How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Freeze and crash of the general client user interface drafting on MAC

    On April 10th, I was playing draft and the game starts to freeze and run very slow, finally the game kicked me of and make me loose my 3rd match finishing the draft, I certainly have good options to keep winning. My internet connections worked great all the time.

    I'm running a mac running sequoia with 40gb of ram.

  2. Store Not Working On mac

    Title seems self explanatory.

    I play on a 2025 MacBook Air running Sequoia 15.6.1, it runs the game without issue and I've been able to use the Arena shop in the past. Wanted to pick up some wild cards to craft Badgermole Cub and hop on the mono-green bandwagon but attempting to use the shop just leads to a forever state of "Waiting for Server."

    I have restarted the game, launcher, computer, and uninstalled/reinstalled. I no longer have any interest in spending the money but the issue persists and was annoying to deal with.

  3. xp not rewarded for quest completion bloomburrow

    Completed a daily quest for after buying mastery pass for bloomburrow. Only 250 Xp rewarded, not the 500 Xp. Mac platform.

  4. Death By Vanilla Achievement not received on mac

    My most recent match from this log was in Pioneer play. I cast two creatures, both had no abilities. I won the game, I did not receive the achievement. It's maddening, this achievement is a pain and when I complete the feat as described there is no reward.

  5. Mac version on Steam has stream of w's preventing log-in

    I just downloaded the Mac version from the Steam store. When I got to the log in screen, the fields are constantly being filled with the letter 'w'. This continues even if I disconnect and turn off my keyboard. I have tried other inputs including trying to delete the text, highlighting text which immediately gets replaced with more w's, holding shift which still results in lower-case w's, pressing the 'W' key which doesn't stop the extra w's, and typing other characters does insert them in the sequence but is still followed by a series of w's. I have no idea…

  7. Bug Since Last Update on Mac OS

    Hi,
    I have downloaded the last update yesterday. Now the software is totally bugged, it's impossible to launch any games or reach collection.
    The software is fine on the main screen until I try to reach any other menu.
    I already uninstall/reinstall the soft, same bug.

    I am on MacOS Sequoia and using Epic Games to download and launch the MTGA Soft.

  8. Store freezes on "Waiting for Server" when trying to purchase gems on Mac

    Ever since the Nov. 6, 2025 fix for purchasing issues listed on the status page, I cannot purchase gems. When I click on the amount of gems desired, it says "Waiting for Server" and freezes there until I have to force quit the program to get out of it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the Epic Games Launcher and MTG Arena, but the problem persists.

    Cannot purchase gems in Arena store. The screen goes to 'Waiting for server.' This is for a Mac running macOS Sequoia 15.6.1.

  11. Message Asset error detected

    Hello

    From last tuesday I've got the following looped message "Asset error detected, Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents". MTGA Mac version. Unable to log & play. Could you please fix this bug ?

    I can't buy gems currently. I am playing on mac thru the epic games store. When I try to buy gems, I get stuck on a "waiting for server" screen. It has been several hours.

  13. When i try to purchase gems the "waiting for server" load screen never stops

    When I try to purchase gems the "waiting for server" load screen never stops and I have to quit the program to get out. I'm a Mac user.

  14. MTG Arena on MAC Hangs on Loading Card Database

    After logging in with user name and password Arena hangs with the 3 gems flashing and the message "Loading Card Database" . Never moves past this screen or loads the game interface.
    Running on MacBookPro. Work around : Delete the MTGA executable file(move to trash) and open Epic Game Installer and go to Library. Click on the Arena image to start "Repairing". Open MTGA with Launch button. Arena will work one time before getting the hanging Loading Card Database.... again.
    Started after downloading the Final Fantasy update.
    Intel Core i9 IOS Sonoma 14.7.5

  15. Portion of the screen is cutoff in fullscreen mode on a mac computer.

    When you go to fullscreen mode on an apple computer, a potion of the screen is cutoff and you cannot read the text of cards. This happens in and out of a match.

  16. Network Error

    Network Error on both Mac and IOS system dated 31 Aug 2021 from Canada. Gme start but when trying start a match of any kind an error appears, like Network error or unable to resign event. tried both with wifi and 4g, internet is working just fine

  17. STONE BRAIN FREEZES YOU OUT UPON ACTIVATION

    Stone Brain freezes you out upon activation on Mac. Suggestion for a fix would be to hire programmers and play testers with the millions you bring in on this game that know what they aRE DOING.

  19. Arena crashed on OSX and PC

    Arena is currently not allowing log ins on either PC or Mac. This is a problem for me and multiple other people in my playgroup.
