Low iq customer service
The guy who has the ID Anja on the customer service page is the single most low iq person that could ever work in such a service. Not only does he post stock responses without so much as a single human interaction between user-employee but he marks every other requests as solved by default. Literally low iq material and i have to ask are cubicle people tested for their skills or at least education in the matter or are they just hired on the premise that anyone goes?

What they deserve
The moment i see faithless looting and I see the first BS card dumped into the graveyard to be reanimated by death or necromancy I just go ahead and let the clock run out, because that is what the people who play that deck deserve. It is yalls fault this is going to happen because I refuse to just go quietly about a deck the deserves banning and is the most common overpowered deck in the game. It is the deck that I play 90 percent of the time now. That should tell you devs something about how stupidly powerful the deck is. Despite having counter spells I could not stop it. Basically, I have to be blue white control to even stand a chance.

Death Necromancy
Same old deck every time. Yall need to ban both those cards, and while we are at it check this person for cheating as in he played around my counter spell perfectly as though he knew what counter spell I had and exactly what I needed to cast it. Looking at people's hands is the easiest way to cheat. Anyone who uses a deck with death and necromancy is already suspect anyway.

Block creature designation does not occur.

Opponent's turn, 1st Main Phase
- Play Root ManipulationCombat Phase
- Three creatures attack
- Root Manipulation Triggered
- Play Giant Growth and Burrog Barrage on my creatures on the battlefield to remove one and tap out

Screenshots Saved at Much Lower Resolution Than In-Game Resolution on macOS
I'm trying to determine whether this is a Steam issue, an MTG Arena issue, or an interaction between the two. On my system, screenshots taken with Steam's built-in screenshot function (F12) are saved at a much lower resolution than the resolution configured in MTG Arena.
Comparison with Native macOS Screenshots
When I use the standard macOS screenshot function (Shift + Command + 3), the screenshot is saved at the full rendered resolution. For example:
Case #1:
MTG Arena Resolution: 6144 × 3456
macOS screenshot: 6144 × 3456
Steam Screenshot (F12): 1536 × 864Case #2:
MTG Arena Resolution: 5120 × 2880
macOS screenshot: 5120 × 2880
Steam Screenshot (F12): 2560 × 1440This suggests that MTG Arena is rendering correctly and that the resolution reduction occurs somewhere during Steam's screenshot capture process. Additionally, I noticed that when the game is set to a 5K resolution, Steam screenshots are saved at exactly half the width and half the height of the configured resolution. However, when the game is set to a 6K resolution, the screenshots are saved at only one quarter of the width and height. This is particularly strange because the scaling factor is not consistent between 5K and 6K resolutions.
Questions
Has anyone else on macOS experienced similar behavior when using Steam screenshots with MTG Arena? I'd be interested to know whether this is specific to my setup or a more general issue affecting MTG Arena on macOS Retina displays.

Cheater?
Started with two lands and had two lands all match, despite having a 24 land deck. Match was very suspect as far as timing on moves which were no brainers considering my lands and what was on board.

Ability hides the screen + Molten note targets Player
Hello
I was Playing a SOS bot event around midnight greenwich time on iphone13.
Two bugs in one match:
Opponents “wisdom of ages” ability didn t fade away and stayed active/big on the screen. I couldn t Surveil.
Repairing game files helped. It cost me a turn, in which i could cast a Treefolk as opp was tappedout.The Game allowed Opponent to cast Molten note by flashback targeting me hitting dor 8. It should be able to target only creatures.
I lost the match next turn Finishing the event 6-3.
Nice day with fixing stuff!

Secrets of Strixhaven review

Usable cards bug
Cards lit up like I can use them, but its not my turn and I have no manna available.

Bug on iphone
Game is very jittery after new update, not loading, then when trying to enter match, it freezes on the screen with your avatar and opponents avatar. Have issues with menu items not being able to click on in from the home page. Its basically bricked the game. On Iphone 15

Spell stack bug
Constantly get a bug when spells stack it just gets stuck and then you cant play anything new pr resolve cards it keep freaking out when you try play new cards and doesnt activate also it randomly skips phases we went from me countering his spell in combat to my turn main phase

poco mana tras mulligan
Hello, I want to report a behavior that players across all game modes are experiencing, and it's causing a lot of frustration in several player communities I've consulted. When you mulligan and decide to draw a new hand, there's a HUGE chance you won't have any more mana for at least 4 or 5 turns, which almost certainly results in losing the game. I think I speak for MANY people when I urge you to REVIEW how Hand Smoothing works because it's truly frustrating to have to lose games repeatedly due to its randomness. With this mechanic, you're only going to frustrate players and cause them to quit playing more and more. Thank you, and best regards.

Nissa/Mythweaver Poq/Bristly Bill infinite loop problem
Using a combo of Nissa, Resurgent Animist, Britstly Bill, Spine Sower, and Mythweaver Poq, an opponent created an infinite loop bug so bad that I can't even concede the game. At 20 minutes in, up to the 600th iteration of Mythweaver, game is threatening to end in a draw. I think the opponent finally killed his game, otherwise I think it would just have kept going.

New Arena Freeze which interferes with Windows operation
Using Windows 11 Home, when playing matches in Arena, program often stalls. Then when attempting to end the frozen program, it also causes ctrl-alt-delete to not bring up task manager. Task Manager when opened from Start menu does not function correctly, drop down menus not available. Requires a restart to even do anything else on the computer.
This error is new since last Arena update. Previously, Arena often stalled but was easily closed using Task Manager and restarting Arena.
Currently unable to play more than two matches in a row without this happening.

Game is freezing with spells with options
I keep getting kicked out of the game after it freezes. I’ve done some experimenting, and it only seems to happen when I play card that requires a choice; ie, something with kicker or a quest. Before the option happens, the game freezes and the music skips. Next thing I know, I’m out the game. So now I can’t progress in Ranked.
Now I’ve lost several casual games, too. But most of my decks have cards like Chocobo kick and not only can I not cast them, I try to open the app and it just brings me back where I was. Are there other things that trigger a freeze?
Also when I get defeated, there’s no violet Planeswalker icon; it’s just a grey square.I keep getting kicked out of the game after it freezes. Channel Land not working as intended
Otawara lost the ability to be channeled after my opponent played juggernaut peddler, which doesn't interact with lands in hand at all
