1. Steam doesn't detect MTGA when it's stopped

   Since last update Steam cannot detect when you stop MTGA.

   Reproduction :
   Start MTGA throught Steam.
   Stop MTGA in MTGA interface.
   Even after some time steam will continue to display "X Stop" game.
   Click on Stop game.
   Steam will display indefinitely "Stopping".

   Problem : you cannot start MTGA anymore.

   Alternative to Restart MTGA : Quit totally Steam and restart steam.

2. peer into the abyss bug i can't select card in hands

   on phone after opponent cast peer into the abyss, some trigger on the pile for card draw ( 1 damage for each card draw, i have opportuniti to answer i have Flare of fortitude but i can't select it because when i start to select ht card in on the external part and there are no opportunities to move from the center or select the card... insert a metod for scroll the card and select waht i want to play

3. Deck-building help for new players

   Hello!

   I have noticed that tons of new players don't understand how important nonbasic lands are. In many, many games, my inexperienced opponents concede because they kept a hand without the necessary lands to cast their spells. They might keep a hand with only basic Plains in a red-white deck, and then scoop 3 turns later. It's even worse in five-color Brawl decks, when a new player runs mostly basics and then has an incredibly hard time casting anything at all.

   My idea? Put a helpful pop-up window in the deck builder. If a player has only basic lands in their deck, give them a gentle reminder about how important nonbasic (two color) lands are. The more colors in the deck, the more important this is. You could remind them that there are plenty of nonbasic lands that can be crafted at common and uncommon.

   It would also be helpful to introduce a pop-up window if a player is considering keeping a hand which doesn't allow them to play most or all of the spells in their hand. Learning to mulligan correctly takes time, but it's so important. I hate to see new players losing on turn 3 because they took a very bad hand.

   These pop-ups could be turned off, so veteran players don't need to be distracted by them.

4. Gameply Bug on Premier Draft – Screen Freeze Caused Match Loss (Android)

   I don't know where to write you an email so here is goes.

   I am writing to report a bug that caused me to lose a match in a recent Premier Draft game on Android, and to request compensation for the resulting loss.

   Yesterday, I lost multiple matches and nearly 10,000 Gems, which was already very frustrating. Today, I recharged again and drafted a strong UR Elementals deck. For the first 2 lost, my opponents have bombed decks and good skill, which is fair, and I was prepared for a tough run.

   However, during the final match, on Turn 2, when I attempted to play an Island as my second land, the screen became stuck on a zoomed-in view of the Island card on the right side. I was completely unable to interact with the game, and my turn was automatically skipped. I have to restart the game but my turn was already passed. From that point on, I was forced to play behind for the rest of the match.

   Despite the setback, I continued to play seriously and tried to recover the tempo, but ultimately lost. To make matters worse, my opponent repeatedly spammed “gg,” which added to the frustration.

   This loss was not due to gameplay decisions, but a technical failure, and it occurred in a high-cost competitive mode. I feel extremely disappointed and upset, and I believe compensation is appropriate given the Gems spent and the unfair match outcome.

   Please investigate this issue and let me know what can be done.

5. Bug: Mirrorform + Champion of the Path

   1. Cast mirrorform with conditions (Target is Champion of the Path [with an elemental beheld in exile] + have at least one other creature to copy into Champion of the Path).

7. Ban Rofellos

   A commander that can bring out this much chaos by their turn four, my turn three, cannot be allowed to remain in the brawl format. By the time this screenshot was taken, the other player had 23 green mana he could have produced by turn 4. Unless I run a pure removal deck, what am I supposed to do about this sort of opponent. This commander shows up in many matches, and it ruins the competitive nature of a match.
   Nyxbloom Ancient
   Vorinclex, Voice of hunger
   Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre
   Emrakul, the Aeons Torn.

   Player was only able to achieve this through Last March of the Ents, but the fact that this commander pops off this hard even "rarely" (it's easier to do than one might think) means your matchmaking is garbage. Remove this commander, and implement some sort of deckbuilding limits or matchmaking that looks at the entirety of a deck.

9. sideboard bug with companion card

   When I play BO3 historic with companion card(Lurrus of the Dream-Den),that happened.
   Sideboad cards was displayed only 6 (and companion),in spite of the fact that 14 cards was in sideboad.
   This bug is not happened when I don't use companion.
   This is fatal bug to playing with companion.
   I hope it get fixed as soon as possible.

10. Brawl is completely unbalanced

    Brawl, or historic brawl, has become a completely broken format, unbalanced, unfair and straight out unplayable. Let me elaborate. Brawl has seen in recent years the inclusion of many cards to the format. Some very positive additions include fetch lands and the MH2 elementals just to name a few. I personally was really happy to see these cards added to Arena. On the other hand, there have been some very questionable additions like Chrome Mox and the pool of alchemy cards. At the same time, for completely unintelligible reasons, Wizards decided to extend the nerfs from Historic to Brawl. So cards like Guide of Souls, Ocelot Pride, DRC, Unholy heat, Teferi time raveler, etc. are nerfed in the format. The end result is a format where your opponent can have a turn 1 Chrome Mox, into dark ritual into Rusko Clockmaker, but you have to play with a nerfed guide of souls and cannot cast on turn 1 ocelot pride. To me, after many years of playing Brawl on Arena, this situation has made the format straight unplayable. Especially considering that most of the free counter spells are not yet added (or will they ever be?) to the format, i.e. FoN, FoW, Daze, and even force spike! (Which for also completely unintelligible reasons it is added as a draftable spell from a spell book but not as a standalone card).

