How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

lorwyn jump in Manabase
I joined the Midweek Jump-In for Lorwyn and the deck I built with the Elementals RU package and the Vivid(WRG) package, and it gave me an impossible manabase. 4 plains and not a single card requires W for anything, and 3 forests when a third of the deck needs them.

Rigged Arena
What’s happening in Arena makes no sense at all. I only play Draft mode, and after several days of winning streaks and solid victories—building practically the same decks—suddenly I’M ONLY DRAWING LANDS. And I’m not talking about a single game; I’m talking about at least 10–15 games. And this has been happening to me for the 3–4 years I’ve been playing Arena. It’s very obvious what you’re doing—it’s not even that the opponent has a good deck; it’s that the draw algorithm automatically screws you over when you’re on a winning streak. Sparky the ear defiler
Is the team incompetent or doesn't care? Even new players don't need Sparky. But the problem is that I've already finished the tutorial years ago, but every new major update, Sparky clutters my screen and didn't ask permission to be in my ears. Gameplay ruined because I have to turn voice volume off just to have some peace from the ear defiler. WOTC Arena team seems to not care because it happens every big update.

Force of Negation removed from account and decks
Force of Negation (MH1) has been removed from my account. I logged in after the patch just now and it removed them from my deck and said they are no longer legal in historic. They do not appear in my collection. I spent wildcards on them and now have to spend mythic wildcards on the uglier ones.
I don't even have enough wildcards left to craft the other ones despite the fact I already spent wildcards crafting the cards. I was excited to play historic and practice with my deck leading up to the qualifier weekend and now I can't…

Games don't start
I can't get any game to start on Android. When finding an opponent, I enter the game, but the game does not start. I end up with the attached screen. Games against sparky seem to work. I get stuck into this screen. I can't get out of this. I can't resign from it. I have to exit the game and restart the whole app.

Systems are not "operational"
For a company that gets as much income as yours it is shocking that you cant even get your status page to properly reflect the games status - matchmaking is down. And it is a repeated "suggestion" here that the status page shows nothing of any worth.

Arena Gameplay not functional
The game will not allow you to play a match, concede, mulligan, or sometimes even draw your starting hand. The only way out of Arena is to tab out or alt-F4 to close the client completely. This is happening across multiple devices on the same network.

Can’t Play the Game at all
Whenever I try to play any type of mtg game like historic I find an opponent but when I enter the match I’m stuck with no cards and I can’t do anything they don’t have cards either but my time runs out but the line disappears also I can’t even concede it won’t let me I’m on IOS I don’t know how to fix this and also some times if I get cards I can’t play them and my time runs out but never actually kills me

lasting tarfire
Yesterday, when i was playing a bo3 ecl draft. I found that the card "Lasting Tarfire" produce a bug.
The card text decribes that "at the beginning of EACH end step, if you put a counter on a creature this turn, this enchantment deals 2 damage to each oppoent." But. When i use Gristle Glutton to blight my creature, expecting to trigger the enchantment"s ability, to my great disappointment, the ability failed to trigger.

Cannot get to Home Screen. Powered on off reinstalled app on iPad. Dark screen times out. Second day in a row. How about some free packs?

ALGORITHM NEEDS TO GO AWAY
GET RID OF THE ALGORITHM! Balance the game with the ban list like the good lord intended. You have collected enough of my money to hear me out on this. I’m sick of crafting decks just for them to be targeted by the same cards over and over. How is that fun? Remove the algorithm and let us play the game.

Auto-Stops do not account for Don & Raph Hard science's mana reduction.
I was unable to stop after attacking with Don and Raph's Hard science even though I had an instant I could cast with it's cost resduction ability.

Network Error: Unable to join event.
I cannot start a Brawl match. Get the attached error message. I tried repairing game files and tried 4 different decks (none are invalid for Brawl)

Sparky Not Going Away
There are already countless reports about this… Sparky appears every time I open the home screen, “What an adventure, you’ve got a quest” and so on. I’ve completed the tutorials. I’ve completed quests. This is seriously frustrating.

Android Mobile Client Freezing
Since the TMNT update on my Android mobile client, the game has become very unstable. It freezes mid game, typically every 2-4 games, leading to me being unable to take any game actions, and eventually timing out. The only fix is a full client restart. If I manage to get back in to the game in time to keep playing, the loading screen text will be nonsensical, and the background board in game will be a messed up checkered pattern. In this current state, the game on mobile is essentially unplayable. I have attached some screenshots showing the various stages…

Game freezes on iPad after latest update
After latest game update on newest iPad and iOS - game randomly freezes making you think the opponent is stalling but it’s actually me that has stalled and only able to regain gameplay after restarting several times during a game. Unplayable on iPad after this last update 2026.57.0.4042.1241037. Works fine on windows pc… but I play on my iPad
