How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Lorwyn Eclipsed Mastery Pass level 4 giving wrong reward
Lorwyn Eclipsed Mastery Pass level 4 gave 3 packs of EOE instead of Lorwyn Eclipsed. The EOE packs are still in my inventory, please remove these and issue the correct 3 Lorain Eclipsed packs

Gem Store

I went to purchase the £44.99 which i believe is 9200 gems. It came up with the error...
"Error: you already own this item"
"Store Error: Store purchase failed duplicate transaction"
It only happens with this gem pack.
I am using android mobile and android tablet. Both Samsung. I have tried:-restarting game.
-restarting phone.
-uninstalling game app.On both devices.
I already reported this to customer service who told me to post here.

Lorwyn Eclipsed Weekly Jump in Event - Only given a single type of Mana
I opened the Giants pack as well as the Elementals pack for my Weekly Jump in Event and was given a mana split of
x13 Plains
X1 Forest
x1 IslandHowever, my cards are all red/green based with one card having an optional blue cost and another an optional white cost. This makes no sense and makes essentially every game I play unwinnable. there is only one other card in my deck that gives me the opportunity to play another forest or mountain for cards in my deck that require more than one forest or mountain. This deck is unplayable and with only one card having a partial white alignment my entire mana base is messed up and makes no sense.

Incorrect Battle Pass Rewards awarded (lvl 4 Lorwyn Mastery Pass)
I just got to level 4 on the Lorwyn Eclipsed battlepass, expecting to get three Lorwyn Eclipsed packs as rewards.
However, I have just been awarded 3 Edge of Eternities packs instead of the expect packs.
Please see the attached screenshots. Can you please issue the correct packs?

Sparky repeats the same dialogue every time the Home screen is opened
On Android, every time the Home screen is opened, Sparky says the same line.
Because this dialogue repeats every time, it feels intrusive and unnecessary.
Please reduce how often this line is played, or add a way to disable repeated Sparky dialogue on the Home screen.6 votes -

Get Alchemy cards out of my magic!!
Get alchemy cards out of Historic. Alchemy absolutely sucks to play against. I do not like having my deck "heisted." Every third deck has that stupid blue bird that "conjures" the junk nine into my opponent's hand. Hey! Let's wheel 16 turns in a row. So fun!! SOOO MUUUCH FUUUN!! And it only takes 20 additional minutes! As I type this note and "play" historic, my opponent has played ONLY alchemy cards so far. The entire graveyard is nothing but alchemy cards. This is not fun. Get these stupid cards OUT of my magic the gathering. Make a separate league for Alchemy cards and leave the rest of us out of it!!

My game freezes after i play a card and cannot play anymore, i deleites the game installed again still happening lose some games because of ir cant go back on time after restart the APP to play

Morcant blight not triggering Lasting Tarfire
Used Hovel Hurler's ability on a Gutsplitter Gang. Opponent had a Morcant on the field and flashed in the 4/2 reach elf. Morcant triggered, and I put the counter on my Gutsplitter Gang. At the end of the turn, my Lasting Tarfire did not trigger, though I put a counter on a creature.

Games still freezing
I have only played two games so far today and the server has frozen 2 out of 2 games. When will it be corrected? If it doesn’t get corrected, how do I request a full refund for every dollar I have spent on an unusable product? Do I have legal recourse to get a refund considering I made purchases in full faith that the platform would be functional?

Match crashes after sacrificing something
I'm unable to play MTG Arena in my Android device because it crashes always when I or my opponent are sacrificing something (Clues, Movilize tokens, Treasures, Evoke, ...). The game freezes and my timer goes on without chance to respond or even surrender the match (the button just disappears after trying to surrender).

Priority error
My opponent cast a card draw spell with card selection at the end of my turn, tapping them out. I was given priority to cast my own spell. I waited to allow them to draw and priority automatically passed through to their next main phase. As a result I was unable to resolve my spell while they were tapped out and recorded a match loss when they countered my card draw at the end of their next turn.
You must give me priority when I have an instant or I might as well go and install hearthstone.

MTG Arena Unplayable on Xiaomi 13T Pro After TMNT Update – Unreadable Text, Lag, Freezes, Lost Progress
I’m playing on a Xiaomi 13T Pro running Xiaomi HyperOS 3.0.4.0. Since the TMNT update on Tuesday, MTG Arena has become effectively unplayable on my device. Text and numbers are replaced by unreadable square boxes, and inputs are severely delayed (for example, trying to play cards from my hand). This regularly results in the game freezing entirely or timing out, which directly causes avoidable losses.
This issue has been happening consistently since the update, and it has already made me miss multiple daily quests and ongoing progress/rewards. As someone who plays every day, this is extremely frustrating and has significantly impacted my ability to play and earn in-game rewards.
Given the duration and severity of the problem and the progress/rewards I’ve lost through no fault of my own, I would appreciate compensation once the issue is resolved.

Sparky Bug
I am having an issue with Sparky though. I have reached Rank 3 in the spark rank, but the quest won't complete.
As a result, I am constantly harassed by Sparky at the home screen.

Frozen in combat step
Game keeps freezing during combat step. Can still interact with familiars but can't take further actions. Please help. I'm on the mobile client.

Game unplayable, freezes constantly
Since the latest TNMT update the game has become nearly unplayable. It freezes multiple times per match. If I’m lucky I can exit and reenter quickly enough, but most of the time that doesn’t work and sometimes the match is counted as a loss regardless. I’m on the lates iPad OS. This is a serious problem you need to fix immediately. Can’t imagine I’m the only one affected. I am not going to risk putting any actual money into this game until it is fixed as it is too much of a risk that I’ll lose because of this bug. It seems to have a particular problem with sacrificing food tokens, but seems to freeze after a huge range of triggered events.

daily quest unrenew
I didnt play for several day and my daily quests didnt reset therefor i couldnt earn the gold for those quests( it is not the first time it happen)