    I understand that Brawl is the format where players want to test 4-player commander cards, but in actuality, the format is most similar to duel commander, also called French Commander, or 1v1 commander. For obvious reasons, in duel commander, most of the cards that cause trouble in Brawl are banned, i.e. Chrome Mox, Ajani (as a commander), Ragavan, Mana Drain, Temporal Trespass, Treasure Cruise, Dig through time, just to name a few.     I play competitive duel commander, and I find this ban list equilibrates the format extremely well. Alchemy cards also contribute greatly to break the format. The now infamous Mythweaver Poq, Rusko, Oracle of the Alpha and their absurd alchemy-specific mechanics like seek, conjure and "perpetual", stablish a clear breach of power level for those of us who prefer not to play with Alchemy cards.     I feel many players share my opinion. I have a few suggestions for improving the format, that I hope could be implemented for a better play experience:

    1 - Ideally, segregate Alchemy from Brawl. You can still have an Alchemy Brawl format for those who wish to play with this card pool.
    2 - Remove historic nerfs in Brawl. If cards like Teferi, time Raveler are a problem in the command zone, just ban it as a commander only (or even better, do not allow planeswalkers in the command zone, which is the root cause of the problem, and a terrible idea overall).
    3 - Get more in line with the Duel Commander ban list. There is also no reason to ban cards such as Drannith Magistrate or Medling Mage. I get it, people want to cast their commanders, but these are cards that are part of a game of Commander, and you do not need to infantilize your Arena players.
    4 - We are still missing an incredibly large card pool in Brawl, even from very recent sets. Some examples include Pyrogoyf, Broadside Bombardiers, etc, etc. While I understand that including all new cards is a big effort, you are at the same time producing new Alchemy cards 95% of your community hates. Why not devoting that effort to actually include cards you release in paper sets?

    Somehow, I doubt Wizards will listen. But if you made it up to here, thank you for reading :) and I hope you give a thumbs up to this post! Cheers!

    Rofellos can't be played in Timeless, it show like banned or something but I can't build a deck with it. Please, fix this bug.

13. disconnected

    i have to preface this by saying this was not a network disconnection. i was disconnected from a match, and sent back into the main menu. there was no way of returning into the match from the game, and the event showed neither a game loss nor a win. i restarted the game and returned to the match, having lost the turn i would have won the match in. i have encountered this bug before, and always having to face the risk of a DC due to a game bug makes it very hard to dare to put any money into the game, as the game might just give me a game loss for no reason.

14. MTG Arena Support website sign in does not work on Firefox

    The mtgarena-support.wizards.com website login links do not work on Firefox. They do seem to work correctly on Chrome, but every time I click on "Sign In", it redirects to the current page, not allowing me to enter credentials or signing me in.

    I am using the most updated version of Firefox for Windows and not using any extensions.

16. Idea for Brawl deckbuilder

    Hello! When you're building a Brawl deck, it would be great if the second Commander slot would go away if your Commander doesn't have Partner. It would also be great if the Companion slot would go away if you selected "No" when asked if you wanted to set a creature in the deck as your Companion. These unused slots take up a lot of space and make navigating the deckbuilding area more difficult. Thanks for your time.

17. Shiny / Grinding noise in SFX is irritating.

    Repro:
    1. Go to settings, Sound,
    2. turn down all volume sliders except SFX.
    3. Sit in the main menu or start a game. What is that sound? "EeeeeeEEEEeeeee"

    Workaround: Turn down SFX. But impact is that now I can't hear any other SFX.

    Desired result:
    * Isolating this sound and letting users disable it.
    * Or, only using it for a contextual event, and not the whole match.

    Turn up your SFX and listen to the background. What is that? It sounds like a key is being made in one of those machines at a hardware store. It is a high pitch grindy noise. It has a shimmery fantasy sound to it, but it survives the entire match, survives the entire main menu.

    It now has a nails-on-chalkboard thing for me after so much time hearing it.

    A louder version of the noise shows up when someone is AFK.

    It's in the "SFX" category, but maybe it should be in a different category? Maybe a checkbox for "Additional ambient sounds" to isolate it away from my normal game playing sounds?

19. Game crashed when attempting to play Wistfulness

    In Sealed event, I was attempting to pay for Wistfulness using mana from Eclipsed Realms - I chose blue mana. Game crashed, timer ran out and it was as if I did nothing on my turn. It happened two times and after that I managed to play it for evoke cost. I'm attaching a log. Can you reimburse me a Sealed token?

    Quando é carregado o metagame para iniciar a partida a descrição e as informações das cartas ficam borradas por um sprit preto, e que fica impossível de jogar. Desde a última vez que foi feita a atualização do software que o app apresenta esse problema recorrente. Por favor se for possível aos desenvolvedores possam ter algum patch que resolva esse problema urgentemente pois a imersão para o jogador é péssima.
