How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Deck Editor Freeze On Mobile
When accessing builder on Samsung, occasionally the game will completely freeze when attempting to access the filter screen. It was happening periodically but today it's done that every time I've tried to access. Force stop is not solving the problem and closing and reopening or logout/login are not working either.

Curse of the Werefox / Slumbering Keepguard
Is there a bug with Curse of the Werefox or Slumbering Keepguard? I tried to cast Curse, to have my Keepguard fight an opponent's creature, and I planned to activate Keepguard's ability at instant speed in response to Werefox's triggered ability. I had at least 3 open mana including a white. But when I tried, it wasn't possible to activate Keepguard, even though there isn't an "only as a sorcery" clause. It seemed like Curse's triggered ability just resolved right away without an opportunity to respond. It may be that I misunderstand the templating, but I think the reflexive triggered…

problem between Agatha's Soul Cauldron and Faunsbane Troll
I found a bug between Agatha's Soul Cauldron and Faunsbane Troll :
if you use the cauldron on a troll with a aura the game activate the power of the troll and dont put a +1/+1 marker on it.I run on windows 11

Magic Arena Bug Repport
Hello,
during a draft event, I casted an enchacement having that cost 3 manas to exile it on a creature with ward 2, once I paid the first mana, it passed my turn, automatically, and it resulted in a lost of the match.
I have attached my log data.

Shared Animosity + Gingerbrute + Syr Ginger, the Meal Ender
Gingerbrute and Syr Ginger have both the Food creature type but the +1/+0 doesn't apply when attacking with the two of them.1 vote -

mobile application seems kinda laggy and clunky . hearthstone has low graphics and animations option in settings, why not adding it as well?

Cannot cast Shrapnel blast
Good morning. I'm playing from my PC, non ranked historic using a mono red deck. The game does not let me cast instant spell Shrapnel Blast, even though I have enough mana and plenty of artifacts to sacrifice. The spell isn't even highlithed, in fact when trying to cast it it simply moves back to my hand

Puny Snack resolves but Gingerbread Hunter goes to yard instead of on an Adventure.
Playing on Mac. Cast Puny Snack with a Rhystic Study (belonging to opponent) and Chancellor of Tales (belonging to me) in play. The Puny Snack was copied, but then my Gingerbread Hunter went to the graveyard instead of going on an Adventure.

Cards mana value are incorrect.
The mana value of certain cards is incorrect. Cards like Fires of Invention and Omnath, Locus of Creation cost an additional 1.

Bug: Sméagol, Helpful Guide
There’s a bug with Sméagol helpful guide where he doesn’t mill the opponent any more after some point. It’s either tied to being at tempt level 4 or to opponent not having lands in deck. Either way, it should continue to mill them out - I just lost a game where opp had ~6 cards in deck and I triggered the mill ability at least 4 times without it doing anything. I should have won that game

StarterDeck Duel - cannot unlock new decks
After winning StarterDeck Duel with each of 10 decks, only the first one (UR) appeared in my deck list. I have played on macOS and iPadOS, but result was always the same - I have got my reward (gold / gems or a card) but did not unlock new deck. Please, unlock all ten decks in my account.

Ossification targeting does not trigger abilities
I had three venerated rotpriest on the battlefield and when my opponent targeted one of them with ossification, their abilities did not trigger. Their ability specifically states when they are the target of a spell, yet this doesn't happen with ossification for some reason.

Cannot click on buttons
Ever since the update on 12/13/22 I cannot use the touch interface of my MS Surface Pro8. The touch interface moves the cursor and interacts in everyway except clicking. When I use the touchpad instead, it will let me click on things most of the time. Though there are still random times that it doesn't and I need to select something else first before it will let me click what I want. This happens on all selectable buttons, in game, or on the main screen.

Alchemy and Historic
Is this a bad joke? Surely you can’t be this incompetent. Adding nerfed cards that are BALANCED FOR STANDARD to historic is idiotic. Also, literally no one asked for Alchemy what a waste of resources. Where is Pioneer, 4 player brawl, Modern or the myriad of other formats people actually want to play?! Will you be providing gem refunds for all the historic decks I built or should I just chargeback?

MWM not giving rewards
Wins from midweek magic events have not been giving rare card rewards. Can we please get the rewards that we are supposed to get from playing MWM? For a lot of us, that's the only reason to bother playing the events.

Bug/ falha durante o rankeado standard
Estava novamente jogando o rankeado standard e o jogo novamente travou me fazendo perder a partida. Estou tentando subir do platina para o diamante e isso atrapalhou bastante.

In Game Chat, and sparky up grade.
Would love to see the bot match have a level of difficulty choice. when using a new deck, I would like to make it a bit harder to win. also having a choice for sparky to use our decks we choose so that we can test our own decks to the fullest. Also, it seems the bot match got an update and will not complete the match it just waits for you to quit.

Prize cards not being shown in Cube Draft
The full card prizes are not being shown when I claim my rewards.
It also happened with the midweek event and the screen freezes.

Tamiyo, Field Researcher should not have "are you sure" pop up
When I use Tamiyo, Field Researchers +1 on my opponents creatures, each time I get a pop saying "are you sure?". This pop up should be removed as to not confuse new players, as targeting your opponents creatures with her +1 is often correct, as it will still trigger and draw you cards if those creatures deal damage.

課金額に応じてシャッフルの配分を変更するのはまぁ、運営資金調達のために必要なんでしょうけど
そこに戦略性はありませんよね？
