How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

My Premier Draft is gone
I logged back in to finish a dominaria draft, and the play option is gone. If the draft and deck can't be restored, then I would like a refund for the entry fee

Alchemy DMU drafts down
I completed my first Alchemy DMU premier draft event this morning, then I closed the app on my PC.
The problem is when I open the Arena ap on my PC now, I am not able to join another ALCH DMU draft. There does not seem to be any option for joining any DMU drafts, nor are the DMU events listed at all when I click on the 'LIMITED' tab.

I was enrolled in an Alchemy Dominaria United draft. After finishing my second game the queue for the draft disappeared. It has now been gone for 10-15 minutes despite reloading MTGA and refreshing the Events screen.

Imori and Halo Forager
Neither Imori’s cascade nor Halo Forager etb effects resolve properly on mobile limited events. Both cause the negative effects of losing the cascade cards and tapping the mana.

Win at quick draft but show as loss at the end
Hello,
Today I was playing quick draft. At the first try I clicked cancel at the waiting screen after waiting for about 30 sceonds, then I noticed “waiting for component “ but I still went back to the draft entering face. At the time I was at 1:2. Then I started another game. In the game my component conceded and I saw the victory in the ending screen, but when I got to the draft entrance screen, my score is at 1:3 instead of 2:2. See attached file that shows 1:3. Casting Bug
Então os eventos aconteciam da seguinte forma e ocorreu duas vezes:
Eu conjurava Imoti, celebridade da generosidade e isso fazia que ela ativasse cascata.
Em uma das vezes ela encontrou aquele cavaleiro de uma mana azul e uma mana branca que da +1/+1 para cavaleiros e pague uma azul e uma branca e ela se vira e vira outro bixo
So que antes de encontrar ele, ela encontrou o jin-gitaxias.
Ai o jin- gitaxias ia pro exilio e aparecia nada na minha tela pra conjurar, porém o jogo perguntava se eu realmente queria conjurar.

This is a draft event. Look at this persons deck and tell me this person didn't cheat. He has all synergy cards all uncommon or better. he had 2 common creatures the whole deck he played. No freaking way, I want to see this draft they were in, because I never seen that much good stuff ever.

Draft deck not saved, out 1500 gems...who do i talk to?
I paid 1500 gems(which cost around $10) to draft a limited deck and play. After drafting a fairly good GW poison counter deck I logged off and went to sleep. When I awoke to play said deck, it was gone, the app acted like I never had it, but my 1500 gems were still gone...I have tried and tried to find someone, anyone real, but cannot find any links to a real customer service agent. MTG arena getting alot of thumbs down for customer service from me right now

Battle Did Not Flip Correctly
I'm deeply sorry to bother you again but the game (at least draft modes) are impossible to play correctly since sometime cards effects are wrong. Few days ago it was a ritual impossible to launch on phase 2 (you did refound 750 gems for my loss).
Today, it's a battle unable to flip correctly. It says impossible to launch but there is absolutly no rules on the battlefield that says i cannot. Moreover, i did play this battle many time last month and it flip well...

FREE TO PLAY LIMITED RANKED (BUT YOU CANT KEEP CARDS & NO REWARDS)
The current limited format is basically pay-to-play. If you aren't a content creator getting the hookups or MR. money bags you can't advance to mythic rank.
There should be a limited option like the free-to-play events where you DONT keep the cards, and receive no rewards, but you can rank up, get more familiar with the set, or try to have fun.
I realize Hasbro wants to acquire money at all costs, but this would be a life changing change for fans of limited format. That is really fair and would take minimal effort to implement.

Casting Epic Confrontation did not trigger an instant spell casting opportunity
I wanted to cast a spell called "Disfigure" before the sorcery spell "Epic Confrontation" resolved and the two target creatures fought. However, I was unable to cast the instant spell "Disfigure" and my creature died! I had the mana and after the fight I was able to destroy the enemy creature with Disfigure. My creature died though and I lost the game. Usually when I cast a fighting spell like Epic Confrontation, you can adjust creature stats using an instant spell but this time the two creatures just fought immediately without letting me debuff the enemy creature.

sealed loss
I just won a game of sealed but it was counted as a loss. I was 1-2 going into the game. This "loss" puts me at 1-3 meaning that I can't play anymore games. I don't know if it is relevant, but my opponent conceded during their second main phase.

Unable to Select Card in Premium Draft
I would like to request a refund on my draft due to a bug in the client that caused me to lose out on a key card.
- Give us the steps to reproduce the bug:
- enter premium draft
- select cards normally until pack 1 pick 6
- drag vampire interloper towards my deck, but then put it back
vampire interloper visually disappears and is unable to be selected or dragged into the deck.

Jump In packs
There are too many unplayable packs in the Jump In event. I love the format and would like to play it more frequently, but the lack of basic curation of the packs is making it difficult to love.
Transience and Recruits have been especially bad. Black Market Connections is very close to unplayable with 95% of the packs, and Recruits includes a sorcery with blue kicker, but does not force select white/blue packs to go with.
Many of the packs also include cards that synergize with cards not included in the packs. Like War-Trained Slasher without a Battle to attack.

MOM Premium draft
Hi, It's the first time that happen to me. I want to report a bug in Premium Draft MOM today, May. 2nd.
In the 2nd match, I lost connection with the servidor. It's not an internet issue. When I come back, I lost the match and lose my draft entry.
Please WotC, fix these bugs to make the game experience more enjoyable.

Draft game bug
I was playing my 3rd game on a quick draft event (2-0). While I was on my turn suddenly the game stuck on the combat phase, showing ‘choose blockers’ and the timer was running out. I couldn’t do nothing and before I restart my arena it showed ‘waiting for the servers’ and dropped me in the draft screen but without showing defeat (I was still 2-0). So i continued my draft with a new game (which I lost) and when that game was done I was 2-2 on score.

Pre-damage Phase Bug
I was unable to win my 3rd game because the skipping the pre-damage phase, avoiding me to use "Inspired charge" before the damage.
(I hope to not be wrong about ruling)
