How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Locked out of sideboard
Cant sideboard in BO3, locked out and as a result lose g2 and g3. Seems opponent could board XD...x/ NOT funny at all actually. Happened around 10:50 est today

duplicate
Duplicate protection not working for packs in Reality Fracture. I open packs and do not get any rare or mythic rare despite not having a full collection. Basically I waste gold and gems on packs that do not contain anything useful. It happened multiple times already

Mastery Rewards
When I got the pop up that I had received a mastery pass reward it was a reality fracture pack. Upon going to open the pack, it doesn’t show up on my pack list. I’m playing on IOS and am getting rewards from the free mastery pass.

Land draw
AGAIN. FIX THE LAND DRAW¡!!!! THIS IS FING RIDICULOUS. I HAD LITERALLY FIVE FULL GAMES IN A ROW WITH MAJOR MANA DRAW FAILURES. I RUN 36 LAND IN A BRAWL DECK. FIVE DAM GAMES IN S ROW!!!! THIS IS PATHETIC. YOU COWARDS WONT EVEN RESPOND TO ADMIT OR DENY THIS BULL.

Surveillance phantasm can’t attack when I surveil with empty library
I played a premier draft yesterday and was going for lethal with by having an empty library and a fblthp, impossibly lost on board.
One of my attackers was a surveillance phantasm and I used its ability to surveil 1 on an empty library.
I was not able to attack after that with the phantasm which I should based on the rules.
I lost the game because of it cause I needed a third flyer to connect to trigger fblthp.

BUG Unable to Join Event/Please try Again Later
Network Error when trying to play in a Traditional Standard Event. It let me submit my deck, but it gives Network Error Unable to Join Event/Please Try Again Later whenever I click play. Then it will not let me click Play again.

Nashi is not updated
In the new update they said "Since Nashi is a digital-only card, we are taking the opportunity to modify it slightly by removing the flash keyword to better balance the format." while in the game Nashi still has flash.

day 3 of not being able to update Mtg arena
Day 3 of arena not wanting to install or update the hobbit update even with a fresh reinstall. still stuck at about 500 megabytes downloaded. at this point its getting frustrating.

Windcrag Seige is broken and will not allow you to choose options.
Like others that have suffered, Windcrag Seige is broken/bugged an will not allow you to select an option "Mardu" or "Jeskai". I have captured and submitted a log below. Please fix, this ruined two games for me!

Frostcliff Siege Bug
Siege cards do not allow you to select an option after resolving.
Times out selecting Jeskai when i need Temur.

The Hobbit Welcome Deck Dules decks do not match the paper Welcome Decks
All Hobbit welcome decks are missing spells and instead have too many lands when compared to the paper decks listed here: https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/announcements/the-hobbit-welcome-decks. Each deck has 18 to 22 lands instead of 17, making them difficult to play.
For example, the Blue deck is missing 1x Lorien Revealed, 1x Thranduil's Decree, 1x Colossal Whale, and 1x Rogue's Passage, and has 20 Islands instead of 16.7 votes -
Fix the rigged Draw system.
The odds of drawing 7 consecutive red cards from a 120-card deck containing 35 red cards are 0.0113%, which translates to a 1 in 8,846 chance. I just played this game. Earlier, I had to take 5 mulligans before seeing a land card.
Is it too much to ask to have a fair game? Stop putting your thumb on the scale for every match. I get screwed over and over trying to just enjoy this game.
I will NEVER put a penny into this game if its not a fair! If its free, then a broken game doesn't matter, but…

Problem with Hobbit welcome decks duels
On the screen to choose a deck for the Welcome Decks Duels, all decks are unusable. It seems LOTR cards cannot be in these decks.

Unlock
I tried to unlock steaming vents with key artifact in quick draft which freezed the screen on pick which room to unlock/lock. I tried to restart the game but it didnt help. I couldnt pick a room and even though the timer ended and moved to opponents turn I had lost control unable to cast anything. This lasted for the rest of the match.
It happened again in another match in the same quick draft.

Trying to use his -2 Ability does not light up for selection. You can not select an option and it randomly selects the 1st of the 2 for you

Draft picking bug "force pick a card"
During a Reality Fractured Premier Draft, while picking cards from the third pack, I was forced to select the card "Loot, the Nexus." Although I tried to pick a different card, the new card wouldn't register; "Loot, the Nexus" remained selected instead. This occurred at 20:14 (UTC) on PC.

Stuck in "entering match" when trying to find a match (PC)
When trying to find a match, the game gets stuck on "entering match" and never starts the match. After uninstalling the game and installing on a different drive, it got stuck on "entering match" again. after multiple attempts at reinstalling on different drives, it has always gotten stuck on "entering match".
