How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

impossible de charger la collection
bonjour à toute l'équipe, depuis aujourd'hui magic se charge sur PC windows 10 le logiciel se lance. et j'ai ce message d'erreur "impossible de charger la collection" que puis je faire ? d'ou vient le problème ?

Instant speed actions not allowed
I played an alchemy game today. At one point I wasnt given the chance to play my cards or activate abilities at instant speed as a response to my opponent cards.
I couldnt activate my removal against sheoldred during my draw phase nor activate my vicondra´s ability to exile a card from the graveyard when my opponent played cards despite being able to do so previously in the same game

Questss not updating
Saturday, it said I had 19 hours to go until refresh. I thought, Okay sunday it will refresh. Yesterday afternoon it said I had 15hours before my quest refresh/reset. I logged in a little while ago and it said I had 14 hours to go. It should have refreshed by now.

"Arena Announcements"
When it was introduced I thought the "mailbox" feature was a small but very nice QoL addition. However, it's odd to me that most updates and changes are conveyed by a message saying "Arena Announcements are here!" and just linking to a web page. It completely defeats the point of the in-game mailbox - for it to add value, I'd recommend at least summarising the content of the updates in-client.

Revolt not triggered by land
My opponent Boseiju'd one of my lands. Later in the turn, they cast Emry and I wanted to kill it with Fatal Push, but it gave me the "Do you want to cast this spell prompt?" and it did nothing when it resolved, fouling up a Historic Metagame Challenge I was playing and causing me to lose it.

Mycosynth Gardens removes mana from pool when untapped
Mycosynth Gardens was tapped for a black mana. Rustvine Cultivator was used to untap Mycosynth Gardens. Then the black mana was removed from my mana pool. Untapping the gardens removed the mana from my mana pool. This happened during draft and caused me to lose my draft game.

Banned cards
Why did you create such a broken set? This phryexia ******** is zero fun. Obliterate? Sacrifice all your lands? Rot priest? Any targeting and it's poison counters? This set sucks *. Se supone que el efecto de las dos primera de la carta es que el oponente se descarte una carta o sacrifique una criatura, pues no surge el efecto, solo funciona cuando hace el efecto del turno siguiente

Urza's Sylex not working as intended
I saw that there were two tickets about this card already but they are both from 4 months ago so maybe it was assumed that this had been solved. Maybe it has and I just found some edge case in which it is still bugged.
My opponent used Urza's Sylex' ability. It gave me the rope but I had no ability to use (see screenshot 1). I mean I did have a spell I could cast but I didn't want to cast it and there was no button to click for the ability to resolve, so I waited.

Leonin Vanguard failure to trigger
I had 3 Leonin vanguard creatures in play. They are each supposed to give me one life + get +1/+1 before combat if I have three or more creatures in play. But NONE of them triggered. They just went right to combat without becoming 2/2s and without giving me the 3 life that I needed to stay alive and win the game.

No where to leave feedback... no where to put why the match was enjoyed or not...
Need to add the option to explain why we enjoyed or didn't enjoy the match so the players can at least feel like the company cares about the players. Where is the counter to "Exile"? Where is the cure to "Poison"? Or a4e we trying to take all enjoyment out of the game...

You should allow people to go back through the moves of a match after it is over. I swear the last match i had this guy had NO MANA but was able to cast a 3 mana counter and win the game. I wanted to go back through the last couple of rounds to see how he did it, but you don't have that ability.

Titan of Industry effects fizzle
When you play Titan of Industry and choose two effects as part of its "Enter the Battlefield" effect, if one of the chosen effects is fizzled (such as the opponent sacrificing a targeted Artifact), then both of the effects will fizzle. I do not believe this is normally how "Choose Two" effects work and is a bug.

Cube and Omniscience
Please make Cube and Omniscience drafts permanent. They're by FAR my favorite formats on Arena. I would drop so much money if I could play either of these formats any time. I'm basically biding my time, waiting until one of them is available. The other game modes are not very interesting to me. Cube and Omniscience drafts always available, please!

Urza Meld
Playing standard ranked. Melded Urza and minestrone together and they both exile but did not return to battlefield. I made a copy of Urza with tamiyo compleated sage, if that matters.

someone was either hacking or misusing a glitch or exploiting a system bug
playing this match and the player (Nefarius) drew like 10 times in a row giving him multiple counters on a plainswalker and multiple counters on a creature. the problem was that there was no card or spell or ability on the board or graveyard that would give him that ability
besides matches where i have had very unlucky draws and the other player seemingly had perfect hands, this is the first time i felt that there was something actually happening2 votes -
Opponent Mana Visibility
I play on the Android app, and during the game, it is almost impossible to see how many lands my opponent has. Their avatar covers up the number of untapped lands if any others have been tapped, I guess because they get pushed to the left. And there's no way to click on them to get them to pop up, like tapping any other stack of cards. This impacts decision making, and in several instances, I have mis-estimated how much they had available and made major misplays that likely cost me ranked games.
