How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

gem store empty
When I launch MTG Arena from my desktop windows 10 computer using Steam, everything is fine except for the Gem tab in the store. This page opens and says there is nothing available to buy. I am unable to buy gems at all, as there are no gem options showing in the store at all. I am connecting from the United States on the east coast at 3/27/2026 between noon and 1 PM.

Things I tried to fix:
- Verified files with steam - Found 8 corrupt files and redownloaded them

Player xXSkyAssassin Bugged
I played a round 10 mins ago with this gentlemen. He dropped a series of cards that I believe needs to get looked at. Granted, its a badass Deck, but watch as he climbs over 400-500 health, my game literally started to crash. Minion spam, health spam, endlessly until my computer couldn't compute. He won fair in square, but I would of loved to have seen if i was going to pull Damnation next turn to clear the board. Never made it that far. Please take a look at this. Weekly Win tracker Bug
My weekly wins have not been tracking because of a bug where it shows a task I supposedly need to complete to defeat sparky (bot match). This has been dragging out days now and I have tried skipping all tutorials as well as redoing tutorials with no luck. Can you please help me reset it as well as get my mt weekly winnings. Thank you
