instead of to 4-2, thus ending my draft prematurely. At the same time, the game suddenly started using significantly more (a little over double) of my computer's memory, and eventually my computer's memory maxed out, and MTGA crashed.   11. wilds of eldraine

    While in a premier draft of WoE, several picks have cleared as selected cards but did not appear in my deck list. After pack 1, I only had 12 cards. specifically lost a copy of candy grapple and the witch's vanity. These cards did appear in my pool after the draft completed, but were missing from the list during the draft.

  12. Win recorded as loss

    I was playing OTJ draft with two losses and 0 wins. I won my next match but the app recorded both 1 loss and 1 win. Since that totaled 3 losses, I’m not able to continue.

  13. "Complete Jump In! 3 Times and get a Jump In! event token" is broken.

    I first suspected something about a week ago but I thought I did not level up enough, I used 4000 or 5000 Gold trying to get the token. I tried the last few days and when I play a Jump in event, I play a couple of games leave (exit app) and come back later (a hour or two) all progress is gone.

    Is this normal?

  14. Got both a win and a loss at the same time.

    I suspect this may have something to do with the queue. I entered the matchmaking queue, realized I had to do something and hit cancel. Came back 2-3 minutes later and entered the queue and got paired. I won the match, but when I got back to the draft screen my wins/prizing had increased, but so had my losses and my event was now supposedly over.

    I really wanted to play this deck more. :-(

  17. LCI Quick draft not working

    LCI Quick Draft is not working.
    When I press PLAY, the game says "Currently Waiting" for tens of minutes and never starts.
    The same thing is happening to my friends.

  18. No Sealed Reward After Connection Issue

    I briefly disconnected from the server while receiving my sealed reward and as a result didn't end up getting either my packs or my gems. (I went 2-3). I was playing on PC.

  19. [OTJ] Can’t find opponent in standard event after update and 7th win not recorded

    Prior to the OTJ update, I went 7-2 in the event (won it) but my last game wasn’t recorded as the game shut down went it tries to reconnect with the lobby.
    After the update, I went back to 6-2 but the game can’t find me any opponent like it tries to match me with 7wins opponent (which is impossible). It makes me wait forever in the waiting opponent screen.
    How to solve this and keep playing standard event ?

  20. Quickdraft matchmaking doesn't work

    Matchmaking for quickdraft doesn't work. When starting a game it makes you wait for the opponent for about a minute and a half. Then when the game finally starts it's a draw.
