6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

not receiving golden packs
both on android and windows version by buying packs the golden pack counter has stopped two weeks ago to grow; right now i've "lost" at least 2 golden packs

PLEASE IMPROVE TIMER.
for the love of all things sane and good, if a player resolves a spell, add a little extra time to the timer. if they are taking game actions, just add time to the timer so combos are playable. The Timer is the worst part of this game for sure.
just been screwed over twice in my games first with Nady in Timeless becuase the game actions and Nadu triggers don't add to the clock for some reason, and then another game because I resolves a spell, but had 0 time to take game actions afterwards causing…

About the Player Reporting Feature
I cannot help but feel intense anger and disappointment regarding the current handling of "AFK players" (players who go idle) in the game.
I have long voiced my concerns about the malicious nature of this behavior through the official site's request channels and have repeatedly and strongly urged the implementation of a reporting system.
However, the reporting function that was finally implemented effectively leaves selfish AFK players unchecked; in reality, it hardly seems functional at all.
This leads me to harbor serious doubts about the management's attitude, as it appears they have merely implemented a hollow feature—a token gesture to…3 votes -

Game froze during sideboarding, would not allow me to move cards to and from sideboard.

The sentry, golden guardian did not creat the void token
I was playing an orzhov midrangue deck I build, and after casting the sentry, the boid token did not pop up for the oponent, in the battlefield was not any effects like torpor orb that turns off the trigger.

Report
Players are clearly not receiving any discipline for roping other players, despite the new report option. I am getting roped every other game still.
Either actually follow through and make the reporting meaningful, or create a game mode where you have much shorter turns, or better yet, if someone is reported and then ropes in that same game, give them the loss. This is not difficult.

Brass's Tunnel-Grinder // Tecutlan, The Searing Rift not working with Mila, Crafty Companion // Lukka, Wayward Bonder.
In the past, when casting Lukka, Wayward Bonder (the back side of Mila, Crafty Companion) using mana from Tecutlan, the Searing Rift, it would correctly trigger the "Whenever you cast a permanent spell using mana produced by Tecutlan, discover X, where X is that spell's mana value. It currently is not working - in two games of Brawl now I have cast Lukka using Tecutlan and it hasn't given me the Discover trigger.

No ability to mulligan
I was logged in to a Cube match and I tried to mulligan and I couldn't drag cards. It skipped my ability to mulligan with a timeout. I repaired files and it worked.

"Waiting for Server" when inspecting a deck
When you go to an event > Click on deck > View deck > Back > Back arrow on top left corner
The game get stuck on a never ending loop of "Waiting for Server"So when you're trying to understand which cards are in a deck you're playing, you just have to reboot the game each time (for each deck you view)

Can't play Standard Ranked
Can't play Standard Ranked. I can play Normal Standard, with the same deck, can also play other formats on Ranked. The "Play" button is available, highlighted, but clicking on it does nothing. Basically the same thing described here, 8 months ago

Sea Gate Stormcaller
While playing Magic the gathering arena, I cast Sea Gate Stormcaller, then Tragic slip after it, thus creating a copy of Tragic Slip. The app allows me to select targets, and at least two of the games I've played so far, the first target I selected only had 1 health, therefore was destroyed by the -1/-1 ability (I believe this was the copy resolving first). Then when the original copy of Tragic Slip resolves in the stack that very same turn, the next creature just gets -1/-1 again. Shouldn't the creature dying trigger the -13/-13 morbid instead when I select…
