Game freezing
Game is freezing during combat for me, with no way to fix.
I need to close and reopen the game and hope I haven't skipped any phases - this has cost me losses in both of my last 2 ECL premier drafts. This is on Android and it's only happened since TMNT updated on Arena.
Can I get a refund or something?

Unable to block
Arena hung today during a Bo1 ECL game; when I reconnected, I could not block. Tapping my creatures did not select them, to be precise. I lost the game as a result (ending my draft). This was in iOS after today's update.
Please refund my draft cost.

Food Chain playable in historic format and missing alt arts on cards
Food Chain is playable in historic format after new patch. Also several alt arts missing (e.Force of negation, entomb..) from collection.

Wrong mastery pass packs reward
Master pass level 4 reward says 3 Lorwyn Eclipsed packs, but I got 3 EOE packs instead

Token destruction freezing game
This has been happening for 3 days now, I’ve seen multiple other reports but there’s been no response whatsoever from wizards so here I am again. Upon any token destruction, the player who should have an opportunity to respond will be locked out of making any moves. The timer will run out while the pass button is nowhere to be found. Additionally cards that theoretically you can respond with are not able to be used, mana is not able to be tapped. I am starting to see decks made to force this token destruction and consequentially a surrender from the opponent. If wizards does not act now, people will begin using these deck compositions to cheese competitive ranking by forcing surrenders through the game crashing. This is not fair and is extremely urgent, and it’s frankly pathetic that wizards is continuing to release limited time events and shop items all while this extremely impactful bug is ignored. Why shouldn’t I go build a deck to exploit this bug too to climb comp if they’re not going to fix it?

Game hangs on mobilize end step trigger
When the mobilize sacrifice triggers at the end step the game hangs showing my stadium headliner card. I have to restart the client to continue playing. This has been happening since the client update before the teenage mutant ninja turtles set release

App keeps crashing since new update
Since the new update (02/25/2026), app keeps crashing on opening screen. I've tried force stop/ restart to the same effect. After checking multiple times, it seems to to happen at the "loading initial scene" part of the loading screen.
This issue is happening on Android for me and so far I haven't made it any further than the losing screen.

Game stuck in waiting for spell/phase resolution
Playing on android version 2026.57.0.5694.1241037
This has happened to me twice now, in under an hour no less, and this never happened until this update. There seems to be no specific trigger either. The first time it happened I was in a much, just about to win, but instead the game froze/crashed and I was stuck waiting for my equip effect to resolve and attach to the creature that would have won me the match. The second time it happened I was playing with a friend. He's a streamer and I could see the bug only affected me. It was my turn, combat had just finished, but on my side, it never transitioned to my second main phase. I was stuck in post dmg combat phase. The timer eventually popped up, but instead of forcing me to concede, it just disappeared, and I was stuck on this screen (see attachment) until I force closed the app/game. Note that my options button is missing

I have this seemingly old bug some ppl experienced before. Is there a clear path i could not find in all the posts how to fix this issue? Cant login since a few hours.

Game is freezing often in the middle of matches
After the the newest update on Feb. 24, 2026, the game is freezing in the middle of matches. This is happening in at least 1 out of every 3 matches I play. Lucky for me, I haven't payed for entry to an event or I'd be livid that this happened and gave me a lose. Sadly for Hasbro, this means I have no intention of spending money on entry until this issues is clearly fixed.

stalling
12/28/25 The arena servers is stalling 3-4 games now , loads fine up to the mull stage , seems like the opt is stalling , but they don't get the option to choose ,.,I've loaded the game three times , still the same. WHATS going ON ? anyone know ??

Game will not allow neither opponent or myself to choose a hand and start the game
In the initial phase of choosing our hands, neither opponent or myself seem to be able to move past the "choose hand" or "mulligan" phase, and the enemy timer for them to make their decision gets stuck at the final countdown phase, and I am not able to start any of my games.

Can't play games
Queue times seem unusually long, and when I do finally get into a game (in any mode, both constructed and limited), nobody seems to be able to make any choices on keeping or mulligan hands. Sometimes hands don't even show up and I see only an empty board and stats that say both players have 999 cards in hand, 999 cards in library, 999 cards in graveyard etc. Can't play any games at all.

Can't join the game
Hello, can't join the game neither on pc or android. The game tries to launch but I have this message : authentification failed. (see first screenshot) and If I try to reconnect I have 3 choices with no text (see second screenshot). I tried to desintall / reinstall on my phone with no success. Can you help, please ? Thanks in advance

Daily wins and ranking not working
I've won 3-4 games now, no rank change, no credit for daily/weekly wins. Also your website crashes when I try to add a log (Google Chrome and Firefox).

mission is not progressing
so my mission says to do white or blue spells and im using a white and blue deck and everytime i do a spell its not progressing also when i win the game i cant even get the first reward of the day the 200 coins i dont know how to fix this

When playing in a challenge, the deck image is displayed

The UI specifications for direct matches have changed, but when you play in a challenge, your deck image will be displayed.
This is fine if it's just casual play, but it's problematic to have it displayed in competitive events as well.
This is because it shows your key cards and the cards you've put in, giving your opponent some room to guess your deck.
In real card games, the only information your opponent knows is the sleeves and the number of cards in your deck (excluding generals and companions).
Furthermore, the deck image used on the Arena screen should be free to be an auto-selected one, your own partner, or whatever.
Changing this to a completely unrelated card or using a distinctive card to camouflage it is not an appropriate way to enjoy the game.
Players should not be competing over elements other than the actual gameplay.I think the deck image should be changed to include options other than cards, or to more inoffensive, casual information such as sleeves.
直接対戦するUI仕様が変わりましたが、その際チャレンジで対戦するとデッキイメージが表示されてしまいます。
これはカジュアルプレイだけならまだしも、競技イベントでも表示されることは問題があります。
キーカード、投入しているカードが表示されてしまい、ある程度相手にデッキを推測する余地を与えてしまうためです。
現実のカードゲームで、対戦相手に知られる情報はスリーブとデッキ枚数程度です。（ジェネラルやコンパニオンを除いて）
またアリーナの画面上で使うデッキイメージは自動選択だったり、自分のパートナーだったり、自由であるべきです。
これを全く関係ないカードに変えたり、カモフラージュするために特徴的な別のカードにすることは、適切な楽しみ方ではないと考えます。
本来のゲームプレイ以外の要素で争わせるべきではないです。
デッキイメージをカード以外の選択肢に変えるか、スリーブなど当たり障りのないカジュアルな情報に変更すべきだと考えます。auto transration
