How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Systems are not "operational"
For a company that gets as much income as yours it is shocking that you cant even get your status page to properly reflect the games status - matchmaking is down. And it is a repeated "suggestion" here that the status page shows nothing of any worth.

Arena Gameplay not functional
The game will not allow you to play a match, concede, mulligan, or sometimes even draw your starting hand. The only way out of Arena is to tab out or alt-F4 to close the client completely. This is happening across multiple devices on the same network.

MTGA Stalls out when loading a new match and when the timer runs out completely.
Just got back on to finish wins for the day. Joined the Starter Deck league with WG (which worked earlier today).
When loading into a new game it doesn't show any 'my/opponent's turn' UI, it just stalls out until timer starts then runs out and then stalls there too. Exited the first try, entered a second, where "Waiting for Opponent" started almost immediately when it usually only starts when I'm matched up with someone. ~10 secs later I'm matched up, but the same thing happens. Currently still there with stalled timer (pic 4).

Can’t enter battles
I click to enter a battle and nothing happens. The timer keeps running up, it says waiting for opponent, the screen never changes It will let me cancel out of it. This has been happening since 330 pm est. I’ve checked for app updates and restarted both the app and my iPad.

During September, I got the mastery pass, did a pick two OM1 draft, and opened a number of OM1 packs. I checked for the Fleem cosmetics yesterday, but did not get an alert or see them in my profile.

Freezes and crashes since last update
Hi,
I've done the 9.53Gb update this morning and since then I'm experimenting different issues on my account (mainly freezes and crashes but also some lags).Roughly : I connect, I try to click on the store or on the daily challenges if I want to modify them and the game becomes unresponsive. To the point I get a Windows popup asking me if I want to wait for Arena to answer or to quit. Waiting is to no avail so far, the game never comes back. I can play games (with 'waiting for server' lags sometimes), I can access my profile or parameters, but challenges modification and store section are automatically freezing the software.
My OS is Windows 11 Family, 23H2 version, OS build 22631.4169

Toph avatar changing to Viven in match
Currently have the Toph avatar equipped for my deck, but once in a match it changes to Vivien. It only seems to be doing it with this avatar as my Timmy one remains the same.

Jump In: Avatar deck only half loaded
When trying to play Jump In for the new ATLA set, I selected "Zuko" and "Powerful" as packs. As you can see, only a few of the actual cards loaded in to my deck (only the red ones). I think the "Powerful" pack only loaded in lands. No cards at all.
I am asking for a compensation of all the missing cards and a jump-in token. Please fix it as soon as possible.

got preorder items twice
Ok, had a weird glitch.
Preorder the Through the Omenpath bundles previously and acquired the product on release. Open the packs during lunch break. Later in the day, got a email that said I was missing the preorder bundles...though I didn't and now got double the packs essentially. Avoiding opening the 50 card pack bundle atm since I don't know what to do and don't want to compromise my account.13 votes -
BUG: Cant change a Brawl deck to a Standard Brawl deck
I've made a duplicate copy of a brawl deck, and want to modify it to a standard brawl format. However, when I go to edit the deck details, the dropdown for deck type shows up under the card statistics, and is therefore unselectable.

との記載があるが、MTGアリーナ上では同様の状況でダメージが発生しなくなっている

Bug in the tutorial mission - confront the assault creates no tokens
During the fourth tutorial mission, the game wants me to use “Confront the assault” card to stop the attack with three tokens. However, after using the card on both IOS and windows - the card simply activates, burns mana, goes to the graveyard but no tokens are created. I am then left stuck in the battlefield as the game does not allow me to click “no defenders” but I also have no tokens to click and select as defenders.
As such, I cant complete the tutorial and thus I cant play the actual game.23 votes -
Cannot go back in deck builder
In deck builder, when selecting the deck image which takes you to deck details, avatar and sleeve for the deck, you are unable to go back to the card editing, the back button is glitched and it will open the deck name instead

Quick Draft Quest
The quick draft quest is still not working. I used my 5K gold to do the Aetherdrift quick draft, went 4/3, did not receive any progress on the "complete 3 quick draft matches" quest or my 1K gold. I play on PC and my Iphone. Also, when I click into the quest to be navigated, nothing happens, I just remain on the home screen tab. Please fix.

Cards in hand hidden on mobile
Since the August 19 EOE Alchemy update, cards in hand on Arena Mobile are very small/cut off by the bottom of the screen.

Invalid sideboard
Almost all of my decks are now invalid and unplayable because of an invalid sideboard error. No banned cards, or more than 15 cards in the sideboard. I can't even edit and save them because of the continuous sideboard error message.

its the same bug as what someone else put on here about how it didn't give me the option to cast spells for free with Etali Primal Conqueror and this happened in the arena cube draft that was put on recently. The resolve button just came up without giving me the choice to cast either spells. Nothing in the game prevented me from playing them and I ended up losing the game in arena cube draft when I would have won if I had been able to cast the spells from the etb trigger of Etali.

after the new update (9/16) Kotis , fang keeper cannot cast spell that are been exiled when he deals damage to an opponent, they just end in the exile.
