3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Crashing when entering matches.
I am playing on Android, and in some matches, just as the game is about to start, as in move from the finding match screen to displaying the avatars of the players, the screen freezes, the audio stutters and then freezes, and finally the game crashes. Attempting to reopen the client has the same result. It is important to note that this does not happen on all matches, but when entering a match causes the client to crash, every time I reload the client and it attempts to rejoin that match it will crash again. Freeze and crash of the general client user interface drafting on MAC
On April 10th, I was playing draft and the game starts to freeze and run very slow, finally the game kicked me of and make me loose my 3rd match finishing the draft, I certainly have good options to keep winning. My internet connections worked great all the time.
I'm running a mac running sequoia with 40gb of ram.

Freeze and crash of the general client user interface drafting on MAC
On April 10th, I was playing draft and the game starts to freeze and run very slow, finally the game kicked me of and make me loose my 3rd match finishing the draft, I certainly have good options to keep winning. My internet connections worked great all the time.

Game keeps crashing
Playing arena on iOS (iPhone). Keeps crashing several times during matches. Almost lost due to being timed out. I have uninstalled/reinstalled but it hasn’t fixed the problem. Was working great before the recent big upgrade. Very frustrating

Turn off card / board animations
Hello.
Now that Arena has a good player base, with some of them who are playing for a long time ago, i suggest, with a button on the interface, the possibility for the user to
switch off all the card animations / board animations.
For those like me who play a lot and since a while, we get tired of the same animations again and again and it would improve our game experience.
For those with little configurations it would perhaps avoid some crash and improve fluidity of the game.

To Whom It May Concern at Wizards of the Coast/MTG Arena Support,
I am writing to follow up on the ongoing, critical issue of the Magic: The Gathering Arena application crashing repeatedly.
While I appreciate any effort to resolve this, the request for crash logs or other diagnostic information is currently useless to me. I have not been given clear, simple instructions on how to locate, collect, or send this information. If you require this data, please provide a clear, step-by-step guide for non-technical users.

Game crashes with Satoru Umezawa
Specifically whenever I use ninjutsu to cheat out Summon: Bahamut, the game will just crash as soon as he's on the field. This happens every single time I put it out, not sure if other creatures are affected like this but the game HATES me when I try to do this.

Vivian Reed planes walker crashes game
During the recent pick 2 mid-week event, anytime I played the Vivian Reed planeswalker card on my iPhone iOS, the game crashed. The app would not reload until the game was over, otherwise it would crash before re-entering the game. It happened twice within a period of about 15 minutes.

My client is crashing with every interaction.
My client is crashing with every interaction. It happens whenever I interact with the store or try to change daily quests. I am on PC. Simply hovering over the quest change icon causes a crash. This started with Edge of Eternities. I tried re-installing the software and it still happens every time.

Double tapping Q for an extreme amount of mana crashed the game
this is bot match and the game already struggled with many tokens Spelunking.
normally it would crash just after the second Doppelgang.

game kicked me out of match in a draft
I was in a premier draft of Aetherdrift, and I got kicked out of a game while I was playing it. It didn't crash or anything, it just got me out of the game. I just realized now after a new game that it happened. It ruined my draft and made me lose.

Arena Crashing on Android
Arena is crashing when the "Download" button is clicked on the startup screen. Troubleshooting: uninstalled and reinstalled app, restarted phone. No resolution from TS

Game Crashes Constantly
All on PC, game crashes when trying to re-roll quests, game crashes when clicking on "Store", game crashes when clicking on "Mastery Pass", game crashes when clicking on "Open Packs", game crashes when clicking on "Decks", game crashes when trying to select a game mode other than "Recently Played", game crashes frequently when in a match, game crashes in between BO3 matches, game won't let me sideboard in cards during BO3 even on android. This has been ongoing for nearly TWO WEEKS, reinstalled multiple times, and changed graphics display to "medium" and "low" has not worked.

Game crashes on Windows as soon as I enter a match with one particular battlefield background: the one with the water with lilies on the top, and stone shore on the bottom. I know it is that one as the game will load on Android mobile.

Match doesn't start
This situation occurs both PC and Steam.
Match doesn't start more than 5 minutes.
All I can see is 'Currently Waiting: 0:01, 0:02...' and It doesn't start, crash, just Waiting...
I think my account is in trouble (not client or PC, because I reinstalled/changed it multiple times), but I don't know how to solve this problem.6 votes -
MTGA Crashes on Mac
MTGA keeps crashing during the loading screen in Mac Sonoma 14.5 (latest version). I uninstalled and reinstalled MTGA through Epic Games to no avail.

Freezes and crashes since last update
Hi,
I've done the 9.53Gb update this morning and since then I'm experimenting different issues on my account (mainly freezes and crashes but also some lags).Roughly : I connect, I try to click on the store or on the daily challenges if I want to modify them and the game becomes unresponsive.
