All foundations packs I open give gems in the rare AND mythic slot.
All foundations packs (I have not tried others) I open give gems in the rare AND mythic slot, I am nowhere near full collection, at least 20 times straight this has occurred. This does not even come close to the value we are spending, hopefully when you fix this very obvious bug you will compensate everyone. NO WAY this is normal.

Arena keeps crashing when I'm in matches. I have to wait for the program to time out, then restart it and get back to my match. I can tell it's happening to other people, as there are often times in matches when they go idle for long periods of time. I'm on a Windows 11 PC, and haven't had this issue before.

Divide sets into categories on Advanced Filters screen
Currently all sets are put under "All Sets" on the advanced filters screen in the collection. Sets should be divided into distinct categories. "Standard sets", "Pioneer sets", "Eternal sets", "Bonus sets", etc. You should be able to click a single button to select all sets from a specific category.

Please let the Arena community know that Omenpaths is the online version of Spiderverse more clearly and ahead of time
Please let the Arena community know about Omenpaths being an online version of Spiderverse more clearly and sooner so that those of us who had been hoping and saving for Spiderverse don't inadvertently spend all the coinage we have on other things because we think it is not coming. It would have been nice had Arena made the connection between Omenpaths and Spiderverse more explicit on the app itself. As it is, it was frustrating to find out later, only after I spent all the coins I had been saving for the new set.

Speed up early stage of game.
Downloaded mtg arena after a few months, played 3 games and remembered why I quit.
Games take too long to complete, usually cause a player is afk or alt-tabbed.
There is no reason for each mulligan to take so long in best of 1. Most of the time, the enemy is just afk. Should only take 20s for the first mulligan, and 10s for each subsequent mulligan.
There is no reason for turn 1 to take so long. Just play your land and 1 drop. Should take no more than 15s.
I recently spend about $50 on Hearthstone...a game I like LESS than magic. But their early turns are much faster. I WILL NOT spend any more money on mtgarena until this is fixed.

Color Challenge Black Last Step
I have won the last battle for the Black deck color challenge 4 times, but every time I go to claim the 'cold-blooded killers deck', it 'waits for the server' for forever and then resets and makes me do the match again.

Add a "Maybeboard" for decks
When building decks I often have a core list of cards for the deck shell and then a pool are cards that make up the rest of the deck. As I play games and refine the deck, I move cards in and out until the deck settles into a good place in the meta.
It would be nice to have, in addition to the Sideboard, a "Maybeboard" or similar so I don't have to keep track of the other cards manually. There are other deck builders that allow for this and it's quite helpful and time saving.1 vote -
Bristlebud Farmer trigger freezes iOS
Whenever my opponent plays Bristlebud Farmer the game crashes, I am unable to reconnect to the match.
iOS
It happened twice both with Bristlebud Farmer trigger on the stack, game freezes. I tried closing app+reopen but when it tries to bring me back to the game it freezes. I even tried restarting my entire phone. It happened in 2 separate instances.
I would expect the game to not freeze and crash when the trigger goes on the stack, and even if it did I would expect to be able to rejoin.
No screenshot to share… as game froze/crashed before I could finish the match.
My workout around is to not play with or against the card lol 😂

Bug
When I cast the "meticulous archive" in the play, it's automatic ignore the "Surveil" and put the card to graveyard, and then that "meticulous archive" land can't cast mana after next turn, when click this "meticulous archive" in the board, it's cast the "Surveil" again.

authority of the consuls bug
Both my opponent and I had authority of the consuls (AOTC) out.
My opponent had fiendish panda on the battlefield. My opponent cast a creature, and I gained life, and then their panda received a +1/+1 counter. This happened multiple times. Their panda would gain +1/+1 counters when they gained life from their AOTC, and when I gained life from my AOTC.

Howlsquad Heavy's max speed ability is being ignored when all lands are tapped out, passing phases automatically, denying use of Howlsquad
There is a bug with Magic Arena failing to recognize a player can tap their Howlsquad Heavy for mana when you have Max Speed. It is easiest to reproduce when all lands are tapped out and you have mono red cards you can cast that cost equal to or less than the number of goblins on the board that you control.
When Howlsquad Heavy is on the board, untapped, and does not have summoning sickness, the game is incorrectly passing priority to the other player through all phases when your lands are all tapped out, even when you have cards you should be allowed to play by tapping Howlsquad Heavy to produce the mana needed to cast said spells.
But the game fails to stop when you have priority in said cases, denying you ability to use your Howlsquad Heavy's mana production ability, even when you have Max Speed and Howlsquad Heavy is untapped and without summoning sickness.
In my last game, I had a Howlsquad Heavy on the board, along with two 1/1 goblin tokens, a Searslicer Goblin, and Impact Tremors. None of my creatures had summoning sickness, and I already had Max Speed from previous turns. I tapped all 5 of my lands to cast Banner of Kinship (choosing goblins) during my first main phase. The game then immediately went into start of combat phase, despite me having cards in hand that I should have been allowed to cast before combat by using Howlsquad Heavy's Max Speed mana ability.
I attacked with the 1/1 goblin token that Howlsquad Heavy created, and it died in combat. I was not given an opportunity to cast anything with instant speed during the combat phases, despite the fact that I should have been able to tap my Howlsquad Heavy for 5 red mana.
After combat, I was in the same board state as before combat, with my untapped Howlsquad Heavy, two untapped 1/1 goblin tokens, and an untapped Searslicer Goblin, and the Banner of Kinship with 4 fellowship counters.
After my combat phase, I should be able to tap Howlsquad Heavy at instant speed during my second main phase to produce 4 red mana to cast cards in my hand that cost mono red cards in my hand that cost 4 mana or less. However the game proceeded to automatically skip and pass priority through all phases, ending my turn and through the other players turn, despite me having cards that I should have been allowed to cast if it had stopped correctly to allow me to tap my Howlsquad Heavy for mana.

