How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

ADD CASUAL MODE! Not everyone wants to play a 2 second game.
Add a CASUAL mode! Not everyone likes to get destroyed in two turns....... Some of us enjoy just playing the cards and getting to know them.... Also... WHY THE F does it take 50+ games to go first? There should be a balanced way to go first. As someone who plays at a disadvantage EVERY game based on the decks I enjoy playing (HIGH COSTS), it would be nice to have some f-ing balance. Also, turning off reviews so players cannot review the game to keep your ratings higher is cowardly.

Critical Bug: Daily Quest Timer Constantly Resets, No Quest Granted Since I started playing the game
"I have restarted the client multiple times."
"I have played multiple games to try and force a refresh."
"I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile application."
"I confirmed my local time zone is correct (PST/EST/etc.)."
"I have waited through several full daily resets (3 AM PST/6 AM EST)."I am realizing that I have been playing the game for weeks without any daily quests bc this is always how the timer looks.

Matchmaking broken for Arena Direct?
I've been waiting for almost two hours for a match to fire for the Avatar Arena Direct event. Never had to wait for more than a few minutes before.

game keeps crashing on android
Game keeps crashing since the new update TMNT every time i play a game or go to use orbs or anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now and still wont work. I am playing on a Samsung S24

Avatar premium draft is down
Avatar Premium Draft Bugged and Disappeared.
I am using a Windows PC and accessing Arena through Steam.
I paid 1500 gems to enter a premium avatar draft. After I completed the draft, I was stuck in a clearly glitchy queue. I reset MTG Arena and the same issue occurred again.
Now the premium draft is gone and so are my gems.
Id like to be refunded for gems I spent.6 votes -
Add ability to auto spend all orbs, or have orbs auto-spend when a pass ends
I always finish my mastery pass and I hate having to spend the orbs one by one every time. I wish there was a button to randomly spend all current orbs, or better yet when a season ends have it automatically auto spend all orbs so those of us who always fully complete do not have to manually redeem them.

Android Mobile Client Freezing
Since the TMNT update on my Android mobile client, the game has become very unstable. It freezes mid game, typically every 2-4 games, leading to me being unable to take any game actions, and eventually timing out. The only fix is a full client restart. If I manage to get back in to the game in time to keep playing, the loading screen text will be nonsensical, and the background board in game will be a messed up checkered pattern. Casting Lazotep Reaver while Bloodline Pretender is on the battlefield as a Zombie prevents Amass Zombies 1 from resolving
Reproduction steps:
- Cast Bloodline Pretender as a Zombie
- Cast Lazotep Reaver
- Observe that Bloodline pretender gets +1/+1 from casting a Zombie
- Observe that Lazotep Reaver's "When this creature enters, Amass Zombies 1" does not resolve.
Expected result:
Casting Lazotep Reaver with Bloodline Pretender on the Battlefield as a Zombie should result in:
- Bloodline pretender receiving a +1/+1 counter.
- Amass Zombies 1 resolving.

Bug
- I start a standard match.
- Both on PC and on IOS on my phone.
- Game freeze before the first hand is shown. The timer starts running, but the game state is still frozen. I can't concede.
- The expected result is to be able to play the game.

Bug - Can't play since just before 5:00 PM EST
Since my draft failed around 17:00 EST, I have not been able to have a match.
The client freezes at the opponents hand selection, without showing me my card selections.
This has happened 3 time since 16:45 pm, and add the draft that I lost my admission to.7 votes -
queue avatar draft
I played one game on avatar premier draft and now i am stuck on 'currently waiting'. I waited 15 minutes for one attempt. Restarted the arena app, and hit 15 min again. I tried playing a different format and i did get in a game of standard so I know it isnt a connection problem. Went back into draft and have waited another 5 minutes for pairing again.
can I get my gems back? this is wait time is absurd.

Unable to Find a Match or Draft Table
Trying to find an opponent in the Arena Direct Play Booster event and never finding one. Trying to find a table in Premier Draft of TMNT and unable to find a table. Please refund the Premier Draft gems.

Authentication failure: timeout for Arena on iOS
The Arena app for iOS keeps saying “unable to login” due to an authentication error, “Timeout” for my account. I was playing normally this morning when the app went dark after my match, and kept showing this error message. I reset, logged out and back in, and then later reinstalled the app, but the same error keeps happening. The app will appear as a black screen for a few seconds, then display the error message, and when trying to “reconnect” (the middle button on the display), the screen goes black and features three empty buttons. Listen to the 75k bloody suggestions below and add a Report Player Option
Seriously. How many times has it been suggested to allow people to report those who abuse the time out rule? Just spent God knows how many minutes in a game with someone who said 'good game' turn 1 when I Thought seized his win con. He proceeded to let the timer ALLLLLMOST run out every single time he had the control. Username: MagicMan40. Let us report these people and make magic fun to play

I there was not the target card in a graveyard - Ulamog.

there is one in his hand though. and in the exile.

Unable to get back in after round 1 of a bo3 direct challenge match
I was playing a direct challenge timeless bo3 match, and after my opponent conceded in round 1, the game stopped working for either of us, so we both restarted but then have been stuck in the 'waiting for opponent screen' for over 15 minutes, and restarting the game does nothing

Gameplay Issues After Update
Hi,
After the most recent update the game keeps freezing mid-match. I have done a reinstall, checked my wifi connection, checked my device (android os) for an update, and turned the device on and off. Nothing has seemed to fix the issue. I did not have this occur until today's (2/24/26) update.

Turns not processing
For about 5 games since the most recent update, is keep getting an issue where I use an instant or sorcery and the game just doesn't continue. It isn't frozen as I can interact with games (although freezing is an issue on mobile too) The weird thing is timeouts will occur and then they just stop and it doesn't force a concede. Happening to me in ranked standard and midweek magic

Game crash caused loss in win a box event
Having paid for the arena win a box event with gems the game froze when my opponent attacked me causing me to miss my next turn and take a load of avoidable damage resulting in a match loss. As this event is very expensive and my loss was the result of my missing turn 3 and it’s land drop I would like a refund of the gems.
The bug appears to have been caused by some post combat issue with buffing a kinsbaile aspirant with a thoughtweft lieutenant and the game not resolving the end of turn cleanup properly as…
