How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

No customer support after 3 working days
I have made simple complains about game freezing and matchmaking with the same persons twice during afr draft (happened twice back to back ) which cost me losses in the game . No reply at all from mtga team after 3 working days . I want a refund of my money or gems .

Product suggestions
I have the mobile version of the game and I would like to suggest that a feature be added which uses the camera of your phone to scan the physical copy of cards which you possess and give you a single copy of each card you scan into the game. My idea is that it would only give you one copy though, so you'd only be able to add each card one time, and then multiple copies of the cards would have to be obtained through regular game play.

cant play mana
the game isnt allowing me to play any mana at all on my turn. it highlights them in my hand as if i can play them but wont let me play them on my turns. this prevents me from being able to play anything...

Access to basic lands from older sets
Would like the opportunity to collect older basic lands from sets before I joined Arena. Perhaps coupled with Flashback drafts from those sets or through a specific event.

Arena mobile bug - spell didn't cast
I was playing an emergent ultimatum deck. After casting alrund's epiphany, I tried to cast Cultivate. My turn then just ended without letting me search for lands and the Cultivate appearred to be sick on the stack visually for the test of the game

Fix limited ranking
I understand you don't want people just ripping through limited/draft events but the difficulty ramps up awfully fast. I've noticed that if I win one game matched against someone on my own tier, the next game will be against someone on a higher tier, and if I win that match the next will be against an even higher ranked opponent (and so on and so forth). As a silver tier 3 player I once played someone in platinum. This seems unfair to me. Codes not redeeming if enterd using wizards account online
While using arena on andriod mobile device it says to login to WOTC account to redeem codes like PlayDND, as well as XP codes. I logged in through web browser entered codes, browser said redeem successful, but once back in arena on mobile device no packs from codes and no XP. Went on my PC and no pack or XP there as well and when I try codes on PC they say already redeemed. Frustrating to say the least. Please send 2000XP and 3 DND packs to my account.

Better Matchmaking
Add a mode for players who use preconstructed decks to play only with those who also have preconstructed decks.

Settings menu text not showing up
I'm on Mac, and when I click the gear >> Options (for the Graphics options or exiting the game) the text isn't showing up in the buttons.

MTG Arena Suggestion: Additional Gameplay Option
Could an option be added to by pass the defeat screen post game?
Could there be an option to enable a hot key to concede a game and go directly to another match; bypassing the defeat screen?

remove or limit new only arena set
me and my brother are playing magic for a long time and we are part of the group that does not like the new arena only "hearthstone" set etc.
not that it is problem you know live and let live but we like paly historic and historic brawls and now we dislike them because of the new set we would
like a format that can be historic and also no computer sets hope more people say this because we are not having fun with the new cards hope you consider this and thank yo for reading :).1 vote -

Earn A Deck Not Awarding Deck
I'm not getting the correct daily rewards on my account, today I didn't get the deck I was getting on a daily basis.
In daily missions. I was supposed to win a new deck today, I completed the mission but I didn't receive it. The last one I received yesterday was DIMIR HOUSE (black and blue).

Blade Historian Not Giving Doube Strike
In my last game, I had two attacking creatures while I had Blade Historian on the field. Neither creature got their double strike. I stayed in the game one more turn to make sure I wasn't missing something, and again my attacking creatures didn't have double strike. Them not having double strike essentially cost me the game. Please fix this. Not getting double strike from Blade Historian is messing up my preferred deck to play.

Allow updates without logging in
I play MTG Arena on multiple platforms (PC and iPhone) and it’s very frustrating when there’s a new update because I can only update one platform at a time - if I try to update both, one will get logged out and the update stops. It also means I can’t play at all while either platform is updating - I can’t log in on PC if the app on my phone is updating and vice versa. Please make it so it’s possible to update the apps without logging in.

Unable to select new deck if deck deleted: College Cup
Made changes to a deck, play a game, didn't like it so deleted deck. Now unable to change to new deck. When I hit play it brings back the deck I deleted and that is the deck I play with now.
Have not seen if this effects other play styles or just the college cup.