cannot boot up arena
I cannot play the game at all. I cannot get past the retrieving asset management page of the loading screen. It says error updating data, please try again. I have completely uninstalled the game, multiple times and tried running the game from steam, and directly from the mtga launcher on pc. no matter how many times I uninstall I cannot get any further than retrieving asset management. I can connect from my iphone just fine.

Continue playing in event after 3 losses (!)
It is possible to continue playing a deck that has 3 losses in a limited event.
Reproduction:
1. draft and build deck.
2. open arena on PC with the event page open, i.e. with the win/loss counter visible and play button in bottom right.
3. without closing app on PC, open arena on mobile with the same account.
4. Play until 3 losses
5. press "reconnect" on PC arena app
6. The cached version of the page is displayed, with amount of losses and wins present as when cached.
7. Pressing play puts you into queue
8. it is possible to achieve 4 losses (see attachment) with this, increase the amount of prizes, and I presume get 8 wins but I haven't tried that.This is highly exploitable and a bad actor could take further advantage of abusing these stale clientside states. This is likely a very high priority issue and should be resolved asap

Bug - vivi, quistis trepe, suplex
Bug - used vivi to generate 8 mana, 4x red and 4x blue. Cast Quistis Trepe with Suplex in the graveyard, targeting the Suplex with the Quistis Trepe enters trigger. Suplex had valid targets on the battlefield. However Suplex did not cast, nothing happened. I lost the game the next turn, and it was my 3rd loss in a Final Fantasy draft, which is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!

Triggers taking too long to resolve
I am playing a white + blue deck in mtg arena that mills my own deck and then brings all the units to the battlefield with Raise the Past. This deck uses life gaining units like Hinterland Sanctifier and Lifecreed Duo, and units that get buffed like Ajani's Pridemate and Essence Channeler. The bug is that the triggers take so long to resolve that the game ends in a draw. My solition for this bug would be to make consecutive triggers resolve exponentially faster.

Summary
I’m experiencing a recurring issue in MTG Arena where activated abilities on permanents are unclickable, despite having the required mana and meeting all activation conditions. When I attempt to activate the ability, I hear a “clinking” sound and see a red outline appear around the card, indicating the game recognizes the ability as present but will not execute it. This issue has directly cost me multiple games and has persisted across multiple versions of the client.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Play a permanent (creature or enchantment) with an activated ability that costs mana (e.g., “4W: Creatures you control get +1/+1 until end of turn” on Bearer of Glory). 2. Wait until a later turn where the permanent has been on the battlefield and is not summoning sick. 3. Ensure you have sufficient mana to activate the ability, including colored mana. 4. Attempt to activate the ability by clicking the card. 5. The ability fails to activate, playing a clinking sound and flashing a red outline around the card. 6. Entering Full Control mode does not fix this. 7. The ability remains unclickable even after tapping mana manually or interacting with the stack.Temporary Workarounds (Partially Effective)
• Changing the screen resolution or entering Windowed Mode sometimes causes a “View Printed Card” box to appear on right-click. • In one case, clicking this did allow the ability to activate after. • In another case (same setup, different game), this did NOT work, and the bug persisted. • Right-clicking the card or zooming in sometimes helps, but this workaround is unreliable. • This workaround is also impractical due to short timers during actual gameplay.Known Affected Cards (but not limited to):
• Bearer of Glory – Tarkir: Dragonstorm set • An unnamed enchantment giving a creature the activated ability to untap for 5 mana • Evolving WildsAdditional Information

This is a game-breaking bug. It causes major competitive and financial loss (especially in ranked or event play) and degrades trust in the platform. I have reported this before and received no actionable feedback or resolution. I’m submitting this again in hopes of proper escalation.

Incorrectly passed priority while holding instant and mana to play it
I passed the turn to my opponent holding the card "Wail of War." I planned to use it during the opponent's attack, giving their creatures -1/-1 until end of turn. This was of utmost importance. Their board was largely one toughness creatures. Opponent attacked, then played a spell the gave their board +1/+1. The game client gave me no opportunity to react. It simply resolved their spell, skipped to combat damage and as a consequence I lost the game. It ended my draft run. I had more than enough mana to cast the instant. I did not skip turn or hit space bar. There was plenty of timer left. Game just arbitrarily decided I should lose. Very frustrating.
