How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

First of all, the entire process of trying to submit feedback is very dehumanizing.
Think I just spent the last amount of money on MTG that I ever will after paying 20$ for sealed on Arena, only to get draughted by the shuffler 3 games in a row. Super funny meme, enjoy your money, greed lords, hope it's worth it.

Broken shuffler
The shuffler is not shuffling randomly. Several games in a row I’m drawing all of the same card. Maybe ask a poker game developer for help with programming on this if it’s beyond your skill set.

Massacre Girl's effect of giving creatures -1/-1 for each creature dying is killing creatures that still had enough toughness to survive.

Searching Cards
Would be great if WotC made an effort to make it easy to find cards. And allow third party sites to see updated cards on MTGA. You see the s:"cube-52.60" is not an intuitive search for the latest cards added to MTGA that are impossible to find. Where s:TLA and s:TLE are easier and more logical searches…
I get Cube April doesnt get paid nearly enough to operate Scryfall fully, yet the people who make an effort; they should have an easy enough time, running a better search engine than WotC can. (My understanding is that WotC is still a small indie company, not testing for bugs and releasing half updates, requiring follow up patches shortly thereafter)

These Art Styles Are Not Working (TLE / FCA / etc)
When you think of the most readable cards ever made for Magic; the following are at the bottom for me.
Some of these are just outright lazy whilst others are missing styles. Please weigh in on future art, cause I'm taking precious time to have to look at more simplified card that you can actually read.

Brawl: Ban Dockside Extortionist; please
There is no reason to allow this on the client, in Brawl. It was rightfully banned in EDH. You just banned a bunch of fast mana. So kindly remove this 'fair' card (fair because you only profit from 1 player).

Maskwood Nexus not working with earthbend
Maskwood Nexus is not working with earthbend. On a board with it, white lotus reinforcement, and an earthbended land creature. The creature is a 1/1. It should be a 2/2.

The Last Airbender OR The Last STRAW!
I’m not sure if it’s my device or something on MTGA’s end, but ever since the Avatar: The Last Airbender set dropped this week, the game has been extremely unstable for me. I’ve been running into constant server connectivity issues and getting booted out of matches mid-game. Because of that, I’m forced to forfeit, which tanks my rank and makes climbing feel like an uphill battle.
On top of that, the game went into maintenance right after the Avatar set released—and it’s still buggy. The avatar I purchased shows up everywhere except in matches, where it displays a completely different one I don’t even own. Sometimes the playmat visuals become distorted during games. Other times the deck-building menu won’t let me back out of it at all. It’s frustrating and really takes away from the experience, especially when I’ve been waiting so patiently for this crossover.
I know the team behind the scenes is working hard to iron out issues and improve the game, but I can’t pretend I’m not disappointed. I was genuinely excited for this release, and the state of the client right now is a letdown.
P.S. I really hope more crossover sets come to Arena—old and new. Sonic, TMNT, The Walking Dead, Marvel, PlayStation… all of it. Granted i only played breifly back in the day but still the crossovers are actually what brought me back to MTG after years away from the physical cards, so I’m beyond excited to see what comes next.

Shuffler
Your shuffler can be programmed to not manascrew decks so consistently. Stop forcing winrates. It is amazing how often I go 10-0 on Monday. 0-10 on Tuesday. 10-0 on Wednesday. 0-10 on Thursday, and so on and so forth. Play 10 games in a row and I can't get a 3rd land by turn 3 with 26 lands in the deck. Even more amazing is that I get 10 lands in 14 cards every other game I play on the "losing" days of the week. Even when I mull a 2 lander, I mull into a 2 lander. It's ************. Defies probability/statistics almost as if you are programming the shuffler to dictate wins and losses.
You can program the shuffler to force good games instead of forcing wins and losses. Do it! IF, player does not have 3rd land in 10 cards: THEN they draw a land. That is very very very very basic programming. Can't even play search/mill because you program your **** at the start of the game instead of independant draws based on game state.
You don't need to program perfect draws, but you do need to program a playable ******* draw.

Game Manipulated and Horrible.
WOTC doesn't give a rats *** about the state of the game - its a completely manipulated game to ensure a 50/50 win rate - 10000 games played and guess what? 50% winrate. It does not matter what you play you will get 50%. Too many morons spend real money on this pixel garbage. They had 'pro' tournaments using the arena software, but they stopped when they realized that they can't show how bad the gameplay is over a live event. Watch any honest streamer and it shows how bad the system really is. Too bad they don't care. The answer I get back is the boilerplate " everything is running the way it is supposed to" which means "FU players".

alchemy out of all modes (except alchemy)
Alchemy should be kept for Alchemy players. WotC are afraid of splitting them up because most players do not want or like alchemy. It is so unfair playing against alchemy cards and apart from standard you can't get away from them.

MTGA.exe is not responding
The game opens normally, but when I hover over the daily missions or enter the deck builder, the game crashes and the message appears:

I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it in several ways, but I didn't get any results.

Product Suggestion
ftlog can we please ban Authority of the consuls -- every single white deck has it and it is OP, Deep-Cavern Bat -- same reason. should be rare at least, but every single deck has it - get to see hand, steal a card. flies and lifelink - insane for an uncommon. There needs to be a better way to get rid of cards that are played in 99% of the decks faster.

Earthbend Death Trigger priority incorrect
When an opponents Earthbent creature dies, my timer immediately begins running, before I have the opportunity to allow resolution. This could be used to unfairly gain a timing advantage.
Please investigate adding additional time between death trigger of a player's land creature and their opponents time being counted. It could be solved with less than two seconds being provided before priority is considered passed.1 vote -
Draft deckbuilding bug
Using iOS when building a deck after drafting. Click button to view deck stats, then you can’t return to deckbuilding. Pushing the back button takes you to the Name Deck interface. This has happened in my last 2 drafts on iOS

Katara watertribe’s hope free activations?
Playing on PC.
My opponent cast Yue then attacked with Katara. 3 lands, 3 creatures, and trainings ground for 2, I figure the most damage possible was 8.
Opponent activated Katara for 7 and wasn’t required to tap anything, so then they activated again for 20, and had to tap 2 lands and suddenly Katara was swinging for lethal.I can’t see anything that allows the free or discount of 18 activation.

Lilah Crash
Whenever I get a trigger off of Lilah, my entire game crashes on the Android version and kicks me out the app. I haven't been able to play my Prowess deck since the update :(

Game crashing
Game keeps crashing when I go to cosmetics in the store. Please help me. I’ve force closed, turned iPhone 12 off and on and I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and this is still happening.
