How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Opponents creatures were invisible.
I was in quick draft that I paid for and all of my opponents creatures were completely removed from the battlefield and I couldn’t target or block them causing me to lose the event. It would be nice to at least get back the gems I paid for the event.

【重大】アプリケーションが起動しない
8月26日のアップデート後、MTGA.exeのアイコンを起動しても、
『アプリケーションを正しく起動できませんでした（0xc0000005）。
[OK]をクリックしてアプリケーションを閉じてください。』というダイアログが表示され、ゲームが起動しません。
前日までは問題なく起動・プレイできていました。
念のため、Windowsの再起動、MTGAアプリの再インストールなどを行いましたが、同様でした。
アプリは、改めて日本語公式サイトからダウンロードし直したものです。現状、何の手も打てず、ゲームをプレイすることができません。

When attempting to play brawl games on my iPad I never proceed past the waiting for apponent screen. I can’t play brawl
When attempting to play brawl games on my iPad I never proceed past the waiting for opponent screen. I have not been able to play brawl for over a year. I can not concede from or cancel the match. I am forced to restart the app in order to play in a different format. I am unable to participate in the midweek challenge this week because of it.

Error Updating Data, still occuring, Hobbit Update
Hello,
im still experiencing problems with Arena updating its files. It downloads a certain amount of MB, then says "Error Updating Data", i retry and the donwloaded amount does NOT contribute to any progress. (eg. its says 50 MB of 150 MB, gives the error and after retry it still says 150MB instead of 100MB). Here a link to my post from last week:
I reinstalled Arena in July, since then i have this issue (probably with the MSH-Update, i was able to download after a week).
Now, after the Hobbit Update (10.08.26) i was not able to update…4 votes -
Error on closing the app
I have an error whenever I try to close the app after logging out.
The steps I follow are:
- Click on the Gear icon to Adjust Options
- Click on Log Out and confirm
- Click on the Gear icon.
Each time this occurs, a large grey box appears with the option to [Exit Game] or [Log Out] (see attached picture)
Clicking on {Exit Game] does nothing, and it appears the other options have no effect.
In the end the only way I can close the app is with the Task Manager

constructed rank is not updating when winning standard best of one matches
I'm not getting updates to my constructed rank when winning standard best of one games. I've won 4 matches in a row this morning and am showing the same rank progression. It does not show the rank up/down animation after matches, I can only see that on my Profile tab. I am on Windows 11.

BUG - I demand my coins, yet again I got scammed by the game.
Read the card, "it FIGHTS other creature". I used it with Ghalta and it assigned 0 damage +1 counter.
I DEMAND THE REFUND OF THE WASTED COINS ON THE DRAFT (6000).
Being more explicit : [[Vigorbloom Charm]] + [[Ghalta the Immovable]] = BUG, does NOT work, unless you want to change the definition of "fight" :

Feedback... recent card auditions are making timeless gameplay torture not fun.
I'm trying to do the X number of games played goals... I'm currently working on timeless. Cards that have been added to the game recently are so ridiculously OP that playing is not only not fun. It's actually torture. If you were trying to lose players, this is a good strategy if you want us to enjoy the game this is a terrible strategy. Cards that destroy all of your opponents lands eliminate their ability to play, cards that allow you to play any card without paying the mana cost make it virtually impossible for your opponent to do anything,…

possible hacker using illegal card - Drannith magistrate
So i was playing a game of completive brawl and my opponent played Drannith Magistrate. However i wanted to see if I would be able to play that card in brawl just to find out it is an illegal card in completive brawl.
and for anyone curious Drannith Magistrate basically makes it so that the opponent can't play anything that is not in their hand , which as you can imagine is detrimental to brawl players.

Sideboard Issue
The client would always "bug out" on me in the "profile," "decks," and "store" sections, but now it happened to me when I was changing cards in the sideboard instance
I can click and change the cards, but it does not

Unoptable golden pack
I’m experiencing a bug: that’s three packs I bought in the store while I need is one to get a golden pack, and I don’t get the golden pack.

Incorrect Translation
There is an error in the Japanese card names for 《Tinybones Joins Up》 and 《Vraska Joins Up》, so please correct them.

reporting for inactivity doesnt ban the player
The report a player feature has now been live for over a month. Why is it that I still come across salty roping players that aren't banned? It is very clear you are not banning players demonstrating this behavior and are being reported for it otherwise I wouldn't run into them every other match still

menu on bottorm right of arena
When opening game on PC Steam there is a small highlight-able menu that has no options and fades in and out of reality. Not sure why it is there, but i imagine it is for a new feature in the future that got pushed incomplete. Please see screenshots below. Persistent between some menus as well.

Ranking up while losing in limited events
I've played 4 premier drafts of HOB, I have not won more than 2 games in any single event and I'm ranking up. This is evil. I'm playing a ranked queue against players consistently above my skill level winning 33% - 40% of my games and ranking up. Half of the issue is the lack of participation in Universes Beyond, players decay far below their skill level and prey upon weaker players. The other half of the issue is WOTC's ranking system that inflates player rankings when they are losing more than 50% of their games, 2 pips per win…

Game automatically ends your turn and passes your priority even though you can cast a spell for free at a discount.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Have [[Slumbering Trudge]] in play and equipped with [[Glamdring, Foe-Hammer]]
- Be tapped out with no mana available
- Have [[Rakshasa's Bargain]] in hand.
- The game ends your turn if you're tapped out even though you are able to cast [[Rakshasa's Bargain]] for free using the discount from [[Slumbering Trudge]] and [[Glamdring, Foe-Binger]] being active.
[[Rakshasa's Bargain]] is an Instant Spell with a hybrid mana cost of {2/B}{2/G}{2/U}.

Product Suggestion
I have a couple of ideas to make brawl better for the people like myself who want as close a format to commander as is achievable on MTG Arena
1) Can we get a 100 card brawl queue with no alchemy at all? I know some people are okay with those cards being in the game, but I go out of my way to not include those cards in my deck because they aren't paper viable and are often far more powerful than cards should be for their mana value. Stop pre determining games
Stop with the predetermined matches. I can tell if im going to win or lose in the first 3 draws. Calling it with 100% accuracy now. You either keep one mana short or one mana too many of the wrong color. The card I need to win showed up double or triple when its my turn to win. Absolutely disgusting fix it. Also cant multi task like I use to. I could listen to videos or music in the back ground. Now gameplay cuts my sound
