How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Ureni, Undending Song. Protection From White preventing Wrath of God effect incorrectly on Arena. When casting fumigate the spell destroyed all of my creatures and left the opponent's Ureni and a token, neither was indestructible. Log attached.

  2. Incorrect rules interactions

    Attached an aura("Feather of Flight") to a nonland permanent of an opponent while I controlled "Eriette, the Beguiler", mana value was the same(4 total).

    The nonland permanent was still controlled by the opponent but it should have been under my control after I attached the aura.

  3. Damage UI doesn't default to assigning the minimum damage to a blocker with protection

    Attacked with an extremely large trampler (800+ power on a hydra). Opponent blocked with a 4/4 creature with protection from green.

    The UI didn't assign damage automatically as it normally would. Arena required that I click the up arrow on damage assigned to the opponent over 800 times. I timed out and lost the game when I obviously had lethal. There was no option to manually type in the damage amounts.

  4. Frenzied goblin's text is incorrectly implemented

    Frenzied goblin's text reads: "Whenever this creature attacks, you may pay (R). IF YOU DO, target creature can't block this turn". So, the targeting should only happen if the (R) is paid, but instead in Arena you must always choose a creature whenever it attacks, and then decide to pay the (R).

    If the target were before the payment then the text would have been "Whenever this creature attacks, target a creature. You may pay (R). if you do, THAT creature can't block this turn".

  5. Mana Values Blurred On Card. Text Blurred

    Mana values on cards are blurred. Text on the screen is blurred too. Technical Support can you help me by fixing this.

  6. Android/Samsung phone no menu text glitch

    This glitch is still persistent despite multiple reports. Why is this still happening like a year later on my Samsung phone?! The menu sometimes pops with no text. Transition text glitches out. Rendering gets funky. WHY?!

  7. Malfunctioning Duplicate Protection

    I just opened a pack of foundations and my pack rare was Solemn Simulacrum. I already had a full playset from M21 and am not even 1-of booster rare complete for foundations based on the collection screen.

  8. Duplicate protection bug

    When opening an Alchemy pack in Edge of Eternities (EOE) with a full collection, you should receive a rare from the EOE standard set, but instead, you get a rare from other Alchemy sets. Is this correct?

  9. Missing card text and numbers

    PC bug- after updating, uninstalling, and reinstalling, card names are missing, along with card types, creature power and toughness, and amount of gold rewarded for completing quests.

  10. [[Case of the Lost Witness]] + [[Ephemerate]] Incorrect rules interactions

    Hello Rules-engine team,

    I belive I encountered a gameplay bug (incorrect rules interaction) while playing arena cube when I attempted to [[Ephemerate]] a [[Fblthp, the Lost]] conjured by [[Case of the Lost Witness]]. Some more observations (log file too big to attach):

    • the spell was put on the stack, but seems to have not fully resolved since the Rebound reminder box didn't get created.
    • the conjured Fblthp did not get put in my hand
    • the ephemerate did go to my graveyard

    This was on PC client.

    Hope this helps spot an issue, and is not me wasting someones time…

  11. Text Boxes - Needing Automation

    Please will you work on your automation suite. Text colour, font size and other properties should be generated by a program. Specifically checking to make sure they are contrasting and sized correctly.

    Here are two failed examples.

  12. Black text on a black card

    The card Phantom train has an alternate art that makes the text box of the card all black while simultaneously not changing the text to White from Black. This makes it very difficult to read the text of the card. This is on the Android version of arenas

  13. Card Text Dark Mode for Accessibility

    Could we have Dark Mode for text in cards, please? It would be a great improvement to accessibility for visually impaired people, as many of us (me included) have trouble reading black letters from white backgrounds. White text on black background would help so much, and it's quite a simple thing to do, I reckon.

    If possible, an option to have text-only cards (so the text can be displayed in a bigger font) would be welcome too.

  14. incorrect rules interaction

    "Stuck in Summoner's Sanctun" isn't stoping the abilities from "Monument to endurance" to trigger.

    Thats an incorrect rule interaction, in my recently game i've lost due to Monument to endurance keep triggering even with "Stuck in Summoner's Sanctun" Attached to it.

    I could be more especific but the bug im facing is actually that simple, the card isn't making what it supposed to.

  15. incorrect rules interactions

    During a quick draft match on Arena I crewed a Midnight Mangler and then equipped The Aetherspark to it. Since the vehicle is an artifact creature during other players' turns, I had assumed there would be no point at which it would stop being a creature until my next turn, but the equipment still fell off at end of turn.

  16. Mythweaver Poq doesn't conjure copy of Bala Ged Sanctuary

    Mythweaver Poq's ability does not conjure a token copy of Bala Ged Sanctuary. Nothing in the wording of the "Conjure" keyword explainer text implies that shouldn't work. Whether it's a bug or a lack of rules text clarity, it was very frustrating regardless.

  17. Incorrect rules interactions

    Interaction between Weftwalking and Zero point Ballad. Even tho Weftwalking enchantment have wording "May cast without paying it's manacost" Casting Zero point Ballad didnt give you option to choose.

  18. Tutorial constructed format text bug

    In the text for new players explaining the various constructed formats there are some card examples that are overlaid on top of the text descriptions of multiple formats making it impossible to read the descriptions of the formats. I am on android, on a Samsung Z Fold 5.

  19. Suggestion: Introduce a max deck size of around 100-150 to reflect IRL rules

    In reality, the rule exists "There's no maximum deck size, as long as you can shuffle your deck in your hands unassisted". I see players playing 200+ cards in a deck in Arena. A deck limit of 100-150 would be reasonable given almost no players could physically shuffle more than this. This prevents situations in Arena where people play 300 card 'do nothing' decks that aim to mill the opponent over the course of over 50 draw steps and drag games on for over 30 minutes.

  20. Boltwave (which doesn't target as it says each opponent) did not go past protection of one ring (which prevents targeting)

    Boltwave (which doesn't target as it says each opponent) did not bypass one ring's protection (which prevents targeting) so no damage was dealt even though it should have done 3 damage.
