Sparky fix
Problem: Sparky which is intended as a feature for new players shows up if it is accidently triggered in the codex. This is not intended design and a lot of players are complaining here in the feedback forums and on the Steam forums and probably everywhere else too. It is, an issue.
Fix:
-Take 30 to 60 minutes for reading the "Loading initial scene".
-Identify the "Sparky call function".
-Open "notepad.exe".
-Add "BREAK" to Sparky's function.
-????
-Take the day off, good job.Thank you.

Invalid Deck in Brawl
Hi,
The deck I had been playing with in the ranked Brawl Builder event is suddenly listed as invalid, despite having no cards on the stated banlist. I will attach a screenshot of the deck. No cards in the deck itself highlight as banned, and the stated list of bans on the event screen does not apply to any cards in the deck. It was working right up until today just fine, the deck played as normal and was allowed through.

Modern Format
It seems clear that WotC won’t remove Alchemy cards from the Historic format, despite it ruining the experience for players that want to play decks that can exist outside the electronic format. Honestly, I don’t understand the resistance, since the change might encourage players to buy cards in the real world.
This said, why doesn’t WotC include the Modern format (which would explicitly exclude Alchemy)? I won’t hold my breath…

Galuf's Final Act bug
This card doesn't play as it's supposed to. I use it on an opponent's creature and the +1 works as it should, after the creature dies I should be able to put the counters on my creature. Instead, it allows the opponent to control that. By the way the card reads this is wrong. Also, after asking AI, it states it should work the way I think it should.

Did I enjoy NOT playing the game?? For real??
After a garbage opening hand, 2 mulligans, mana ***** for 3 turns, mana flood for the next 5 turns... All while the opponent gets an ideal opening hand that wins effortlessly. Also you will see the exact counter strategy to your deck for 10 games in a row, while all of the above happens. It happens in every arena format, and it's especially egregious after we spend saved up currency for a draft or sealed event, only to get screwed out of 3 losses in a row.
Then they have the audacity to ask if we enjoyed the experience? Next time just give us a losing screen with a middle finger.
Seriously, just tell us what pass to buy so we can actually PLAY THE GAME!!!!
I've been an avid player for 30 years now, and I have NEVER experienced this kind of ******** with actual cards. Not in EDH, not in drafts, not in standard, not in modern. You are actively insulting your most passionate customers.

Land
You know what's really awesome? Land! Running over 50% lands and can't get more than 2 out per match, yet the opposition draws 6 plus. What gives??? Literally destroys the joy of the game!

Purchasing gems
Every time I try to buy gems at the 9.99 level, 1600 I think, it tells me that I've already purchased that item like it is a one time purchase

Mill half opponents deck cards are absolute ******* joke
The fact that you even created cards that allow a player to mill have their opponents deck is really a ******* joke, and makes me want to delete my account and blast MTG Arena anywhere and everywhere I can so that nobody ever plays this game again. All they have to do is drop two of these cards and game over. Whoever even thought of making this a thing should've been fired on the spot. But no, you actually thought this was a good idea. With all the cards you ban, you allow this. ******* joke

Fix your game
Magic: The Gathering Arena’s shuffler is the digital equivalent of a spiteful toddler being handed a 60-card deck and told to "make it hurt." What used to be the gold standard of strategic card gaming has been reduced to a rigged slot machine that fundamentally refuses to simulate reality. The sheer statistical impossibility of the "Arena experience" is breathtaking.
In paper Magic, a bad draw is a fluke; in Arena, "mana *****" and "mana flood" aren't bugs—they’re the core gameplay loop. You either keep a two-land hand and never see a third source of mana for the rest of your natural life, or you draw twelve consecutive basic lands while your opponent curves out with the precision of a Swiss watch. The "Hand Smoothing" algorithm in Best-of-One is the ultimate gaslighting tool. By trying to "fix" variance, Wizards of the Coast has created a predictable, sterilized version of the game where deck-building nuance is dead. It rewards greedy, degenerate mana bases and punishes anything resembling a fair deck, turning every match into a coin flip determined by the algorithm before a single card is even played.
This isn’t just incompetence; it’s a calculated, pathetic money grab. By engineering "non-games" through a broken shuffler, the system pushes players toward a predatory pay-to-win cycle where the only solution to the algorithm’s whims is to dump more money into "optimized" power-crept cards. The focus has shifted entirely from competitive integrity to a disgusting obsession with gem sales and FOMO. It has single-handedly sucked the soul out of the game. The tension of the draw is gone, replaced by a cynical realization that the shuffler is actively working against you to keep your win rate tethered to a forced 50%. Arena hasn’t just failed at being a simulator—it has managed to make playing Magic feel like a chore you’re paying to complete. It’s a cowardly betrayal of the game’s legacy.

Dark patterns. Forcing us to events in game menus.
Feedback for WOTC.
The ability to give feedback is extremely polluted, by your design. Do you believe this is good for your customers to not be able to report players easily for stalling? And leaving feedback for you to improve?
You have changed the in game menus so that instead of being able to play Standard, Alchemy games etc you are priming me for the events I have 0 interest in. This is a dark design pattern and a manipulation trick that is toxic. I do not want to have to press esc just to get into the menu I want to have to press "Play" again to get into my games. You should be ashamed of yourselves for milking out every cent from your customers and also providing a ton of useless content that does absolutely nothing for most players other than increasing game time. You have lost my respect. I hope you regain it.

Etrata, Deadly Fugitive card turning bot working
This has happened two times already. I have gotten two face down, non-creature cards with Etrata on my battlefield. Both of the cards were a result of cloaking from the opponents library from previous attacks. I try to exile the face down card and cast it for free with Etrata's ability, but instead nothing happens and the card goes straight to the opponent's graveyeard. Cost me the win in two games as i spent four mana to do nothing. I was playing on Android version 2026.58.20.6022.1265441

Turn skipped after playing card
Turn gets skipped after I play a land. Could not play a second card and turn skipped to opponent. Getting timed out every turn without interaction. Instant did not resolve properly and led to a face down card in my hand that I could not interact with. When I clicked concede, the Options menu button simply disappeared. Eventually had to force quit the entire application. Cost me a game in Premier Draft.
