How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Request for Correction of the Korean Translation of “Disappear” (Ninja Turtle Keyword)
I am submitting this request regarding an issue in the Korean localization of keyword abilities.
The keyword “Vanishing” has previously been translated into Korean as “소실” However, the newly introduced keyword “Disappear” has also been translated as “소실” in the Korean version.
“Vanishing” and “Disappear” are distinct keyword abilities with different mechanics and rules meanings. Assigning the same Korean term to two separate keyword abilities creates unnecessary confusion for Korean-speaking players.
It makes it difficult to distinguish between the two abilities in gameplay, rules interpretation, and card interactions.

Game hangs randomly on iPad (brand new and the latest iOS)
During gameplay the game hangs on my iPad.
There seems to be no predictable cause.
Sometimes during my turn on random steps, ans sometimes the other players turn.
A hard stop and start recovers quickly, but it is a pain.

Freezing during match
My game didn't freeze per se, but I was locked into an eternal waiting cycle while waiting for an equipment to resolve. I had paid the mana needed via treasure token, and after the token sacrificed itself, I was stuck waiting for the "spell" to resolve. Both of my timeouts were used, and the game was stuck. This may have counted as a loss, and I hate that too as it screws up my record, not that it's great, but still, had this been a ranked match, this would ***** my elo. Brawl matchmaking (if not ranked, score the decks)
Brawl matchmaking is unfair and I uninstalled the game because of this. Some friends got me thinking about commander again, so I thought I would reinstall Arena and have some fun. Instead it was a few hours of misery, because literally 90% of my opponents had high-pace optimized decks. I could not even come close to competing with my outdated decks. To be clear, I am not trying to hate on the power level of good decks/cards, but rather that the matchmaking is deplorable and it made me quit the game. Gameplay Issues After Update
Hi,
After the most recent update the game keeps freezing mid-match. I have done a reinstall, checked my wifi connection, checked my device (android os) for an update, and turned the device on and off. Nothing has seemed to fix the issue. I did not have this occur until today's (2/24/26) update.

Challenge system won't let me go to match
The new challenge system is great, but the system when challenging my friend sometimes won't let us enter a match and freezes. It happened sometimes when it first launched a few days ago, but has been happening more frequently since tonight

Color Challenge Bot Freezes
After a first freeze while playing the 3rd green Color Challenge (G vs U) and restoring the gamefiles, during the second attempt the bot froze exactly at the same point; the second mainphase of its second turn.
I'm not new to Arena, but still not a great welcoming surprise for new players and it seems I'm not the only one encountering a similar bug.5 votes -
Can't add card to deck building
I finally found my Raph's Jitte card in my collection. But I can't find it when I do my deck building. I used my wild cards on it but im still unsure how I can get it so I can add it to my deck.

daily quest not showing
FFs this is a regularly reported issue. I have been playing and no daily quests have popped up when the time runs out. I hate to go 0-100 on you, but the money I have spent on this game seems a waste. I either ask for a fix or a refund. Looking forward to your response. I buy a broken toaster, I return it.

Deck Type List Blocked in Deck Details
When viewing the deck details, if you click to change the deck type, the drop down menu is appearing behind the panel below it making it impossible to choose a new deck type.

Product Suggestions - Personal Ban list
I want to play magic for the fun of it, using creative strategies and fighting against other creative decks. I do not play the game to win with the best deck possible. It's hard to to have fun when I'm fighting against the same 3 meta decks over and over and over and over and over again. It's so boring!!!! Adding a small personal ban list of even just 1 card in non ranked play would allow matchmaking to feel so much more refreshing! In real life I'd refuse to play against decks with the small handful of cards that…

Completely and utterly dumb alchemy archetypes
Alchemy is currently riddled with a completely unfun and pointless card combination that is completely spoiling the experience.
Specifically omnisicience/acquitic sublety decks could be played by anyone including a lobotomized Guinea pig. This is the successor of the equally stupid Kona/omniscience deck. What is most incredible is how lazy card design needs to be to go from nerfing Kona cause the deck was unfun and oppressive, to releasing yet another omniscience delivery method (arguably a better one) in the EXPANSION IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAT.

Test of Endurance achievement
I reached a life total of 50+ in a Starter Deck Duel using the Vampiric Hunger starter deck (on a Mac). After the match, I wasn't awarded the Test of Endurance achievement.
The tooltip on the achievement states that games against Sparky and Direct Challenges won't qualify, but Starter Deck Duels aren't either of those, are they?

Premodern in Arena
I wanted to ask if you have any plans to add the Premodern format to the Arena platform in the future. It would be fantastic if you did! The format is constantly growing worldwide; it's the true Magic that many of us love, and we would be thrilled to be able to play it on Arena! Thank you very much!
