How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

local install on pc crashing after FF update
Local installed MTGA client crashes after Final Fantasy update.
Downloaded the client from the site uninstalled the old version installed the new version.
when moving from the first screen to the start a match screen the screen stops reacting after clicking on anything, that screen the firebar is not moving fluent.
when clicking on the store icon the screen blocks.

Game crashes
Magic the Gathering Arena keeps crashing on mobile device, while I am in the middle of matches. This happens often, causing me to forfeit matches and events. Please update MtGA for mobile platforms so it doesn’t keep crashing

Graphical Error Spontaneous Resizing of Game Window in Fullscreen
Spontaneous Resizing of Client Window in Fullscreen Mode
when playing the game occasional the game will freeze/ experience a lag spike before resizing the game window. objects in the window remain full sized and crowd the screen. a workaround for this is to open the graphics menu which causes the graphics to reset to normal however the game will continue to lag and even repeat the action sometimes crashing or forcing me out of the game as the round timer timeouts before the lag stops or graphics are displayed properly again.16 votes -

One Ring crashes IOS Mobile App
When i play the One Ring or when i put a Burden Counter on it to draw a card my mobile App crashes. I can restart the App but it happens everytime with the One Ring.

All of my emotes are gone
Playing on iPad, the client crashed while I was in the middle of a game. When I logged back in, all of the emotes I had were gone. When I go to the emotes page in my profile, it displays a message about how I can unlock emotes along with a confirm button. Clicking confirm takes me back to my profile. While on the emotes page, however, I can see behind the message that I have 0/10 stickers and none of the text emotes beyond the default ones. Please restore all of the emotes I had collected. Thanks!

Flash Bug?
Why can I not cast a flash based card in response to my opponent's spell? There was no other card on field with flash , and I had the correct amount and type of mana. Can you please fix this game, inbetween random crashes, and all other sort of ****, this is why I would never recommend or spend any money on this "game" in it's current state, probably lose some friends over this if I did.

Crashing during matches
My android app crashes during every match, I reopen the app go to the match and it immediately crashes again, resetting and clearing cache have not helped.
I'm able to navigate the menu and edit deck with no issues.1 vote -
Please enable conceding a match in BO3 after game 1
Allow players to concede a BO3 match at any point after game 1.
It's a waste of time and/or simply unfun to play against a deck without interaction, a player that displays chronic unsportsmanlike conduct, or a circumstance such as a crash+de-sync forces one player to be AFK for an extended period of time.
I don't want to be unsportsmanlike and make my opponent sit through the full sideboard time-out + in-game time-outs.
Echoing themes of earlier posts, please enable this basic sort of interaction primitive that we take for granted in IRL matches.

App crashes on start (iPad OS)
The App crashes when trying to load „start sequence“ every single time. This has not happened before the latest update (2025.48.5). I am running it on an iPad Pro 11 inch, 3rd generation, iPad OS 18.3.2.

Vincent's Limit Break:
Vincent's Limit Break crashes the game, and while it's on the stack, you can't rejoin the match without crashing back to desktop (no error code). Lost my match as it occurred twice on crucial turns.

The game freezes and crashes when choosing Teferi
When looking at cards for a deck, if you click on Teferi Temple Pilgrim, the game freezes and crashes.

Marang River Regent crashes Android
In a single game, my opponent cast Marang River Regent twice; both times, my client froze after starting to bounce two permanents, and crashed. "Fortunately" I was able to open the app again and get back to losing the game, but both times took about 30 seconds between them casting the Regent and me being able to take any actions in the game; I really hope they didn't think I was tilt-quitting or something!

Draft
During Wilds of Eldraine Draft, the server crashed multiple times and I missed my picks. There was no auto pick either. At the end of the draft, the picks that were missed due to the server were not there and left me with an incomplete draft pool. In the picture attached, I did not get to pick my P1P1 and its passed over my selection. The picture shows me on P1P3 with only 1 card in my pool. This happened multiple times during the draft, but I was not able to capture the log quickly enough. I wanted to…

Mtg arena crashing
Just lost my draft due to MTG arena crashing when entering the match. I tried restarting the app multiple times, but every time it tried to join the match the app crashed.

Forcing Windowed Mode on Lower Resolutions & Forcing High Resolution
At resolutions of 720x405 or lower, MTG Arena will, upon entry or exit of a game, force the game into windowed mode, and increase the resolution to 1920x1080.
Aside from this, while in full screen, any time the graphics menu is entered, the graphics will be reset to the highest possible graphics - in my case 3072x1920.
These two issues lead to a substantially reduced quality of my enjoyment as MTGA does not consistently run as well as I would like on higher graphic qualities, and the higher quality reduces color contrast, making cards difficult to parse with my colorblindness.…2 votes -
Android Mobile crashed
Mobile/Android extremely buggy since update. Client crashes when joining a match every time since the 12/9/25 update. During premier draft game also crashes when trying to open the deck statistics to look at info like creature count, etc. leading to missed auto draft picks while the app takes 30 seconds to open and reconnect to the draft.

Add Alchemy-Free Brawl Queues to MTG Arena
Dear Wizards team,
Historic Brawl is a blast......until Alchemy cards crash the party.
Mythweaver Poq is the poster child: “singleton format” apparently means “unless your commander feels like duplicating lands every turn.” Cool cool cool.
I’m not asking you to delete Alchemy from existence. Just give us players the option to opt out of it. Some of us want to play Magic, not dodge digital gimmicks that feel like that weird uncle who keeps insisting we hear his latest crypto talk at Thanksgiving.

Game crashing
Game keeps crashing when I go to cosmetics in the store. Please help me. I’ve force closed, turned iPhone 12 off and on and I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and this is still happening.
