No Tick for Win in Ranked Match
I won a match in ranked standard and the win initially appeared, then disappeared. Restarting the client did not bring back the win.

Game doesn't progress after opponent is defeated
Game doesn't progress after the opponent is defeated. The game is stuck in limbo after my opponent conceded. I can't progress turn, I can't concede. The only thing I can do is use task manager to close out the game.

Targeting UI Design Flaw Lost Me the Game
I cast Impractical Joke while I had an Aziza, Mage Tower Captain in play. I targeted one of two 3/3 Fractal tokens for the burn spell, and then copied it with Aziza. I wanted to target the second, separate Fractal token but I couldn’t tell from the UI which Fractal my first spell had targeted. I had to guess which Fractal to target with my copied spell. I ended up targeting the same, initial Fractal because I couldn’t tell which one was not already targeted. This was the difference between me delivering lethal damage or not, and I then lost the game a few turns later. Very frustrating! A better UI would make it easy for the player to see which spells on the stack have targeted which creatures.

1 vote -
Halana and Alena, Partners didn't die
- After attacking with " Ghitu Lavarunner " , and casting " Burst Lighting" on " Halana and Alena, Partners " (as my second instant), after my opponent had already blocked with " Halana and Alena, Partners " to my " Ghitu Lavarunner ", with a total of 4 damage, 2 being inflicted with " Burst Lighting" to " Halana and Alena, Partners " leaving them with 1 HP, and not dying after the other 2 from my " Ghitu Lavarunner " while " Ghitu Lavarunner " dying.

Card functionality Flow State
The card flow state from the new Strixhaven set, which is an awesome card, isn’t functioning correctly. The card basically says look at the top three cards and put one in your hand unless there is an instant and a sorcery in your grave yard then put two in your hand but you only get tow select two cars if there are two cards named flow state in your graveyard currently

MTG Arena biggest issues
I would like to report two issues that have seriously damaged the experience of playing MTG Arena to the point of making it, at times, genuinely difficult to enjoy.
The first concerns matchmaking. After a certain number of games, the system seems to start pairing me systematically with opponents whose deck is built to counter exactly my archetype. It can happen once, but when it becomes a constant pattern it is hard not to think that something in the matchmaking system is not working correctly. On top of this, there is another phenomenon that is difficult to explain as mere coincidence: when playing a specific archetype, you keep facing the same opposing archetypes, which almost completely disappear as soon as you switch decks. A concrete example: I often play Wizards in Historic, and the probability of facing opponents with Control or Mono Black Discard decks is disproportionately high for me. If these archetypes dominated the meta, it would be a well-known and documented issue — but that is not the case: public statistics show that their prevalence in the meta is entirely normal. This makes the matchmaking problem hard to dismiss: it is not the meta that is skewed, it is the matchmaking system that presents it to me as such. The result is that you find yourself trapped in a spiral where whatever strategy you choose seems already anticipated by your opponent — which drains all satisfaction and makes it genuinely hard to find a reason to keep playing.
The second issue concerns the shuffler, and manifests in several distinct ways. The first is land distribution: it is very common to draw a disproportionate number of lands in the first twenty cards — even ten, in a deck that contains only twenty lands. The probability of this happening by pure chance is extremely low, yet it occurs with a regularity that cannot be ignored. Connected to this is an equally recurring phenomenon that is hard to attribute to randomness: when you draw too many lands in one game, in the next game you will systematically draw too few, as if the system were trying to compensate and maintain a balance between sessions. If the shuffler were truly random, the outcome of one game should have no bearing whatsoever on card distribution in the next — and yet it consistently seems to. The third issue is subtler but equally frustrating: there appears to be a correlation between the matchup and the cards drawn. In games that are already unfavorable due to the pairing, you tend to systematically draw the least useful cards for that specific situation, as if the shuffler and the matchmaking were influencing each other. Here too, the frequency with which this occurs goes well beyond what one would expect from randomness.
The cumulative effect of all this on the player experience is severe. The frustration generated by these systems has, in my view, contributed directly to a significant deterioration of the social environment within the game. Toxic behavior has become increasingly common: opponents spamming emotes for no reason, players disconnecting mid-game out of frustration, a general atmosphere of hostility that was far less prevalent in the past. These are not unrelated problems — they are symptoms of a community pushed to its limits by systems that consistently feel unfair and beyond the player's control. When the game feels rigged, people stop behaving like good sports.
It is worth pointing out that these phenomena are not just my subjective perception: anyone who follows the content of streamers and creators who play Arena can observe them regularly in their games. These are therefore visible and documentable issues, not isolated frustrations.
I want to be clear on one point: I am not questioning the good faith of those who work on the game. What I am asking is that these issues be acknowledged and addressed with the seriousness and urgency they deserve. MTG Arena has the potential to be a great game — but right now, these problems are getting in the way of that, and the community is feeling it.I would like to report two issues that have seriously damaged the experience of playing MTG Arena to the point of making it, at times, genuinely difficult to enjoy.

loading zone
Hi, the ''Loading Zone'' card from Edge of Eternities is bugged. If I try to cast it for it's warp cost it won't work. Maybe this only happens if I don't have enough mana for the regular cast. Instead of allowing me to cast for warp cost, the interface freezes and the cast cannot be canceled. When the timer runs out the card vanishes and nothing happens.

Missing packs from prerelease.
I took part in a Secrets of Strixhaven prerelease event and have not yet received the Arena packs that I was supposed to receive for signing into the event in store. I also don't think I ever received the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles packs from that prerelease. This has been an ongoing issue that I reported before, happening with almost every new set, ever since you stopped using codes and went to this "automatic" system, despite my Arena, WotC, and Companion accounts all being linked up properly. How can I fix this, so that I don't have to keep making these reports to get what I was supposed to get automatically?

Timeout bar visually in wrong place when viewing opponent's hand, (shows up at bottom of screen on Android)
When waiting on your opponent to go and the timeout bar shows up, if you view the opponent's hand (even just the back of them) the timeout bar moves to the bottom of the screen. This is observed on mobile on a Samsung Z fold 6 on the big screen. The doesnt happen if you inspect cards, only when I click to view my opponent's hand (the back of their cards).

game in progress
During a SOS Draft my game "froze in the middle of combat not allowing me to peform any actions, i was them removed from the game and sent back as if the game had ended. because this happened before and it counted as a loss i closed the game and opened it again to see what happens and i was sent back into the match, my opponent was still in there and luckly i had a lot of timer and was able to go back into the game after that.
I still had to close the game and open it one more time for it to go back to normal. and it became very "laggy" in the sense that it took a while for the game to recognize my actions.
THIS IS A HUGE ISSUE if i had not done that i would get a loss on a premier draft that consumes a lot of resources and i would be unable to do nothing about it.During a SOS Draft my game "froze in the middle of combat not allowing me to peform any actions, i was them removed from the game and sent back as if the game had ended. because this happened before and it counted as a loss i closed the game and opened it again to see what happens and i was sent back into the match, my opponent was still in there and luckly i had a lot of timer and was able to go back into the game after that.

grenzo, crooked jailer
I countered Grenzo with Spell Swindle, but a pop-up appeared asking if I was sure, as if Grenzo were uncounterable. I got my treasures, but Grenzo still hit the field.
